Target is great! But this location is disgusting, nothing is ever fresh in the fruits and veggie section. I will stick to my usual location instead.

Target has a warm pleasing enviroment. I always enjoy shopping at Target.

A great overall experience. Three people randomly asked if I needed help. The store is so clean. They had everything I wanted. I was greeted and heard have a nice day by no less than 7 people. And I was with my baby girl and that 15 month old greeted every person and was greeted back. I just love this Target store.

I always have a pleasant experience here and never had much reason to write a review. After todays experience though, I felt inclined to do so. Susan at the self checkout was extremely helpful to my younger brother with his purchase and went ABOVE and beyond. She helped scraped together $0.09 that he needed for his full purchase. While that might not seem like a lot, most others would probably leave it to the customer, but not her. An extremely nice and generous gesture for sure. My younger brother says that this is the only Target he wants to go now.

Had the most amazing experience at Target Beauty, I dont usually write reviews but my experience was worth writing about.I went in needed to find some good makeup, on a budget and unsure of what brands target offers that are good for my skin type. Alexis in beauty helped me and shes one of the most politest employees Ive encountered with at Target. She found makeup for my skin type and mentioned to me about the Target app where we found a coupon for 15% off for the item I wanted. Helped me out a lot during these trying times, wish I could give Alexis 10 starts :)

Has Target changed their philosophy, or their training? My last several interactions at the NRH store on Davis have been excellent. Customer service has been just about perfect both for order pick up and order returns.Honestly, I had quit shopping Target per-Covid. Im back due to the great attitude of the employees.

I like the product and the fact that they carry most of the things I use especially the pet supplies. I would like to see the sheets brought back that you had last year with reinforced fitted sheets. They never come off the corners. They were banded by a band of about 1 - 1 1/2 inches at the corner. I also like the pet food. Beyond food pate is usually not easy to find, but they carry it. The Good Fellow mens clothing is also great. Love the Good and Gather brand foods. The service people are great. I had a hard time using the circle app and they help me at the register. Thanks for that. I am a senior so not real good with that.

The store is clean and spacious and appears to take Covid-19 seriously. Todays cashier Emily was amazing! This is not just my favorite Target, but my favorite store. Ive been shopping here weekly or more for 13 years.

This location had so many more sizes and choices in clothing! In addition to that, I finally found my makeup in my color. I love that I can find everything I need and splurge a little on myself without the guilt cost ❤🤍❤🤍

To quote my girlfriend, This target had the best dollar section of any I have been too. Which is one of the most important spots when it comes to Targets. Store was very clean and I was able to browse and find deals on several electronics for my smart home automation. I would recommend this Target.

Not my favorite Super Target I have been to. Their system acted up during a return which a manager had to be called over causing a delay. The store was pretty empty and the reshelfing staffs walked rudely around and across you. Drove 30 minutes up here just because they have the stuff in stock I need, but will consider going somewhere else from now on. Target would be a better place to shop at without those a-holes I have seen at multiple target stores. A-holes should not be working for a good company.

Target NRH- you absolutely nailed it this year! Your pick-up shopping staff has been consistently upbeat, quick in filling orders, with rarely an item unavailable. This has been a LIFESAVER for my family. In-store shopping experience is always pleasant as well, in a clean, well stocked environment with the same upbeat staff ready to help when needed. 2/10/2021I was helped today at Target on Davis - North Richland Hills by the most helping young man in Electronics.. I am old school and was not understanding how you get the wireless ear buds to work and he took the time to show me and not once did he make me feel stupid for not knowing this information. Great customer Service!Young mans name was Isaiah but he goes by Ike.GIVE HIM A HIGH 5 !!!!!

Came to this location an hour from where I live because it was the only store that had an item in stock. Before coming I called and requested the option to price match and was told I could do so by one associate so I put the item on hold. Upon arriving Tanisha & Madison (manager) declined to honor the Target price match policy and stated they couldnt honor the price because they felt it was too much.If the company has a policy, it should be honored and not have personal opinion determine customers opportunity to save $ on an item.

Im very disappointed with the Target.com experience. I tried ordering a certain backpack online for pickup, it said it had 4 in stock at this store. Upon arrival they canceled my order saying its suddenly not in stock...which is ridiculous!So I reordered it from a different store- 30 miles away, I even called to make sure they had it.When I drove an hour away to get there to pickup, it suddenly said it was out of stock- AGAIN!!Im very angry this happened multiple times, they say this happens all the time and it shouldnt, their system should not be faulty like this...will not order pickup online again since I cannot trust their computer system- I will turn to Amazon prime with their 2 hr delivery service!!

Order was ready fast and pick up was fast too. Love that you can now order groceries too!

Not sure if I should give this a 3 or 4 star review due to the fact that one employee really helped me out and answered questions I didn’t even have.But when another employee with a Mohawk showed up and started making out with his boyfriend behind the cash register, that bothered me. And I don’t mean a kiss in the cheek see you later kind of thing.Now before you say I’m homophobic, I’m not, I don’t care who you date, but when you’re at work, I don’t care if you’re dating a boy or a girl, that’s unprofessional.

