Buyers beware! If you purchase any roofing material make sure that is absolutely the right material because they will not let you exchange it. They honestly said they do not have polioces when it comes to returning but that they can pick and chose what they want to take back. Just for that I called and cancelled my Home Depot credit card today and went across the street to Lowes and opened up a new account.

Unfortunately only 1 person on register with a long line and no one would respond to the 3 calls she made for help at register and a 80 year old man needing loading help for 15 forty pound bags of mulch. The senior citizen finally had to get 2 guys who were on the fork lifts to help even though that was not their job.

Early shopper for garden stuff, and was very satisfied,with whay was available and the checkout staff, as well.

So frustrated, got no help finding what I needed so I left empty handed

Not sure who I spoke with on the phone. But whomever answered the phone in the Lawn & Garden section today around 7-7:30pm is the reason I went and bought my Christmas Tree elsewhere.Very rude and did not want to explain simple questions whatsoever!

Second time I come to this location and get terrible service. Taking my business across the street to Lowes
