I love this walmart, so big and many interesting stuff. The employees are nice too!

If u get a young person dont try to make things easier by giving change to round up to the exact dollar amount. If they cant have the computer do the math for them they start sweating over the thought of doing math. its really kinda sad i didnt want to make them feel bad about it so i allowed them to short me on a lil change instead of getting a dollar and a couple pennies back like it shouldve happened

Bought socks shorts t-shirts and a shirt and was out of there within 15 minutes. They were very well stocked and easy to pay as you go out

The store is qute OK with nice staff and everything.The issue is with walmart website...searched for a product, they said that I can find it at this location, drove there and...they dont even sell that product.So a lot of miles and nothing to show off.

Hard to find staff that speaks English. Anyone who does doesnt help much. Poor management as per the usual. All the GOOD employees have left.

What happened to the customer is always right. Yet I thought store policy is if a item is in a spot with the price ( being in the wrong spot) you get that item for that price. The cashier was rude and ignorant I asked for her supervisor oh they arent available you will have to go to customer service where I went and waited what felt like forever. By that time I said screw it and left the whole cart full of merchandise.

Lost my Rapid Ramen Cooker in a move.online for $20 plus delivery with 3,-5 day window.cant find one anywhere. I know I got it at Walmart for $6.- check my local store,tells me its in stock, I can pick it up today in N.Reading. drive 20 minutes for nothing. Tried to ask a Woman, she apparently doesnt speak english. And the next employee was a young kid more interested in checking his phone.This store used to be great. Its declined so fast in such a short time.

How can you possibly beat their delivery network? Have never let me down and has surprised me on several occasions.

Went to Walmart to get a cord turn on light small Smart TV and I ended up buying a 50in smart TV the agent that helped me was really informative and very courteous I must say my experience went very well the store was very organized and very clean and as I said earlier the agent that I had assisting me was very helpful I highly recommend this Walmart

Their basically the same! Except target is an expensive version of Walmart!! And now a days, I NEED GOOD PRICES FOR GOOD QUALITY ITEMS!! Love my Walmart trips!!

Pretty good stocks at this location. Plenty of workers stocking the shelves during the afternoon. Mostly self checkouts with one register open. (wasnt too busy I guess) Pretty clean and follow COVID guidelines.

The one on Salem NH is always very busy. Last visit they were out of a lot of stock.

Called to see if they sold Propane before going to the store, manager answered the phone it was a female and said yes. Went into the store and the women saw the propane tank and started laughing and tapped the guy next to her. Continued into garden section where we were told there was no propane, walked out and she looked at us and said no and was cracking up. COMPLETELY unacceptable you knew people were coming which is why they called dont lie on the phone people are calling for a reason.

I was shocked to see that they didn’t have a bakery and i ended up getting a frozen cake.

I hardly go back to this location anymore after having the worst customer service experience ever about a year ago. My husband called as I was standing in line and it was an emergency while he was at work. I realize it is rude to be on the phone since Ive worked retail pretty much my whole life. I had an older woman as my cashier and was trying to balance doing my order and talking to my husband at the same time. After I was done with my order and pulled off to the side, she proceeded to talk to the man that was behind me about how rude I was. I actually looked at her and said you know what Im aware of how rude I was being, but you could have at least waited until I was out of earshot to talk about me with the next person in line... my husband ended up calling the store manager to complain of how poorly I was treated. She is old enough to know better. Havent seen her working in there since though. Cant remember her name now, but I knew it then. Havent had any issues the few times I have been back there since.

Never have my size in shorts always sold out. Plenty of xxxls laying around though.

Basically basic. They dont try. They just keep the prices low.

A lot of goods look beat up lately

They most be allergic to answering the phone. I ordered a pickup order. When my wife goes to pick it up only half the order is there. Then they proceed to tell my wife that the item is not available. I reorder a similar item. Get the notification is ready. My wife goes to pick it up and they say is out of stock. Mind you we have an email saying is ready. They tell her that we will be refunded. 2 days later I get a message that they are holding my item for a couple more days. So I was never refunded, the item is either ready or they are just trolling. I call them to make sure and no one answers. Its not so hard to answer a phone and talk to a customer. Instead of making my life easier now they playing with my money. Get it right walmart its simple.

They dont always have what youre looking for but I do love shopping here

This is my go to for all my hygienic needs. Also the selection of basketball 🏀, baseball ⚾️, cycling etc are decent. Electronics here have hard to beat prices 💰 so your not breaking bank.

I went there looking for a specific toy they said they have online. They didn’t have it out on the floor so I asked an employee for it. Justin (Walmart employee) was absolutely amazing. Justin went out back and searched for the toy and FOUND IT. My daughter is going to be so happy. We’ve been looking everywhere for it. Thank you Justin for going above and beyond for a customer. I know I interrupted what looked like some sort of inventory count but he didn’t look bothered by it. An excellent employee who I hope the best for with your future at Walmart.

So the walmart in Salem ma I dont recommend they dont honer their sales they lie and wont let you return your product the day after you buy it saying its not there policy to take returns this is not true I went to another Walmart and they refunded me with no problem. When I asked for corporate number they gave a false number. I did talk to corporate they said my good experience at the other Walmart is how Salem was supposed to have handled it. I dont suggest that anyone goes to that store in Salem. I highly recommend all the other walmarts. North reading MA 5 stars. Salem 1 star Id give lower if I could .

Actually its awful, I specifically went to the north reading Walmart website because its on my way home from work and the website said they had shark steam mop replacement pads 6 pack for 18.99$ only to find out in the actual store itself they have 2 pads for 28$ you have to order them online and either pick them up at the store or get them sent to your house free of charge by the way, how the hell does that make any sense? FRUSTRATINGLY FALSE ADVERTIMENT, SCREW YOU CORPATE DINKS AT WALLYWORLD

It was only ok, first time they had no mens Jeans in size 46x32 its like reading ma store had nothing for big & tall men.. never happened to me.

As like all Walmart stores this one was over crowded with shoppers and almost no employees. Thankfully, I was able to make my purchase and get out quickly.

Clean well managed store. Most items were in stock but there was a lot missing due to the pandemic. The staff were outstanding especially the cashier I had encountered! Would recommend to anyone.

It was awesome to go and pick up necessary items with my gift card I got for Christmas.

Went to self check out. Worker lady is just standing there with wipe in her hand. Person finished. She said for me to use to register. I asked if she was going to sanitize it first. She said no. So I asked for a sanitizer wipe and did it myself. I watched a ton of people going to self check out registers that weren’t sanitized as she just stands there not doing anything. Target and Lowe’s they wipe down self checkout after every person. The store was packed. Valentine’s area full of people. Walmart you’re doing a horrible job with covid! No sanitizing and allowing too many people in store at once. Meanwhile small businesses can’t have more than 25% capacity.

Clean and well stocked though it’s a smaller Walmart
