I have bought from them many times over the past several years. They are very knowledgeable, prices are fair, and they often beat the prices of the large dealers. Best of all, it is nice to do business with a local small business where the owners are very knowledgeable and always helpful. You can also check on line to see what they have in inventory, which can literally change in a flash. That said, if you are customer, you can call and talk to a real person that can help you with achieve your goals. All that, at no extra charge - pretty impressive.

I went here for the first time last week & was very impressed. I am a beginner at the coin thing & they explained everything I ask them plus much more very thoroughly. Well, I just completed my first order with CR and from now on, this will be my go to Precious Metals shop. The store is secure, monitored, and clean and the staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and will offer you the level of discretion you want. Their prices are right in line with any of the online sites, and are based upon spot price at the time of ordering. When picking up my order, they tested it in front of me, so that I left knowing that I got exactly what was ordered. My order arrived in less time than the online bullion sites provide even with paying extra for their fastest possible shipping... AND I didnt have to wait at home all day to sign for delivery, which is mandatory if there is a discrepancy with your order. So thank you Rob for providing such a good experience!

These guys are good guys. Their knowledge and customer service is a value that is unsurpassed in the area. I had a broken gold necklace that I didnt want to fix and so I figured Id sell it. I went to a pawn shop first and was insulted by the low ball offer. I tried big name jewelry/gold buying shop and just didnt feel right about their offer either. Needless to say, I am glad that I had held out. After doing some research on google, I stumbled upon this place. Hands down their offer was significantly higher than the others! Went to this place after seeing it as a store in the area from the JM Bullion and Provident Metals websites. Had great experience there yesterday. Guy I worked with ( I assume the owner) was really friendly and answered many questions I had about their coins and bullion. Their American Silver Eagle Prices were the best in town and online once you include online fees.

Both of these guys are very professional and do a really good job. They are very polite and love my hamburgers and they are the best financial option if you are collecting silver. I do not have to pay shipping or do all my neighbors see my business at my door this is a very secure option for me.

This used to be a friendly shop. It is currently barely better than a pawn shop, a place to hock your gold and silver. Pair of unfriendly misers working the counter today. If you have gold or silver to buy or sell go elsewhere.

Im not from Dallas, but I travel on business 3 weeks out of 4. I always try to stop in to the local coin shops when I have a few extra minutes. Ive been in HUNDREDS of coin stores throughout the United States and this is one of my favorites. Its CLEAN, organized, professional, they have a good selection, theyre friendly & helpful. But the thing that impressed me the most is that they are reasonable....the owner had several of the same coin in stock and offered me a fantastic deal on one of them, I paid $45 less than I thought I was going to have to. I had a brief conversation with the owner who started this business after leaving his corporate job to do what he loves....what more can you ask for? Absolutely terrible! I walked in the door and immediately a very rude man started shouting at me to leave the store, he didnt even say hi, he just started yelling. Why?... I dont know.So i kindly left. And I will never go back. And I do not recommend anyone to go there and be treated the way I was treated.I am going to refer this situation to my lawyer.To the owner... I think you should treat every customer the same whether their age, looks, ect.. I think what you did to me will never be forgiven and I will unfortunately have to open a case with you.You dont make money by yelling and shouting at your customers to leave the store.And if there is firearms in there out in the open then whats the reason to yell at your customers, unless they are loaded, then just dont load them.. Why keep loaded firearms out on display? And also why not just take the ammo out instead of yelling at your customers?