I just left the North Richland Hills store at checkout. Only 2 registers open at 5pm with very backed up self checkout. You are officially worse than Walmart on checkout..Fire the manager. Stay away from this overpriced store.

Bought an two items for curbside pick up on app. I only bought the second item to kill two birds with one stone, The first item was the reason for my purchase. I got a notification my primary item was out of stock. The app said they had it available. I called customer service to get more info, I was so upset. I asked why it showed the app had it available. Woman I spoke to was so kind and helpful. She took the time to go and check in the back herself. Then she searched for other target locations that had my item available. Upset the app isnt accurate with stock numbers but thankful for the kind girl.

Great Customer service!!I was bought a turtle beach headset for ps5 a couple days ago. Once I received it, I realized I had an xbox and the ps5 one couldn’t hook up with the xbox. I went to Target around 7 to do a straight swap, same brand just different prototype. There was only one headset of the same kind that was for xbox in stock so I was very lucky. I get home only to realize it looked like the box has been opened before. I opened it and someone replaced the actual headset with an older version that cost less money. We then had to call target again to explain what happened, and they were very understanding. For some reason their was another one left that was misplaced in a different section. We had to travel another 20 minutes there to receive the other headset and to swap it with the one that I previously had received. We showed the workers in the front of the store what had happened, as we already explained it to the technology department, and they were just as shocked as us and admitted that we all got played. In the end, they made a joke of it and we did a straight swap, with us earning $11 for the troubles that we had, which we never asked for. Overall great staff and great customer service!

I am a loyal target shopper. During this pandemic I have chosen drive up as my preferred way to shop. I’m still able to support my local store and get my items the same day. When I check in from my house the employees are walking to my car by the time I park. I just say my name and the items are in my car. I think it’s even been saving me money by not walking through the store and buying every other cute thing I see.

Today I was amazed with the fabulous customer service I received at the store on Davis Blvd, North Richland Hills, Tx. 30 mins prior to opening, a long line formed outside. Many people desperate to find needed essentials. The Staff came outside, welcomed everyone, gave us an idea what products were available. THEN upon entering store, MORE staff was in place to direct customers to where products were located. Folks, I was extremely impressed with their customer service. Haven’t seen that level of customer service anywhere....in years! Congrats to everyone at the store for their part in helping to ease some of the stress customers are experiencing. This kind of service deserves noting and will definitely make Target Shoppers out of my family. Thank Y’all so much!

Great selection, great employees, clean. I literally drive all the way from Dallas to come to this Target specifically because it is my favorite one. Best part is its not ridiculously crowded, so you can take 30 minutes to smell every candle they have and not feel guilty.

The newly redesigned store is great. I love the makeup and beauty helpers and the displays are beautiful. The electronic center is great. The new lines they carry, such as Magnolia, are trendy yet classic. Home goods prices and offerings are trendy and cost less than other home goods stores. Clothes are well displayed but the sale racks are messy. They offer quality organic products and fruits and veggies. I’ve had good experiences with customer service. For instance, I made an observation about how a person was NOT able to help with automated checking out procedures, nor did she seem concerned, and the manager was receptive and talked to the person immediately. The next time, she was much more knowledgeable and helpful.

The recent updates to the store are refreshing in more ways than one. It feels brighter and the layout is a little easier to navigate.Maybe I missed it, but the last time I was there, I did not see signs directing me to the different departments right at the entrance. It would help to have the signs hanging a little lower down and with bigger print so that I can be efficient with my trip to the store.

The Pick Up at Store and Drive Up services is such a game changer! Its making target even more competitive with other online stores like Amazon which has biggest benefit of convenience. Now that target does free 2 day shipping, pick up/drive up at store, I can do a bulk of my shopping online and have it ready for pick up, or drive up when I dont want to get out of Car as little one is asleep. If I need groceries, then I can do the other shopping I need to ahead of time, and shorten my shopping time to only the perishables. Its been a real time saver for us! And you can still utilize all your cartwheel and 5% Red Card savings :)

Cleanliness and selectionTarget is where I buy the majority of our household items. I use the Target Cartwheel APP and have saved $633 to date!!! I also use the APP to help me find items in the store. I simply search for the item on the APP and it tells me what isle it is located on in my store. This is very helpful when looking for non standard items. I recently ordered stuff online and picked them up curbside. (Super easy)

Nia was VERY rude giving me an attitude for no reason at all. I was very uncomfortable, it is disappointed because this was my favorite target to go to but I’m changing my location don’t want to see her again. If I give people respect I expect respect back.

Astounding service. A friendly employee helped me look for a lost gift card I had misplaced and when we couldn’t find it he offered and bought me a new one. Just got home and found it in the driveway so I’m on my way to give it to them. Merry Christmas people like the employee really show that there are stlll great people in this world after all.

