I shop at this store on a daily basis and spend my hard earned money. For the Most part their is a few pleasant and polite workers. I always help this wreck of store, by picking up products that are on the floor and not in correct areas. But tonight after working I stopped and picked up food and hot wheels. As I was cleaning stock that was tossed all over, I had an older mean women, say that I cannot do that. I stopped and she keep being mean and then turned on a co-worker and started to yell at him because he did not stop my cleaning up. How rude. Then I proceed to talk to management at the front of store and manager was very rude and raciest attitude . You hire good people you have good results, but you dont. Lola would be fired in my business for treating a customer the way she did. End of story.

Ive never walked into a hotel lobby that smells that good!!!! I had a excellent experience and I will definitely return. The room was clean, the shower was so nice, I stayed in there for almost an hour lol. I Love this Hotel!!

If i could Rate this place 0/5 stars i would. I have been coming here since i was little and cannot remember the last time i didn’t have to wait in line for more than 10 minutes. The problem is that they have 2 registers open and solely depend on their self checkout lines that quickly get backed up due to the lack of registers being ran by employees. I’m standing in line at self check out right now looking at only two registers open, with lines of people going down isles. I understand staff shortages but this is absolutely ridiculous and has been going on for many many years now considering that i’m now 17. Scan and go should have a 12 item limit instead of allowing people to check out grocery carts FULL of food. Also, half the time only 3-4 self checkout registers work, out of 6 on both end of the stores. Leaving a single employee to assist customers at self checkout is even more ridiculous, while i waited in line 3 people needed help from an employee making the line longer and wait times insane.

There is not a single cart in this store that doesnt have bad wheels that drifts to the right or left. Finding a cart that goes straight is like striking gold. It would be easier just to hand carry your groceries.

This Walmart does not always have what Im looking for. Like boys clothes (small) hard to find at this store. They must go quickly. They dont have many boys clothes or shoes. A lot of the time they dont have what I am looking for in garden section. I got a cockscomb flower/plant and it had some sort of mite or bug on it. It died a few days later. I have a big garden no other plants were effected. I think products go so fast they cant keep lots of items in stock. Look on website or Amazon. You can find things from Walmart that are not on shelves in store. They can ship it or you can sometimes pick up items on web or app that you will never find in the store. Especially toys. May be cheaper or free to ship if you have prime as well

I just returned from North Versailles Walmart where I was making a return, actually 3 items ordered online. I was expecting some eye rolling and huffing and instead received smiles and incredible assistance. The young lady named Mannie aka Samantha, went out of her way to help and explain how to filter online ordering so as not to have same problem. She should be promoted to training for all cust service.

Used their pick up service.I am one who is grateful for this bc with a little one and not enough time in the day, this free service has been super helpful!!97% of my exact order was available in the store and whatever was not, they were able to find substitutes.I will be using this service again.The online process was simple. Pick up was simple.Take advantage of this if you have to.

I have been shopping at the Walmart Supercenter for years. The service is good and the prices are great. I use the online shopping service also and do store pick up to save on shipping costs.

My cashier are mean and impatient. She must of had a bad day but that was not my fault.

Just watch and take you time SCANNING items at checkout.I have had several occasions where I carefully scan once and get charged twice.I usually discover being charged twice once I already get home and have to make another trip to get refund.So far in customer service they havent given me any problems claiming my refund.Sometimes I like to buy multiple number of the same item but its not worth the scanner mistakes.Now when asked why not go to a human cashier well i have already left the store and my items are still in the turnstile therefore another trip back to Wal mart.

Not a fan of shopping around inside, but I love their curbside pick-up!! I have been using it for years. I enjoy their online shopping as well. No big issues with anything besides the fact that the store near me never stays stocked or ever have all of my products. They have to substitute all the time. Other than that, its ok...So far so good I guess.

Really should keep the lines open to make it faster than forcing everyone through self checkout when they close. Probably a side effect of being short staffed. Its a rough place to be at around 11, so avoid late nights if you can.

Didnt have the tires I was looking for. Told me its a rare type of tire so they had to order one. I just needed one tire replaced so they ordered one but once they got it they told me I had to install 2 minimum. Another shop did it for me for cheaper and told me the tire isnt as rare as they said. Felt like they was trying to upcharge me

I went in for a few items. Customers left fast food bags in a buggy in the self-checkout line. It was no fault of the employees. Why cant people clean up after themselves?

