Jeff is just about the most chill salesman who ever was. He has deep knowledge of all things touring, and he is clearly in the game because he loves motorcycles (and sleds and SxSs). His prices are great, and his options for servicing are extensive.

Not worth buying a helmet from these guys unless you are sure that you will not return it. I didnt like the styling of one and had to pay return shipping on my own. Would have cost me 45+ dollars. Stick with Revzilla or JPcycles or DennisKirk if you have any doubts.

Jeff saved my day. On Sunday I tried to perform an oil change on a bike I had just bought used on Friday. For 3.5 hours me and a friend worked on getting the damn oil filter off, to no avail. I finally got so frustrated with it, I just put new oil in and was going to call it good for a few months.The next morning as I prepped for a ride to Evanston, I saw that the damn filter was leaking at the seam. I called a few shops until I got one to answer their phone and it was Jeff. I explained the situation and that I was worried about doing a full day ride with a leaking filter. He checked to make sure he had the right filter on hand and told me to swing by on my way out of town.I stopped in and Jeff went right to work on swapping out the old filter and making sure the leak was sorted. He was quick, effecient, friendly, and way cheaper than I anticipated. I grabbed a hoodie and fleece-lined neck tube as well. His shop is clean, well-priced, and now I cant imagine going anywhere else to have my bike serviced.Jeff, you made my day. We had a great, stress-free trip, thanks to you.

I stopped by unannounced to check out this store, and walked out with two items I needed (okay I didnt need them but I wanted them really bad)! Their pricing is competitive and they were very helpful in demonstrating the products I was interested in. I will be returning the next time I need anything motorsports related!

Finally decided to purchase some new wheels and tires for the RZR. Jeff gave me several options and answered every question, of which I had many. Great customer support and pricing. When I had a schedule conflict he delivered them to my house (luckily I was semi-close by). They went above and beyond in every way.

Great place the have helped me with all my problems that have come up with my bike they even talked me through an electric problem with my bike and great customer service and was able to get my bike in when no other place would take it and have great prices. I called first to check that they would indeed be open until 5:30pm. After talking to them I showed up at 5:20 and sure enough the door was locked and nobody answered the phone. Im very disappointed in this company.
