Horrible again. Had an appointment yesterday at another location. Told me they dont have lift to raise my van up. Wasted my time.Made another appointment at this location. Showed up to drop my car off, only to be told I dont have an appointment today. My appointment is now on Saturday.Made another appointment at another location for tomorrow. Lets see what happens.

I went got a foam cleaner called tuff something work will good.

The service was great. They know their stuff!! I didnt know they offered a warranty on tires so now I feel even more confident about my tires!!

I’ve been calling for three days during business hours and nobody will answer the phone. Then I get connected to the main line, they transfer me back to auto and still no answer. Useless

Very unprofessional. Called to get a price for a battery and was put on hold. On hold for 10 minutes and no one picked up. Hung up then called again only to instantly be put on hold for another 12 minutes without no one picking up. Very rude.

I was thoroughly disgusted with the service at Walmart tire center, My wife had an appointment she ordered her tires they said they had 8 in stock and when we arrived and it was time to put the tires on they had sold 2 of the 4 tires that she had already ordered and made an appointment for for disgusting!!!!😡

The tire and service people are so rude and unprofessional. Lazy at its best. Even the managers are the same. They say 40mins and it turns into 2 hours. I was told they can’t finish my car because they were closing and I was there far before they were close to closing.

We had a misunderstanding due to the worker when I called BEFORE I ordered tires didnt tell me that it had to be manufacturer default sizes, which we didnt know because the car was pre-owned and it came with those size tires on it. I was under the impression of what he said after I told him I needed a tire replacement for my bfs jeep. He said if you buy the tires online we can put them onHad an appointment scheduled after the tires came and then we found this out.But the worker I spoke to when I was infuriated did take some more info, and check all the policies in case there was something they could do. Unfortunately they couldnt do anything. He did give me a number to someone who would put the tires on regardless at a more than reasonable price.

The guy at the desk was stressed. To many customers for him. He got frustrated and a little snappy. The young man that did my tire was so nice I should have tipped him but couldnt find him he was a small white man very young and so so so nice that if I ever come up to that service station I am gonna ask for him. Loved the manners and his personality. He definitely would make me come back .

Nobody here is going to win Mr Congeniality, but they know what they are doing and they are good at their job. 4 hours is a long time to wait to have 2 tires put on, but I have bought tires from Walmart before and they are good tires and they stand behind them if you get the warranty.

I needed an oil change on short notice and figured if I went to Walmart, I wouldnt need an appointment, and that it would be quick services at a reasonable price. $52 and almost two hours later I was proven wrong. Not the place to go if youre looking for a bargain.I will say that the staff was very friendly and professional. They vacuumed my interior so that was nice. If you need a walk-in, they wont give you any trouble. And the soft pretzels they sell at the front of the Walmart are really good if you have some time to kill.

Great tires and fast service

Went up to get an oil change first thing in the morning (I was one of the first three people in line). I was then told by an employee that I had to make an appointment over the phone. I waited over 30 minutes on hold when there was only one person ahead of me. Eventually, I grew tired of waiting and went inside to schedule (since the phone is right next to the service desk). I was then told that they dont make appointments and that I would have to 3 hours. I then complained about how an employee told me I needed an appointment. Said employee appeared and I said it was that employee and he said that he never said that. I was then called a liar and told I had to leave for harassing their employee. (As I was leaving, one of the two people who were in front of me in line came in and explained almost the exact same happened to them and they pointed out that one employee again. However, he too was called a liar and told to leave. I then said how could two complete strangers have almost the exact same story about one guy and both be lying. They then called security so I left.TL:DR - This place purposely screws you over

If I could give a negative star I would. I was just at this location having my tires changed, and the customer service was HORRIBLE,,,,, !! The two guys working the front counter couldnt have cared less that a customer came in. I stood there for what seemed to be forever,,,, before either one of them got off of their phones and acknowledge me. The older man had a serious attitude right off the bat, I almost walked out right then but I needed the tires changed badly. You could tell that these guys hated their jobs, and didnt want to be there. I watched them purposely stand there and let the Walmart business landline phone ring,ring,ring until the person hung up. It seemed familiar to how it was when I called here in the beginning, just imagine how much business Walmart loses from them not answering the phone. I will NEVER return to this store, and I will make sure to tell everyone that i know about this. The actual mechanic that did the work on my vehicle was great, and friendly.

