I am the Maid of honor for my best friends wedding and we went dress shopping for her today. Bridal Gallery was the first place we went and I had a good feeling about it when I scheduled the appointment for my bestie.We get there and oh my, there were so many gorgeous dresses to choose from! Our $800 price range had us a little limited, but that was expected since wedding dresses are usually 1,000 -3,000 on average.But there was still a great selection in or close to the budget we set and Taylor was who helped my BFF with her dress fitting and was so sweet and helpful and Angela the owner was very nice and I can tell takes pride in her business.Support your local businesses before you go to some chain retail store for your dress!It definitely made for a more intimate and memorable experience and they even had a few bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dresses to choose from! Definitely not disappointed and so excited for my best friend. She even cried when she put her dress on. Their seamstress was also very sweet and they offer dress restoration services if you want to wear your moms wedding dress or something like that, and can add sleeves to any dress if you are wanting them!Super cool place and very happy we went there first :)(Also, none of these pictures are “the dress” sorry people of google 😉)

This Bridal Gallery boutique is amazing, not only do they have many beautiful dresses to pick from they are professional and have exceptional customer service. The owner Angela Campbell was so helpful to our grand daughter that was looking for her perfect prom dress. The seamstress Maylyn was so detailed in all alterations and in making a corset for the dress that came out gorgeous and very comfortable and even a diamond studded mask. We are so happy with everything. I highly recommend this boutique for Brides and all special occasions! The experience was great! Thank you!!

This sweet boutique is amazing! I needed a last minute steam of my dress and veil and Angela was able to fit me into the schedule! My dress is perfect and ready for my bridal portraits. I was so lucky to have found my dress at Bridal Gallery. My family and I have lived in the area all our lives and I actually grew up walking past this place daily to school! They were so wonderful providing me with unparalleled service! I picked my gown and picked it fully tailored within 72 hours!! Love everything about this place and would highly recommend it!

This was my 4th store shopping for a bridal gown. I loved the experience, she asked for me to choose some dresses from her website to get an idea of what I was looking for. When I arrived for my appt, she had filled my dressing room with maybe 10 dresses and every time I tried on one dress, she listened to my opinions and brought me another. Overall I think she brought me 20+ dresses to try on. I just had the feeling as I was trying on the dresses that I would find my dress here bc she tried really hard to find the one. I’ve been to other stores where they only bring out 6 dresses and say “that’s all they have for what I’m looking for.” You can really tell the quality in customer service when the store owner is the one helping you, thank you Angela!The only negative I would say was asking for my credit card for a no show/late cancellation fee. But considering what she puts in to your appointment, it makes sense now.And yes, I said Yes to the dress here!

My story begins 45 years ago. My first dress was bought from Tosca Campbell for my 9th grade banquet. Eight years later, my second beautiful dress was purchased for a Military Ball. Fast forward to 2020, I purchased the most beautiful dress of all from Toscas daughter, Angela, My wedding dress is breathtaking and exactly what I wanted. I am beyond grateful to Angela for making my experience so special. I highly recommend The Bridal Gallery to all who are looking for that special, one-of-a-kind dress. You wont be disappointed!

Beautiful gowns!! The owner takes pride in her business and went out of her way to accommodate us. They even have payment plans. I see some other bad reviews, I think those are employees from the competition down the street, because there are statements being made that are absolutely NOT true. Those people making up untrue posts should be ashamed of themselves.

I went to several places and all were very rude with no intentions of being helpful after many disappointing stops we passed by here and decided to stop. Angela was very helpful and had great recommendations after the 3rd dress I tried on I found the one and said yes to dress! My dress arrived within 1 week the outcome was beautiful I loved it ! By far the best bridal store Ive been to in the DFW area! The staff was so incredibly sweet and helpful and really were genuine in getting to know you and make you feel welcome! Caroline was interested in my fiancé and my wedding and helped me find what I really wanted! I cannot recommend them enjoy! Plus the store itself is gorgeous in decor and an all around feel!

