Those guys were so helpful from start to end. They showed me the different kinds of engineered wood and explained the differences, I was able to get the kind that will fit my house the best. Also they installed in no time. Thank very much, I will tell all my friends about you.

I am a new home buyer and was in the market to find the best company to give my business to. As anyone would do! I called this company and they were adamant about coming to measure for me, so I said ok please be there at such and such time, it is the only time the homeowner/seller is allowing my flooring people to come measure. I had 3 other people booked to measure different things along with that and was hoping to use this company as one of my flooring bids.I was not present at the home because the sellers would not leave so my realtor went and met them out there to let them in for me.I got a call from everyone except this company to book a time to come sit down and discuss the options they had available and what kind of customer service they could offer me.I called this morning to speak with Sandra, the one who was adamant about booking this measurement and she right away said to me, “that was very unprofessional, there was way too much going on in that house” I said I’m confused I don’t know what you mean I wasn’t there at the time, she replied with “you wasted our time and it was very unprofessional to have so many people coming to measure” and then proceeded to hang up on me.I’m sorry but as a new home owner I’m looking for the best company out there for me to spend thousands of dollars at, and you called me unprofessional, and then HUNG UP on me.I don’t think I was the unprofessional one.I’d never recommend this company. This will also be reported to the BBB.

Very Shady! I ordered carpet and LVT from Sandra. Since the house was in Decatur they did not send their own person to measure and took our measurements. They installed the carpet in an incorrect room and then said we asked for it. Then they wouldnt send the same installers out to do the LVT so that crew ripped out the brand new carpet and put in the LVT. Huge miscommunications all around but as soon as I questioned why this happened communications turned ugly. Extremely disappointed and spent far too much money and have a huge roll of brand new carpet sitting in the garage. Also know that the 5 stars reviews that are on Google are from the owners and employees.

Royal Kingdom Flooring were Awesome. They were organized, quick professional and friendly . I went to their showroom which have a lot of cool wood floor choices, they helped me chose my floors, they came next day to take measurements and in no time they came installed it and were done . I love my new floors and loved dealing with them.

They did a great job replacing our carpet floors with hardwood on most of our house, they use materials that has very minimal VOC, when I looked that up I found that VOC is a dangerous chemical that emits as gases and cause serious health problems, I never thought that some floors can get you sick until this guys told me. I will definitely recommend them for everybody, specially people that like to live healthy.