Store is okay. Helpful store if youre trying to shop for a lot of different products in one place. Some products seemed missing or out of stock this time around, and their prices could be lower (though they had a good price on corn). Their food prices are similar to Giant Eagles--Aldis prices are generally lower.

Not the greatest Walmart (pretty low bar to begin with of course however) Its hardly stocked to capacity and doesnt seem to carry a lot of mainstream products found at other Walmarts. Their management is definitely not amazing either but the staff are friendly enough.

Eh, I was excited to visit a larger Walmart than what we have, but it wasnt that great. The greeter wasnt greeting so I said Hi! Hope youre having a great night! And he reluctantly said hi and yeah. Not entirely organized and then the parking lot was littered with more trash than should be. Im not sure why there isnt someone who monitors that like when they retrieve carts or something. Idk. Maybe Im just critical.

Limited selection of certain items. The problem with this Walmart supercenter is a lot of people visit it compared to other Walmart supercenter. Hard to find certain things. They should have made other Walmart. Some healthy foods. A lot of congestion due to employees stocking up on items at certain times.

Ive been going to this one for awhile. But walking in after a few years yesterday I was shocked in a good way. Clean and organized. It was a good experience and was able to do self check out which was easy and quick. Customer service was good when I did need it.

Never have enough handicapped scooters for customers. 3 stores in the area only have 6 scooter, and some of those are not working. I feel that theres no concern for seniors and the handicapped.

Hot everything I needed. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes. Would have been shorter but I forgot my wallet in my car. Lol.

What is wrong with this place? This is all walmarts now. 1 or 2 cashiers, NO cashiers @ the self checkouts!! One side of self checkouts CLOSED!!. 10 people in both checkouts. Most with buggies full. Some with 1 DANG item.Its ridiculous. The less I shop their the happier I am. Who needs thats frustration?

I have visited several Walmart with my job and this location is a shame. The last time I called for assistance they picked up the phone and hung up 5 times before I was able to get assistance after they transfered me 3 times because they dont know anything about working in a superstore.Go visit the Pittsburgh mills if you want an amazing Walmart experience. Is clean, beautiful, and doesnt resemble North Versailles at all.

This is a new Walmart I didnt even know it was there so now I have to drive 15 minutes less so thats a great thing starting off they clean the buggies I was happy about that store was clean well stocked there are lots of employees working thats a first for a Walmart heres the bad part they are not cleaning the registers in between customers still no Walmarts are cleaning in between customers at the registers or south check out I asked about it and the girl told me we dont do that no more I cant get her name because she also didnt have a name badge on so thats wrong Walmart you need to correct that none of your stores are cleaning through registers only this store out of the 4 or 5 I traveled to since I travel for work, none of them do the buggies but this location but no Walmart Ive been to in the last several months, are cleaning the registers or the conveyors, thats disheartening, but this is the only Walmart that clean the buggies, all the other ones, dont clean, nothing, I dont care what they tell you, Ive asked, its important to me, Im pretty sure its important to a lot of other people, you need to get back to cleaning your store, Walmart.

North Versailles Walmart is the Walmart people talk about. Never anything in stock that I need. Poor customer service. You will wait forever for the locked up baby formula unless someone is actively stocking baby section. Take the drive out rt 30 to the nice Irwin one.

Gone are the days when this was the worst walmart in the region. Its not perfect but a lot better than it was before.

I’ve moved around the country quite a bit, and this is easily the worst Walmart location I’ve had to deal with…Nothing in stock ever, shoppers stealing from other shoppers, fights everywhere (the employees seem worse than the customers tbh).Last week I bought paint, and the employee who prepared it didn’t seal the can correctly causing paint to leak all over my car. Next visit, I mentioned this to an employee (while waiting for her to try getting my credit card back from their broken register 🙄). Instead of acting like she has an ounce of shame, she proceeded to swear at me and tell me that wasn’t her problem.…The entire store is just pathetic.