Dropped car off at 11:30 am for tires and the gentleman said 3hrs. 3.5 hrs went by and I decided to give them a call. I was told Your car has been done and waiting for pickup. They told me I would get a phone call when it was finished. Thanks for NOT calling me. Lol. Hope they address this. Service was good though. Prices are hard to beat.

You cant beat the price for tire mounting 22.00 per tire if you bring your own tires but then you have a lifetime balance and rotation at any Walmart Auto Center on the tires. This place gets busy and normally takes about 2 hours to get done. Ive never had any problems yet and have had tires mounted about 5 times so far. Plus you can eat and shop at the same time.

Fast Oil changes if you are the first or second person there on the weekends.

Dont trust anything they tell you all lies just to make the sale. Dont expect any appointments to be timely 2 didnt start until after 3

I just paid for two tries one ran over something and they fixed it

When shop opens at 7am and with only two cars in line ahead. I was told it would be over two hours. When all you do is change oil and tires I feel thats too long. The employees attitude just displayed that hed rather tell you a long wait the so you as a consumer decide to go elsewhere.

Car center is always low staffed. I only come here because its convenient

If I could give zero stars, I would. We spoke with an employee the night before about getting tires for our car. He told us that they had two types of tires in stock for our car. We had planned to come in the next day, and asked if we should pre-purchase our tires so they would not sell them before the next day. He told us that we would be fine and did not need to. As I am sure you can guess, we showed up the next morning and they had no tires in stock for our car. They were unapologetic and rude, and even accused my wife of lying. I spoke with the manager, Mike who was even ruder and extremely condescending. Their prices may be low, but the customer service, dishonesty and waste of time is not worth it.

I had to have my car towed to Walmart because I had a flat, and they were able to get me right in.

Very rude with the customers

If I could give them negative stars I would. I worked in retail for years and these are the slowest most inconsiderate employees I have ever met. I stood in line for 30 minutes while an associate talked to his friend to tell me they didnt stock my tires. I ordered them online then came back when they arrived to stand in line for 30 minutes again while the employees ignored customers to pick up the tires and had them put on somewhere else because I refused to give them another cent.

Lets seeeeeee. We waited in line for an hour while nobody else was in line. We asked for a manager and we were ignored. When we were called, the cashier was super ignorant and impolite. He knew nothing. Do NOT go to this auto part if you want REAL service.

You cant gt walk-ins, its no longer convient. There hrs are till 7p but they stop servicing 3 hrs before. They are always letting 2 techs leave at the same time so they always just have 1 tech. Customer service is non-existant. They are rude lazy and slow.

OMG! How could one person, myself, choose to stay to get tires on my car for 3hrs? Never again! And, its first come first serve basis and if you leave, if they will even give you your keys back, you will lose your spot!

I gave it a three since I just went and asked a general question. The staff was friendly and helpful. I do plan to go back so we shall see in an update!7/20 UPDATEI bumped it down to 2 stars because when I went to get tires which I called ahead and told they were there. I went on a Friday (took off work) and he says he doesn’t have my size tires in stock and can order them it was going to be $383. So I said I’d have to wait because I wasn’t expecting that price or them not to have tires (I have small car). It was inconvenient to tell me you had then say you didn’t after I showed up. Which I was told I can’t ask any of the workers because they don’t know.

I WILL NEVER TAKE A VEHICLE HERE AGAIN. THEY OVER TORQUE LUG NUTS TO THE POINT A BREAKER BAR OR IMPACT GUN CANNOT REMOVE THE LUG NUTS AND YOU BREAK TOOLS TRYING TO REMOVE THEM.

I needed some cleaner and Shine for my tires at Walmart since I have the right stuff for good price.

I suggest getting a warranty on everything you purchase because Walmart will honor a replacement battery warranty and that was the reason for my visit

Never get your oil change or any type of service at this store. I took my vehicle there for oil change and they destroyed my engine because they are incompetent of doing a basic oil change! Most employers of this place are on meth.