I would NOT recommend this bridal shop in the slightest. Completely unprofessional and they don’t take accountability for their mistakes. I genuinely believe she ordered our dresses too big to scam us into paying for additional alterations. 5 bridesmaid dresses and 4/5 fit just like this. I had to get a total of 8 inches taken off of the sides due to their awful measurements. We spent over $250 for our dresses with rushed delivery and tax. One of the bridesmaids had to spend an additional $250 with them on alterations. The day the dresses were supposed to come in the bride had to call them just to find out the dresses hadn’t even shipped yet. The bride did most of the contacting and reaching out, shouldn’t it be the other way around? The associate or owner or whoever she maybe was extremely condescending and snarky, asking why I had someone else pick up the dress for me and why I had alterations done else where, for that answer the dresses were two weeks late, I work 12 hour shifts, it’s a week until the wedding and I was not pressing my luck on going through them with their overpriced costs and unorganized deadlines. I called to express my concerns of being unsatisfied on the fact I could put the dress on and off without even unzipping it with 8 unnecessary additional inches around and she asked me “so why are you calling me?” Excuse me. She told me to come in to be measured to check my measurements and when I arrive she argues I could’ve lost weight since then. 8 inches?! 2 sizes?! The dress size she ordered me I have never even been even at my largest! Don’t bother with this place.

Taylor was so helpful and accommodating! There was a wide selection of dresses and she really listened to and respected my wishes and price range. We didnt end up getting a dress there, but would definitely recommend checking it out.

Angela and her team are amazing! I went to several bridal shops and I felt the most cared for here. They genuinely cared about me finding my dream dress, and worked with me when I fell on hard times and had to postpone my wedding. The Bridal Gallery will always be at the top of my list for recommendations, and will always have a special place in my heart ❤️

This is only my 2nd review I have ever posted on Google but I felt the need to warn others before booking an appointment with Angela. She has two different sides to her, the nice one looking to do everything she can to help you - and the rude one with a poor attitude.I will start with my initial booking, I called to see if I could get an appointment for Saturday May 23, 2020 (this was a few days earlier I called to make the appointment). I was upfront and told her I had an appointment with another bridal boutique at 10am. She offered to open an hour early so I could get in at 9am, I told her we were driving from 2 hours away so that would be too early. She said I could come in at 11:30 but I told her that might be pushing it with my first appointment. She then said come in at 12 or even 12:30 and that would be fine. She needed a credit card number to book the appointment. I told her I needed to think about it, I asked if I found my dress at my first appointment, would I still have to pay $50? She said well thats your decision, so I told her I would let her know tomorrow. She then went on about how long she has been doing this and that I should give them a chance. Great sales pitch and I appreciated her effort so I obliged. Although later while contemplating our conversation I was feeling a bit unsettled because you could tell she was capable of being a very unpleasant person just based off of her aggressiveness.The day of: I did find my dress at my first stop and I called Angela to ask if she would mind not charging me, I apologized and told her I already found my dress and bought it. I would still come in to avoid being charged the $50. Her toned turned extremely rude and condescending: well there is no point in you coming in if you have already bought your dress, yes you will be charged (she then LAUGHED) and said thats why we do that). She said she had turned down 3 appointments for me today already. I simply dont find that true considering how many different appointment times I was offered during our initial booking conversation.I was aware of this when I gave her my card number, so my fault. But I will say this woman was extremely rude about it. There are many other ways to speak to people even if they are canceling an appointment, and laughing at them while taking there money in return for no services rendered. I have a budget for my wedding, and she just took $50 of for no reason at all. I would highly recommend that the only time you book with Angela is if she is your first appointment, otherwise I wouldnt bother with the hassle she will give you. I am sure she provides great service and is very pleasant if she thinks you will be buying from her.

Just found my dress here TODAY! They have the most beautiful and unique dresses, hand-picked! They have a HUGE selection and Angela and Taylor were so accommodating and sweet. We had an incredible experience and they will do everything they can to give you your dream dress! Highly recommend!

