Great service, quality, and price! They took down our two mirrors so we could remove the wallpaper and texture/paint the walls. Then they came back to hang our mirrors and make them look Art Deco. We got a 4 inch and a 2 inch bevel (the 2 on top of the 4) to frame our mirror. Looks beautiful and we have gotten so many compliments on it. They worked very hard to make sure it was all correct. Highly recommend NRH Glass and Mirror.

What a Fantastic experience. Called in an order by phone Friday mid day. Every thing was ready to go within an hour or so. I came to pick up and spoke with Michael and asked some questions. He was very informative and explained in great detail how to do it step by step. Have never done this before, he made me confident that I could accomplish this task. I followed his instructions and ended up with a perfect install. We appreciate you so much. I will never go anywhere again. Yall have EARNED my business for life.

This place was great! I had a odd-shaped piece of glass that had broken in a kitchen cabinet door and was concerned about getting it replaced. Not only did they do it right away for me (so I wouldnt have to make two trips), but there prices were extremely reasonable. The office personnel were pleasant to chat with while I waited. I will definitely be back here for all my glass needs!

They were SO pleasant and efficient! Even while their power was out due to the storm, they still stayed in contact, they were patient, so friendly and did the job quickly. My husband and I are genuinely thankful!

The worse service ever. If you want to waste your money, hire this company. Joe, the guy who came to my house was very disrespectful. They install a glass in a cabinet, and the finished was horrible, they have to replace it, but I have to pay. No warranty from the company. They also install the same day a shower glass door in a bathroom that has been used 5 or 6 time after the installation of the glass. One of the glasses broke causing a scare situation, because they were kids using it. Fortunately no one was hurt seriously. They do not want to respond because they said You broke it, because you do not know how to use it, also, because the incident happens just 1 day after a year. But company.

Called and had someone come to measure the glass I wanted replaced, came to my house and I was told he had to find paper to make a pattern and needed another person to do it. Came back a couple of hours later. After all measurements take I was told they would call the next day with quote. Still waiting for call back two weeks later.

Long time customer of this company. Price of doing business with them has skyrocketed. Will never understand how they can charge $128 to replace a single pane of glass, which they had on their truck and did not have to cut. The entire process took less then 20 minutes as the window they replaced had already been removed and all glass cleaned out. $128 for putting a piece of glass in a whole and putting clear silicone around it. Im done with this company.

Guy came out a week ago and measured single pane window that needed replaced. Called 3 days later to have them replace it. They have never called back to set up appt. Very unprofessional will not use or recommend this company ever.
