My wife and I went to Recreational Warehouse looking for outdoor furniture for our deck. All of the sets that they have to offer are of high quality. Of course, having said that, you will pay a premium price, depending on the set you choose. Lisa was our sales person, and she did a great job describing the pieces, and what each set had to offer. We ended up ordering a set that we really liked, and it will be delivered this week. We will have them deliver it, for a $50 charge. With that charge, they will assemble it and set it up on our deck. We are excited to get our new furniture when it arrives.

We just had a new pool installed this spring, our second one from Rec Warehouse. Our 1st on lasted over 20 years! The staff is always friendly & helpful, especially Shawn Parnell, who always can answer my pool chemistry questions! I would recommend the store highly to friends & family!

I bought my kayak pool liner from here. I had my pool guy come to install it and it won’t even stay on the edging. Clearly this liner wasn’t make for a kayak pool. I understand it’s a after market but it should still fit properly. So I call auto see l if they would give me money back. When I called a women answered I told her my situation and she transferred me to a sale rep. Then told him my problem he transferred me to a manger who was completely rude me. He said there is no way that the pool liner wouldn’t and that my pool guy doesn’t know how to install pool liners correctly. I said to the manager would you like to talk to my pool guy. Well the manager was as rude to him and he was me. My pool guy who by the way only installs kayak pool liners knows how to install them. Instead of passing the buck onto someone else this company needs to stand behind the product they sell and help there customers out not just say sorry we can’t return your money or even offer me a different pool liner. I will for sure never go there again to get anything. KAYAK POOL BUYERS BEWARE. Spend the money and go get the kayak pool liner from Kayak Katalogs.

I would give this place zero stars if it would let me. We went in on Sunday for an awning and were told that a guy name Walter was going to give us a call on Monday to set up a time to come out measure make sure we were structurally sound bring books so that we could pick out what pattern we would like so that we could order. Today we had to call them and got nothing but attitude and were told that we live 45 minutes out and they weren’t going to give us a call we’re not worth their time 🤷🏼‍♀️ Guess they don’t want anybody’s business

Bought a Heritage slate pool table for $1K less than the next best price I could find. Price included delivery and setting up. Special high grade pool set (balls, cues, all accessories) wa an upgrade worth far more than the $100 cost. Excellent service This is the place to go for a very high quality pool table.

Buying our pool from there was great. When pool was delivered, delivery driver backed into our vehicle. The driver was very sorry but as for recreational warehouse owners could care less about the damage to our vehicle not even an apology or anything all they said was I’ll send the information in the mail to us very unprofessional. We’re told we would receive a call back never did. we had to keep calling them to get answers. Not apologetic whatsoever the worst part is we just got the vehicle a week ago and now it’s going to take Time and aggravation to get this fixed. Recreational warehouse has horrible customer service. Would not recommend

Visited this store about a month ago. I was interested in the Big Green Egg. When i walked in, this older white haired gentlemen helped me out. He spoke from experience as he had a green egg himself. Because of him i pulled the trigger and made the purchase. absolutely no regrets. Service from this store was top notch, and my wife is happy because i cook dinner every night on this thing!

Went to get an awning. Walter the owner was supposed to come to our home to take measurements the next day. He never came or called and when we called him he was completely offensive and rude !!!!! Never ever giving them our business and perhaps he is discriminating against my wife and I!

Very rude useless customer service, owner could care less. We purchased a umbrella for 300 dollars. We put it outside and 1 week after owning it, it broke. We called 3 times and all 3 times they very short very rude and very useless. I will never buy from them again. He said its from China and we dont cover our umbrellas if it breaks. I called back and the lady was just as rude. Honestly there is a million other stores that cover there product and understand. Good luck to this store.

Purchased a hot tub from here a number of years back, that cost a significant amount. Said hot tub got a leak so when I called for a service call they told me they are only doing service calls for hot tubs under warranty. They are the only dealer for this specific hot tub for miles, so to get any technician that has direct connection with the manufacturer you are completely out of luck if you are past the warranty date.

Really had great experiences here. Ive bought a Nordic Hot tub, Homewood rought iron patio set, Weber gas grill, Patio Umbrella and two Majestic Gas fireplaces. Ive always had excellent service. Timely very polite delivery and very knowledgeable people in setting up the Hotub and fireplaces. I am quite a shopper and really compare prices when I shop. Theyve been almost always the best priced and with great service.

Good selection but no bargains

Don’t expect any help or support after purchase. After spending nearly 4000 on a massage chair here and numerous phone calls for help, I have been largely ignored. One side of the thigh massage never functioned and request to pay for dissembling/assembling has never been followed up. Should’ve bought from a place that provides support after purchase or online at a much cheaper price. Made the mistake of thinking buying locally would offer better service.

Very disappointed in how I was treated. I am a single women. I went in to buy a pool. I ran home to make sure the pool would fit my backyard due to it Is a small yard. I called him to ask some questions..i asked him if he could hold me a 12ft pool that I had an electrician coming by and that I would be back there shortly. He told me that I would need cash and that I had to come back and pay. He went on to tell me that there was at least 20 people in the pool area and only 1 12ft pool left. Im sure they take more than cash as a payment. I dont feel like he took me serious that I was going to purchase a pool. I went to Saracenis for my pool. I feel I was treated unfairly. I will never go back there for any of my pool needs.

Very rude and don’t care about retaining customers. Went there once to inquire about grills. Salesman showed me 1 grill and told me let’s go write it up. I said no I’m still looking, told me that I need to pick one already. Would not answer any of my question or concerns about the grill, just kept saying sure, or if you want now let’s go write this up. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. THEY SAID SAID THEY DONT CARE BECAUSE THEY HAVE ENOUGH CUSTOMERS!!! POS !!!!

Well stocked with a good selection. They are not easily wheel chair accessible, though. There is a step of several Inches from the ramp to the Inside. They arent cheap but pools and spas arent a Walmart type thing. They were friendly and were able to point us In the right direction to find what we needed.

What a fun place to shop. Sales staff were very friendly and knowledgeable were able to answer all my questions on the Weber gas grills. And also could explain the features of all there gas and electric fireplaces I was very impressed

This has been our Go To place for all pool things. Our inground pool needed major work and they helped us with that. Pool covers, solar covers, winter covers, pool chemicals, they have everything! We recently bought our new filter and new pump from them, and we had checked all other stores for price comparisons! They help with installing some things too.
