The tech from fixed fitness was very friendly, fast, and a hard working dude. He had to come 2x because after the bad cables were put on the first time by inspire fitness installation, the 2nd set of cables inspire fitness sent were 5 inches too long. After taking it all apart to find this out,, he never lost his chill, he put it all back together.When he came the 2nd time he again was friendly, and worked hard and fast.Michael Scott was the gentleman from fixed fitness who orchestrated the entire thing.He was very informative with the process, and even ordered the cables and had them shipped for me to my home both times. He always got back to me every time I bothered him with my little patience to get this done.All of the timing and wait had nothing to do with the tech or Mike, we all were waiting on inspire fitness to send the correct cables. Im a little disappointed in Inspire fitness for sending cables 5 inches too long, this was a lazy mistake, and the quality of the cable looked nothing like the newest installed.The first cable installed by inspire had odd bumps where the cable met the pulley, which caused the rubber to split down to the metal and had me dealing with all of this in the first place.My overall experience minus inspire sending cheap long incorrect cables was a good one.The tech & Mike get 5 of 5 stars from me. I hope this doesnt happen again, but if anything else needs assistance I hope I can use the same tech and fixed fitness again. Horrible Service. I purchased a New elliptical in July and 3 weeks later had both pedals making loud noises. On Aug 10th contacted Fixed Fitness I sent a video and needed two new pedals. Finally received pedals 9.2 and still waiting for tech to install them. Sent several emails asking when and was told waiting on Tech. So its been a month now.Beginning to wonder if the pedals were installed properly in the first place. I bought it new to avoid any issues.I would never recommend this company and cant believe Precor uses them. I have sent an email to Precor requesting a full refund and machine to be picked up.Not sure how this company is still in business.

FIXED FITNESS is absolutely awesome! I live in New York City. I phoned the seller of the treadmill and they contacted Fixed Fitness. That very same day I was contacted by Mike at Fixed Fitness and 48 hours later there was a repair person in my home in New York City. They coordinated the repair and the technician did not leave my home until I was satisfied with the results. Mike in Texas and Paul in New York City had my treadmill working that same day. I most definitely would recommend Fixed Fitness to others and will keep their contact information available for myself and others.

Fixed Fitness came out to fix our treadmill. Scheduling an appointment was easy and done in a timely manner. Robert, the technician who came out to fix our treadmill, did a great job! He was very knowledgeable.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Mike was the technician that assisted us with the repair of our treadmill. He was able to diagnose the issue using videos and pictures of the unit including multiple circuit boards for the motor and console. His response to the communications we sent were timely, accurate, and very helpful. He was able to order the part from the manufacturer, and provided guidance after we installed to get the machine up and running, which included specific instructions on some adjustments that were need on the control board. Top shelf help from someone whom understands Life Fitness equipment. And all of this at a fraction of the cost of calling a high priced local vendor in to try and repair the unit. Not to mention better speed.

We purchased a treadmill from Precor. The installation team left before they made sure the equipment worked. We then needed to place a work order through Fixed Fitness. Mike Scott was the rep that tried to help us fix it ourselves, he was patient and thorough. Unfortunately the installation team had used a drill to set the screws and stripped one so I was unable to repair it. Mike sent Levy to our house. Levy was also patient and professional and had to cut the entire housing off because the screw was so stripped.Mike and Levy were our lifelines through this whole thing. They are wonderful.The installation crew not so much. Im still finding dings in my walls that need repainting.Thank you Mike and Levy!

Since my honest rating was removed without rectifying the situation i am reposting..and will continue to do so.My nordicktrack warranty sent this company out to fix my elliptical. The incline was malfunctioning so the tech fixed it, all while telling me how his bosses tell him if the problem is not what was previously diagnosed he is supposed to just act like hes doing somethingto the machine even if he isnt. Very unprofessional. I get on the machine that night and now the resistance is broken. I call back and request a different tech but they send the same one. He is so uneducated he is watching YouTube videos trying to figure out how to put my machine together and ends up shorting out my homes electricity when he plugged his phone into the outlet while the machine was also plugged it. At this point my fiance is irritated and understandably so.. and this tech leaves the house with my elliptical unable to even power on. When I keep pressing nordicktrack to send a new tech and resolve the situation suddenly this tech makes up a story to save his job saying I have illegal substances and he felt unsafe in the home when I have two children and nothing of the sort in my home.. he saw a clean tobacco pipe on the dresser that my fiance made since his career is glassblowing. What a joke! Now I have a fully broken elliptical because of this incompetent tech and nordicktrack wont send anyone back out over these false claims.If these people are servicing your warranty, try to look into other options because obviously nordicktrack doesnt pay them well enough to care about customer service in these instances.Update: I was contacted by Chase concerning this review and after some explaining on both ends he agreed to notify me when he could come make the situation right by buying the elliptical his previously employed tech broke because he will definitely be able to fix it and resell it. Still waiting for a call back.Update 6/16/2021Sir, you called me asking how to get the rating removed and offered to send a different tech out behind nordicktracks back for no charge and make me pay for the parts. When I asked my spouse and he declined, I offered for you to come get this paperweight, expecting you to offer the $300 value of this visit you were willing to sacrifice to fix an elliptical your tech broke.. I never said any figure and honestly just wanted it gone since its now worthless to me. Sorry you didnt have the respect to call back and tell me youd rather not come to a resolution and go behind my back to remove the rating anyways, how I suspected you would after the tone at the end of our call when you didnt get the solution you desired. I think that says plenty about you as well. Blackmail?. Nice way to flip it!!

Michael came by today and fixed my Nordic Track S22i. Awesome job. Very personable, super quick. By the way, there is no way I could have done this without Mike. iFit/Nordic Track just sends you a part in the mail - with no instructions. Its truly ridiculous. But, Michael did a great job.

Helped me fix my stationary bike remotely. It was an old and discontinued model, but Mike knew the machine really well and gave it new life. His Instructions were clear, he was really patient, and now it works beautifully again. I didn’t want to have a repair person come to my home during the virus. But in addition, doing this repair remotely saved me $150 on a home repair by someone in NY (and of course saved me at least $1k over replacing the machine). Certainly really happy with this service and recommend them highly.

Mike was awesome. We fixed things over Facetime. They were super responsive and easy to work with. I really appreciated that I sent a video in of the problem, and they actually took the time to watch it and then advise me. I didn’t expect this level of support. Thought I’d be calling into a call center in China or someplace to someone who had no clue about the product. I was really surprised by how professional and easy this was!

My precor 225 elliptical trainer arrived, after months of waiting for delivery, with a damaged shroud and broken bushing. I was referred to Mike of Fixed Fitness for repair. Mike quickly and professionally obtained pictures of the broken piece and parts that needed to be ordered. He put in the order within 48 hours of receiving the info. After the ordered parts were delivered to me, I schedule a visit with one of their local techs. The tech, who arrived exactly on time as scheduled, worked to complete the repair. However, he discovered another broken part inside, so was unable to complete the repair. He put in an order through Mike and the replacement part arrived within 2 days via UPS. The morning that I called to schedule finishing the repair, the tech was nearby and able to come to my house again within 20 minutes, and fix the exercise machine in pristine condition. I cannot imagine a more responsive, reliable, and professional team that contracts for the repair of precor equipment. Well done!! Thank you!!

Brandon Patterson was my technician and did a tremendous job fixing my machine. He was also very professional and was in and out in no time. He even helped tighten up the handle bars and made sure to have me test it before he left. 10/10 on his service and professionalism.