There have been quite a few renovations and improvements to this particular Walmart location. The food section is very clean as is the rest of the store. However, they still are not fully stocked in certain departments such as housewares. Too many empty shelves; seems like online ordering is being encouraged throughout the entire retail sector.Since the early closing of the stores, due to the covid pandemic, stocking and consistent inventory in all departments is not what it used to be when it was open 24 hours. However, I would travel to this location now rather than go to the Waterworks Mall location. Both are approximately the same distance from my home.Staff extremely pleasant and courteous.

Its was a sorta ok experience.The customer service was good.The shelves were empty, but it was a busy day. I would actually give them 4 1/2 Stars.

Worst shopping experience EVER ! ! ! Stood in self checkout line for 20 minutes while just one man supervised 10 registers - he was on his phone not paying attention at all. So after doing someone elses job and scanning my purchases, I had to interrupt his Pokeemon play to tell him it doesnt accept my money . He stated none of them do and went right back to his game !

I was in self check out .Checking out about six items just completed them and the girl that was helping customers if they had a problem came to my register swiped her card checking my last item saying not a word to me I said to her what did I do wrong she said nothing and left. I don’t know if she thought I was bagging something and not scanning it or what.Made me feel very uneasy.This Walmart doesn’t have the best reputation has it is.They don’t need employees like this. Not mentioning her name here but will be contacting the corporate office about her.

I didnt expect to work when I went shopping for groceries. I had a lot to purchase including some heavy items that I wasnt prepared to be all sweaty to check myself out. Plus the bags are really cheap even using three at a time they were ripping. And still there wasnt enough of self checkouts for the amount of people in this store.

The most horrible group of tire center employees Ive ever encountered. They broke a bunch of my valve stems, trying to...TAKE OFF my tires. Screwed up my psi dash monitors to all read the wrong pressure, they all seem pretty clueless to be working on cars. This Walmart services the hoods of East end of Pgh, I shouldve just gone out to my regular Walmart in Delmont, not THE HOOD MART,...They never broke anything AND theyre done in 45 not 2and a half hrs. What a difference humans can be.

This Wal-Mart has improved greatly over the years. I had actually stopped going to this one. But it has become a very nice store. Just a note. When I was using the self check out I heard someone say hi to me. When I turned around it was a store employee greeting me. Then walking away. I say that because most people would read this and say she was just watching you. No she was just saying hello. The camera is watching you. LOLWhy do I comment on this you may ask. When someone comes to my place of business I speak to them also. I want people to know I appreciate them being here. Thats how it makes me feel when I am in another place of business.

Went to get tires at the Walmart this AM but they were closed because they didnt enough people working. A symptom of the pandemic? I dont know but this is getting old.

The shelves are getting emptied in the HBA area and doesnt look like shipments are coming in. Food area is pretty well stocked.

Employees are sort of helpful. This WalMart seems very unorganized. The computer usually doesnt match what is actually on hand. Young folks riding around in motorized shopping carts that dont need them. We only go to this WalMart if we have to which is only a couple times a year and this is the closest WalMart to me.

Just like any WalMart Supercenter, the assortment of products are amazing. And the one thing I like here is the timely restocking.

Ok seriously, at this point I am completely fed up with the baby food section. I rang the call bell 4 times and no one came to help me. I walked around and found a representative and he advised me to go to customer service to get help. If you all are going to lock up the baby milk like its an electronic at least have someone available to get it out. And trust me I know what its like to work in retail and get super busy but I was waiting for too long. If the call bell does not get me the help I need, then take it down.

Stock is very low on. Items that show in stock are not there. Took FOREVER to get help from someone, had to ring for assistance multiple times, then had to track someone down myself, who said hed get a manager. Had to ring again to finally get assistance! The person who finally helped us was wonderful though.