I stumbled across this boutique style shop with no appointment and no clue what I was looking for. I had been to other shops, but still wasn’t sold on a design, style, color, or anything. Taylor was my consultant, and she was AMAZING! I tried on several dresses as they have TONS to choose from and they’re all SO BEAUTIFUL and SO ELEGANT. When I tried on my dress, I knew it was THE DRESS. The staff dolled me up, and made the moment so special. Thank you for accomodating us (me plus 6 family members) with no notice, and for making the experience so special. I just had my first dress fitting and I’m still SO IN LOVE with my dress, and the alteration process was so easy! Would HIGHLY recommend this place to any bride looking for the perfect dress for your big day!

Taylor was amazing and made my daughter feel so comfortable. She knew exactly what my daughter wanted within 5 minutes of us walking in the door. You guys were amazing.

This was by far the BEST customer service experience I’ve ever had. The owner Angela had dresses all pulled and ready after asking my daughter a few questions over the phone. One after the other gorgeous dresses were tried on! Angela was extremely knowledgeable about fit and all the ways we could modify or alter dresses for my petite daughters specific fit and style preferences. She gave us her undivided attention and was not at all in a hurry. The whole experience left my daughter feeling like a princess! This was exactly what she needed after a terrible shopping experience the week before. If you are looking for a wedding gown- do yourself a favor and go see Angela at Bridal gallery! I visited there with a friend today ( the bride) and never felt worse about walking into a store. It was appointment only and semi difficult to make an appointment. As soon as we walked in we told them style and likes/dislikes. Then we told them a budget and were told they “ maybe have 1 or 2 in the back” but we’d never find anything in that price range($500-$600). They brought 3 dresses that were $800+ ( and literally EVERYTHING my friend said she DIDN”T want from cut to material to color)and made my girlfriend cry when they said she wouldn’t find a dress cheaper than these. If they are that strict in their prices why didn’t they mention it when she made the appointment? Especially since their reviews claim they have affordable dresses for every budget. And why did they make her feel so awful and hopeless? Thankfully at the next store we found THE dress! And guess what? It was just at her budget! So if you don’t have $1,200+ to spend on a dress save yourself the humiliation and don’t go here.Update!!!Since the owner felt she had to respond and call me a liar I would like to clarify that my description was accurate. My friend ( I’m not posting her full name like the owner did) was told that for Saturday appointments were recommended, so we had an appointment. And yes, we WERE told they “may” have some dresses in the back in our price range but nothing on the floor. They brought 3 dresses that were satin ( when we stated she wanted lace and tulle). One was $600, one was $800 and one I don’t know the price since it was 4 sizes too small and she couldn’t put it on. Yes, they did help us visualize what the dress would look like with sleeves and they were nice. But for anyone on a budget this is NOT the store for you. At David’s Bridal there are tons of dresses in the $500-$600 price range, and we knew this since this was not the first shop we went too. To say the “ average “ dress is $1,200-$1,500 is insane. I’m not saying that this is not a nice shop but if you don’t have $1,000+ to spend on a dress it not the store for you. So please do not try to call me a liar and say I was not accurate in my description, I was. You could have simply said you were sorry you didn’t carry dresses in our budget and wish us luck in our search. Oh and REAL classy posting my friends full name. And by the way, we found over 30 GORGEOUS dresses for $500 at Anonymously Yours and Sunday Bridal. And more importantly we found THE dress!!

Angela was so nice from the moment I walked in the door. She was very attentive helpful and HAPPY for me. She knows her business and all about what the dresses need as far as alterations and such a very nice clean environment.

Went with my sister and Mom (and yes we had an appointment) we came early and browsed while we waited. When it was our turn we told Angela we were looking for a corset style dress and we told her our price range. She told us corsets were over there (points in random direction) which we never found one in the entire store. But she pretty much didn’t want to have anything to do with us from then on. She wasn’t helpful. She was short and not even apologetic. If you go here don’t see Angela. Get someone else to help you. It’s supposed to be special and we literally didn’t even bother trying things on. And saw no point to even look for bridesmaid dresses there either.

After a disappointing appointment with a national chain, this shop and the owner were God sent. My daughter had the best experienceAngela worked very hard to find exactly what she wanted, even though when we walked in we had no idea! If you need a wedding dress and want the Say Yes experience with a reasonable pricetag, shop this local boutique.