My favorite Target of all time!!!!! Lucky for me (unlucky for my husband) I live right next door!! Store is always super clean and well organized. The selection is alway superb!!! Plus I swear they have the friendliest staff around!!!! If there is ever a line at the cash registers they immediately open new ones to clear lines up. If you haven’t tried their Drive Up pickup please do!!!! They have your items ready in record time and rush it out for you!! By far my favorite Target and store ever!!

I work within walking distance of this target, so my co workers andI go there close to everyday. We LOVE the target store always very clean, well stocked, and friendly helpful staff. However the Starbucks staff at the kiosk inside of this target is not friendly, looks at us like we are a nuisance (wait...arent you getting paid to be here?) Almost all of them....completely miserable. Cheer up Ladies or maybe find another job out of customer service.

Great store. Good selection of clothes, shoes, and cosmetics. I do not live near here but every time Ive been to this so store (every couple of months), there has been a great sale. One of the few places that I can find size 2 toddler shoes with a good walking sole.

I LOVE TARGET! When you go, you get a fast rolly cart. Then, you run around to grab all the food you need! Then, you check out!

This target has a wonderful selection of merchandise. Overall it is very clean. Areas were fairly well marked. However, several places within the kids clothing sections were too narrow for the cart to pass.

It was so easy! A friend of mine told me about how easy it was to get school supplies at Target and with them auto loading your child list based on school and grade it was really a matter of paying online and picking them up in a few hours right at the entrance to the store!

One of the nicer Target stores I have been to. The restrooms were clean and the workers seemed genuinely happy and good natured. I was able to find what I needed and when I was waiting too long, they opened up another register. Thats taking care of the customer!

Clean, orderly, great selection

We are in the middle of moving and broke our baby’s crib so I literally just called the local target and gave them a color that I wanted and they searched the warehouse far and wide... in about 20mins over the phone they found the perfect one! They had it waiting for me on a cart at customer service and loaded it into my van as soon as I pulled up! It made a stressful day so much easier!

I have been coming here for years. With no problem. I had a party of 12 for a celebration. And the hostess watched a group of people walk straight in and take a the table that was for us . I will not return

Good sales always. Online coupons help a lot. Their red card saves you even more. Little wait in lines and cashiers are nice. Store is always clean and stocked.

It was a very clean in the restrooms and it was a very nice set up. They were different than all the other targets because the food was on the right and every thing else was on the the left. They had me very surprised so thsnk you target.

Low prices for great quality

Clean and bright store, grocery is always nicely stocked and fresh. Team here is friendly and give answers quickly when needed. I shop here 3+ tines per week. My only complaint is that there is no music in store and without a large volume of people in the store it feels cold and uninviting.

I like Target stores because they are easy to navigate. When there is a supermarket on site, there will be organics that are reasonably priced. I buy Simply Balanced rice here as most other rice brands contain arsenic. Plus you get 5% off with your Target catd.

The Management can be a bit combative when asked for help (stepdaughter lost her license, the store recovered it and then they lost it in the same day....weird fiasco); but, it all worked out in the end.Now, about the Pharmacy inside Target: Jenn is the BEST Pharmacist I have ever had the opportunity to know (through many family prescriptions, ailments, etc.). She and her team are superb and they have my loyalty. Jenn takes time to get to know her guests. She makes eye contact immediately, grins, CARES (asks about each family member by name without referring to the screen) and has the most wonderful personality ever.Jenn teaches by example how to be professional, accurate, friendly and efficient. She goes above and beyond as does her team!!

Great store. This target was updated last year. It’s always very clean. I’ve always had a pleasant shopping experience. The food is over priced, especially the organics, so I don’t buy groceries here.

The remodeling is great. More appealing and I feel easier to navigate. Usually have what I need in stock and friendly people overall.

I got the best price for a common commodity (2 Xbox Controllers, $10 less each than Best Buy), the online order process was excellent, the pickup process smooth and the woman at the counter was so friendly and nice it was a delight.

Great selection and price, but customer support has really dropped off in the past year:- Only two checkers were available, on a Saturday, resulting in very long lines.- Self-service checkout was available, but you cannot use this line to purchase beer and wine.- The scanners couldnt read about 1/4 of the groceries, so we had to constantly call for assistance, as there was nobody permanently stationed there to assist self-service customers.Whats the point of having self-service, if its not useful?

Nice location in a very nice area. There are toe main streets that run parallel to this Target so it is very easy to get in and out of.

I was able to find everything I needed easily. Unfortunately we bought $600 worth of products and no one offered to help me out? 😐

I ordered 3 items, I was suppose to pick up all 3 items at one location, found out at that location, they only had 2 items. I had to go to a different store to pick up my other item. I am now trying to cancel the 3rd item.

If I ever met anyone who didnt know and love Target I would report them as a communist.