My friend was able to pick up her groceries and Necessities all in one visit very convenient

West Mifflin store is too crowded and gross! I now go to a different location and they are too notch compared to West Mifflin Walmart

This review is not the best review but it absolutely has no reflection on the employees. The employees at this store do their best under the conditions they have to work under, bad management.Ive been going to this store for years for price and products, hence at least two stars, and have never had a employee be rude or not willing to help me find something.To start they never have enough help at the Deli/Meat section and its has to be one of the busiest department in the store. This deserves two Nevers, they never never have enough cashiers to check people out. The store almost never has the far self checkout open, pharmacy side, which causes a backup at the opposite end of the store.I was there yesterday, 1.5.2021, and they had two registers open with one not taking additional customers. Her light was out and she was backed up with seven customers.The second register, the line I was in, I was sixth in line. After fifteen minutes I spotted a self checkout line open and proceeded to checkout there. The lady who was in front of me and fifth in line was still two people away from checking out when I was done.I know this complaint can be repeated by just about every customer that shops at the North Versailles store. Its a shame that district or higher up managers dont recognize this problem and try and alleviate it.

Average Walmart. Set up is kind of weird bordering on obnoxious. Consistently messy and out of stock on things.

Too many self check outs and not enough manned. I refuse to use self check outs because I dont work there and dont want to encourage replacing human workers with technology. If they gave a 10% discount on your entire order for checking yourself out and bagging your own groceries, I MIGHT consider it.

This is one of the worst Walmarts in the area. I recommend shopping at any other grocery store if possible. If youre shopping after 9 PM here, its a nightmare. The management is ridiculous. They only have one register open after 9 PM (a 20 items or less one) so if you have more than 20 things in your cart, have fun ringing up your very full cart and bagging everything by yourself in the self checkout line. The self checkout line appears to be replacing their cashiers in an attempt to save a buck by not having to pay more employees. Save yourself the anger, frustration, and regret and shop somewhere else if you have the option!

This walmart is something else. Thats all I can say. HOWEVER, there was an adequate # of cashiers as we walked right to an open checkout.

So, I came here after going to two different Walmart’s, both of which did not cash checks. I should have just gone here first, but you have to take like 3 different buses to get where I am to here. I wish it was closer, the employees are really helpful and nice. I also love the pretzel place they have there, it’s no Auntie Anne’s but it’s a good substitute.

This store is generally out of at least one of the things on my list when I go there. I can get almost everything I need, staff is helpful and kind but seems understaffed, they dont ever have enough registers open unless I use self checkout. Its exactly what I expect of a Walmart, but then my expectations of Walmart are kind of low.

Purchased fuel at the on site gas station at this location 7/2015 prior to closing overnight using a debit card. Within 3 months learned the card was duplicated with a skimmer (card reader). The duplicate card was used to purchase 2 items valued at 105 dollars at a nearby Walmart (pleasantville pa).

Went to Walmart to send a MoneyGram. the cashier in customer service didnt listen when I said I needed MoneyGram not RIA, he gave me a Ria after I told him I needed MoneyGram I had to go back to the store get a refund and do the whole transaction over. It was horrible customer service. I hate Walmart!!

Today, my experience at the North Versailles - Walmart was my best, in quite sometime. Excellent service.

This Wal-Mart has great grocery pick up service! I love it that I can order online and then schedule a pick up time from early morning until evening. Instead of hours shopping, standing in line, pushing cart to the car, loading the groceries in the car, taking the cart back etc etc...I just drive to Wal-Mart and call & say Im here and in about 3 minutes they come out with my huge order and put it all in the car for me and I drive away! Amazing! There is also a great garden store inside & out with a huge selection of annuals, hanging baskets, ferns, you name it! And pavers, mulch, porch decor, bulbs, seeds, hoses, tools, lawn mower parts...everything you need. This is a well stocked store. And a nice auto department that does battery install, tires & u can shop while ur car is being serviced.

Tried to return something we just bought. The line was so long at the service desk and there was only one person working it! Where was management?!?!

The Pick Up department started out great, but they are less through now. They keep bringing stuff out that I said “no substitutes”too. The last couple of times I have had some inexpensive items missing from my orders.Also, if you try to and get in touch with someone in that department, you can forget it. They will not answer the phone. They need to put someone in that department that can address these issues.

Managers, will punch in Access Cards Numbers when theres a Problem with a Individuas card. However it seems to be a Problem when Someone is asked to slide their debit again.when you can you type the Numbers,It Always is a Problem

Was extremely helpful when needed as well as maintaining the stores cleanliness by requiring masks and social distancing

Only self check outs were opened. I was reassured by the only cashier that I had no option but to check out my own groceries, since her light is out. They will not be getting any more of my money or free labor.