Bridal Gallery was amazing throughout my wedding-planning experience. I went in not knowing anything about what I was looking for, and they were very kind, patient, and helpful. I ended up choosing the dress they suggested I try on. They also handled all the tailoring and did an amazing job making my dress fit perfectly.

She fitted my daughter with the perfect dress, well within our budget. Truly a local hidden gem. Will be back.

Hello! I have mixed feelings about my experience at this shop. I bought a BEAUTIFUL dress on sale for less than 800 after not being able to afford one for 1,000+ at David’s Bridal. I informed Angela of my price range, as I was paying for the dress myself so I didn’t have extra spending room, and she brought some dresses back. All were wonderful and beautiful, but I wouldn’t even try anything that was out of my price range of 1,000. Angela then found THE dress, again less than 800, and I was so happy! It was stunning and I was so pleased to find one in my price range that would leave room for alterations while still staying in budget. I bought the dress, the dress arrived, and I was fitted for it. The seamstress was downright amazing. She was probably my favorite part of the whole dress buying experience and I feel terrible for not catching her name. However, my heart shattered when I went to pay for alterations. The total was more than the cost of the dress itself at over 1,100. I was told that “this is normally the case.” Shocked and dazed, I put it on my credit card hoping to somehow find funds in the rest of the budget. Angela assured me that what I paid for would be all that I had to pay for and that she would even toss in the $50 steaming for free, since that is an additional charge, b/c she didn’t want me to be unhappy. I then left to cry in the parking lot. In hindsight, I should have taken my dress and shopped around for alterations, but I did not and I regret it.My second fitting had to be rescheduled b/c one of workers was on vacation. When I did return for the second fitting, I met with the AMAZING seamstress. When I put it on, all I could think about was how much it cost. I didn’t feel happy. I noticed an alteration missing that was discussed in fitting #1 and when I brought it up, I was told that it would be an additional charge. Apparently, the alteration had been scratched off their notes. I started to panic right there in my wedding dress. I absolutely could NOT afford any more surprise charges and my heart was breaking again since I was told at my last visit that I paid for all of the alterations that were needed. Angela was quick to produce the receipt showing she scribbled it out and said that if I wanted the ONE thing I specifically requested to be altered, then I would have to pay more.ENTER THE FABULOUS AND AMAZING SEAMSTRESS. I was fanning myself trying not to pass out from sheer disbelief of another additional cost and she said that the alteration would take no time at all and something else was wrong anyway, so no charge. BLESS YOU, YOU BEAUTIFUL WOMAN. I was still so shocked and shaking, so she offered me a seat and water and told me to call for her when I was ready. I sat there, in the dress that I was supposed to feel my most beautiful in, with tears running down my face. She was so warm and happy with me, telling me how beautiful she was going to make me feel and how I looked like a princess and that I could trust her. I cannot say enough praise about her. She is the only reason I do not have complete buyers remorse for my wedding dress. I left that day with a tiny pit in my stomach, but still felt hopeful for a good experience at my final fitting, which I was also told needed rescheduling.Thankfully, the dress fit perfectly. I mentioned to my mother, who attended the final fitting with me, that I was torn between wearing my fascinator with the front veil, or my tiara with the back veil. Angela then said that if I liked hats, I should check out her hat display for wedding hats or veils. I didn’t even look because I was well over my budget, something that was already well known. However, I left happy that all of the sales pitches were finally over. My MOH picked up the dress, mainly b/c I didnt want to return back to the shop, and she said there was still a sales pitch for dress preservation. ANOTHER THING I CLEARLY COULD NOT AFFORD.Overall, the dress and seamstress were perfect, but my experiences in general were not. Budgets aren’t really appreciated here. Everything is a sale.

Terrible services. It seemed as they were not listening to anything I wanted in my wedding gown. I stated I did not like ruffles and they brought me 2 dresses with ruffles then asked me to try on a dress that was 5 yes 5 sizes too small. I left embarrassed and unhappy with my experience
