Great place with very friendly staff. I love coming here. Kate is super friendly and patient. So is Sky. Their prices are great and yes it takes a while to get a price on what you sell but at the end of the day the price is worth the wait.I keep coming back thinking “this time I’ll get the cash” but their stuff is so great I end up doing store credit. LOL Highly recommend!
Such an amazing part of the community. In the midst of a pandemic, Lisa has taken great pains to photograph and place unique, lovely items online for those who prefer not to have an in-store shopping experience at this time. This cannot be an easy task. I can easily shop online, stop by and pick up my bundle to try on at home and return what doesn’t work. I will continue to support this business and the creative way they choose to serve their community.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!! Very snobby for a resale shop! I was treated very nice by a new employee the day I dropped of my things that were”pre-sorted”. Received a text to go back and I was assisted by a teenager that handed my things back with a “no buy” on the tag. She reacted when she was taking my things off the shelf to give back to me and handed it to me and mumbled something inaudible. This place is one step above Goodwill! Needless to say I won’t be back!

I dropped off a few items to sell! Upon entering, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles! Everyone was professional and very personable! Store is very clean and well organized AND it didnt have that smell (that most resale stores have) I was VERY impressed and I highly recommend this location.
I love this store!Lisa and her staff are always so great, they are attentive and helpful but never smothering. There are always great items available and Ive got some incredible finds there: Coach purses, Kate Spade wallets, Anthropology tops, Calvin Klein jackets and more.This past winter I had a last minute trip to NYC, I found all my essentials: boots, wool coat and crossbody bag, in minimal time and all for under $65! AND once the staff knew what I was there for, it was like I had my own personal shopper!Then during the strictest time of lock down, I purchased from them online and they even delivered to my door!What more can I say about their amazing customer service (and their buyers great eye for quality)?Clothes Mentor NRH, is top of the line. ❤
Great customer service, great quality/style clothes!!!Went for the first time today and walked out with 4 dresses and a top that are perfect fit, size, and quality. No holes, stains, or repairs seen on any of the clothing.My friend and I walked in 10 minutes before closing and intended to just look around, put some stuff on hold, and come back tomorrow. The manager, Pat I believe? was extremely kind and told us we could stay late...after good conversation and looking around we realized we had stayed almost an hour after they closed!!!Great customer service, great quality clothes - I will definitely be back here :)

Highly disappointed. Staff was extremely rude! One of the staff members commented on the size of my clothes saying they cannot be accepted because they dont take Juniors I AM A 27 YEAR OLD WOMAN. NOT A JUNIOR. They were VERY SNARKY, and acted like they were too good for their customers. I will not and DO NOT recommend anyone coming to this location and will continue to tell others about my horrible experience at this location. SHAME ON YOU CLOTHES MENTOR. You need to hire professional and kind people if you want to remain in business. I would give 0 stars if I could.EDIT** Apparently the owner of this location justifies their workers inappropriate behavior by bashing their customers. Obviously they are just as unprofessional as their rude employees. Also, according to the owner of this location, they do not take size small, name brand clothes brand new with the tags. This company is full of snarky people who have ZERO respect for their customers. DO NOT USE CLOTHES MENTOR. Youd be better off shopping at Walmart.
Organized. Clean. Helpful. Designer clothes, purses and shoes, didnt see anything over 35.00, Im sure there was but nothing I saw.Jewelry, Coach, Toms, Uggs, Chico, and more.

Love this store, the clothes are easy to choose and very nice. The best thing about this store is they have extremely polite and good customer service unlike the “classy closet” store near by, they treat the customer like trash especially owner are lound and very impolite, clothes are ugly, i thought they sold clothes for a circus when i first got there. Rude employees. Came in for the first time to sell some nice, name brand clothes that don’t fit me anymore. Lady was very judgemental. I guess because I wasn’t dressed cute at the moment, I was going to work out. She looked at my clothes and said yeah I don’t see anything, and there was no way she could see ALL of my clothing because it was stacked. I had a very nice name brand long black skirt in for the season. I had a nice jacket. Namebrand. And I had belts, when she looked at my belts she said they must be real leather I wasn’t sure if they are real not leather but they were nice belts, she wouldn’t even look at them. I will never shop here. I will never sell here. Hire some nice or employees for a store like this. Very disappointed for my first experience with someone who didn’t even dress nice herself.

Wish I could give this place negative stars! The girl who processed my clothes I was trying to sell was incredibly rude, and when I told her I wanted back the one item they were willing to buy (mind you I had barely worn designer jeans and Michael kors shoes in my basket to sell) she just said “ok” and no one even offered to assist me out or even hold the door open, despite the fact that i was obviously struggling to keep ahold of my still very full basket. Worst selling experience I’ve ever had, will not be back
This is my least favorite location in the metroplex. I find the least amount of high end brands here and often when I try on the items I find out they have huge holes or damage to them which is very disappointing. I do find a hidden gem from time to time. Most of the staff has great customer service though, especially the taller manager. The older manager (Pam?) does not however. She also doesnt seem to know designer brands which is off putting when I want to sell. I no longer sell to this location due to their lower offers than other locations. They also will not honor returns from other stores despite having everything in order. They say they do but then refuse when they feel like the item is not in season or it is something they dont feel is good enough for their location. That shouldnt be taken out on me, the customer. All the locations are so strict with their 7 day return policy that it has caused me to be out money when I cant make it back across DFW to the original location. Either accept returns like you say you do, or dont advertise that you accept returns from other stores.

Tried to tell me that they couldnt sell the bra d and size for much. But had one in a different size for ten times the price. This place was unfair and unrealistic. Waste of a 30 minute drive
They buy your gently used clothes. Shoes and accessories. Not consignment
Rude and unprofessional staff. For a clothing store, they were dressed horribly with mid-drifts on. I do not recommend this store to anyone!!! Super trashy.
Lady at the register was rude. Apparently, the clothes I brought in were not within their 3 year mark, and clearly when I go through the racks many of the styles were outdated. I would have been okay with this if her tone was less demeaning. Employees need training in customer service 101.
