I am opening a Pizza Restaurant at the Layton Hills Food Court. They helped me design a sign from a logo I had envisioned. We decided on the size and they got it installed. I think it looks great, has detail that I didnt think was possible and has subtleties that make it stand out. I am very happy with the final product.

They came in with a very competitive quote and found ways to save us money and retrofit our old sign late last year with a new LED display that looks and functions way better than what we had. The software for managing and updating the sign is easy to use. They recommended someone to create animations for us and weve been really happy with them too. Carstons service hasnt stopped after the sale. He keeps an eye on the sign for us and calls to alert me to any concerns he sees. Hes also been very responsive whenever I call him. For example, a few months after the sign was installed our radio transmitter began to lose signal where we originally had them place it. I called Carston and the next day he was in my office and spent the whole morning running cable to move the transmitter. A large LED sign is no small investment and Im glad we chose a company that stands by their work and the manufacturer they represent.

This review is long overdue. I have been a customer of Freedom LED for a little over 2 years. During that time, I have dealt primarily with Braxton and Carston. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work and how much emphasis they place on customer service. It is very rare that I send an e-mail to Carston and dont receive a phone call within about 20 minutes. In fact, there was one time when we had a minor issue with a sign and it was towards the end of the day, so I e-mailed him and asked him to call me the next day. I had no idea that at the time he was vacationing...in Europe. However, I still got a call from him within about 10 minutes. They make you feel like you are their top priority and most important customer. Aside from their customer service, the quality of their work is phenomenal. They do so much work from design to researching city regulation to offering suggesting...all before a sign is even installed. Our signs look great, they are always there to answer any questions we have, and we couldnt be happier with the business relationship we have with FreedomLED.

Watchfire makes a great sign and the software is very user friendly. The signs we purchased were everything we expected from the concept.
