No employees has a mask on. And the customers arent either. And it was like a hot box in the store with no AC. Good luck on stopping COVID. THIS IS NOT A GAME PEOPLE SHOULD DO THE RIGHT THING TO STOP THE SPREAD!!!!!

Received a coupon to use at the UPS store. When in to mail some items that needed to get to Massachusetts in a hurry. I did not have a box or anything pre done. I walked in they said dont worry about it. They picked out a box, they put my items in it, they packed it, they taped it, did everything for me including labeling it and sent it on its way. It was a little pricey even with the coupon, but the customer service was exceptional didnt stop me from sending it with them . It was received in short time. I went in there on a Friday, it was there by Monday .. I was very happy with their service and from what I understand they do printing . They do all kinds of custom items, they sell cards, if you need banners made they do that and they will print them up, set them up for you. Come in and check it out . Pictures to follow.

I needed a notary on short notice for real estate documents. I was able to get my documents notarized quickly with no appointment. They had no restrictions on what they will notarize. The notary and the cashier were both helpful and provided kind service.

I was returning a package to Amazon, and I went to this location for it to be returned, these people DID NOT SEAL UP MY PACKAGE AND THE CONTENT WAS LOST THROUGH SHIPMENT. I CALLED THEM TO TELL THEM, AND THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME FILE A CLAIM THROUGH THE POST OFFICE, which I DO NOT have time to do, due to my work schedule. I WILL NEVER BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. The little girl on the phone was rude and does not know how to handle customers either. DO NOT GO HERE TO HAVE YOUR PACKAGES SHIPPED.

Way overpriced!! Bad service. Went in to get a 12 x 12 cardboard box....$7.07 each. USPS, same box, $3.00. Clerk at register entered the sale and then when someone else in the store came up and wanted a photocopy of something the clerk simply took the paper and walked away to make the copy. Finally a different clerk came up to finish the sale.

If you want to be treated as though you are not appreciated as a customer then this is the store for you. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. There are too many UPS stores that provide the same services with a helpful attitude and without rude comments about situations not in control of the customer. Just one example of many is when the thin, dark haired employee (I assume manager or owner) shook her head and complained about taking a return from Amazon. I asked what was wrong and she said, we only get like $0.20 for these. Well, that is not my problem as a consumer. A similar thing happened recently with an Apple return. Apparently the customers are putting her out when returns like this are made at her store. Be warned.

This was my first time ever using UPS in North Port. I was immediately yelled at by the store manager, Angie. I was at the counter and another customer walked in, she proceeded to yell, How can I help one of you, doesnt matter who, lets go! I asked for her to begin by not being rude and to treat me properly. Then I asked for help sending a certified letter. This was new to me. She proceeded to huff and puff the entire time and gave vauge instructions rather than educating me. The entire process was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing, especially coming from the store MANAGER. I chose UPS for ease rather than USPS. I will not make that mistake again.

For a company with such a great reputation, people like Jess at this Sumter/Price location make UPS customer service suffer. After my return label was printed by another nice employee, Jess came up and told me to go properly package my envelope. I asked if i can just staple it a couple times to which she proceeded to ask me if I have my own stapler with me. Petty. Unprofessional.

Masks are hard to find and I didn’t have one so I used a shirt. woman in the store was yelling and being nasty ..even said to call and have her fired ..horrible customer service and I did call corporate ..the world is bad enough now and her being a psychopath isn’t helping anyoneEdit: received the following response on my review“Response from the ownerThanks for your helpful feedback. Jeff and the Saturday Morning Crew are AMAZING!! I had 3 wedding dresses to return. Christmas gifts. And a hungry husband who wanted to go, to get through and the line was building up with people having complicated needs. But these guys were moving fast! Organized! So polite and friendly!! Thank you all soo much!Its a year later and this UPS location is still #1! I came Tuesday 1pm and i had a bunch of amazon returns! The workers were so helpful and didnt rush me or make me feel like they had other things to do. I never had a bad experience here! They rock!

On Saturday the 7th of March, I entered the store with 4 minutes to print just a couple of items.The nice young man said no problem because I apologized for being last minute.The lady there stopped him and said what do you need.. ....we close in 3 minutes and I will turn the power off myself no matter if he is printing or not. We are closed.I said, I am here before you close.She said well we turn everything off at 4 so unless you want to get looked in....WHAT DO YOU NEED! Then turned the vacuum back on.It was the rudest experience, I have ever had.She basically, kicked me out and threatened to lock me in if I didnt get out.Unbelievable!!!!She wouldnt tell me her name because she said I am Vacuuming . I wouldnt leave till she gave it to me and she screamed, Elaine!I am guessing thats not her name.She could have finished Vacuuming and let the nice man help me instead of being a controlling and rude human who must hate life.Wow!!!!

The older woman with the long hair is extremely rude. She is short with customers, bristling with impatience. Complains loudly that she has to be at work risking her life and goes on and on about it. I have been in there many times and shes a straight up Stasi, barking at the customers about the covid precautions raving like a mad woman. She needs to be reigned in.Thanks for your reply. Interesting how you blame your customers for your behavior. And yes, I agree, you need a bigger sign - one that says beware of unhinged woman inside.

There is a very rude woman working there. I heard her yell at an older man for not wearing a mask, there are no signs stating you must wear one. Also no sign that says no more than 3 customers inside, she yelled at 2 people that came in after me. I heard her say to every person that she waited on or talked to on the phone that no one wants to be there working and every person that didnt have a mask needs to wear one, she told the old man not to come back without one😳 When I say yelled at I mean she was pretty loud. She let everyone know that she doesn’t want to be there. I won’t be going back to this place, I’ll go to Port Charlotte or venice from now on.

They were quick and very nice.. seeing as I just had an eye exam and could not see anything..very helpful... I dont send many packages so it was probably just me with sticker shock with the price of a package that weighs 0.32 lbs and was only 5 in by 7 in by 5 in.. and it is not even 200 miles away... got to love the price increases they have no control over..

Very upset with how I was treated! First of all I wasn’t aware that there was a three person limit in the store at this time. I have two children that I had to bring with me. The lady made a rude remark about how nobody cares about them dying. If she wanted me to wait, she shouldn’t of offered to help me. She gave other children lollipops because they waited outside. My kids didn’t receive one because I brought them in. My kids are 2 and 7, I refuse to make them stay outside while I’m in the store.

This by far is the worst ups I have ever been in. I would have not even given them one star but I had to for the review so I could warn the community. I have visited this ups store two times and both times I have received bad customer service. They are rude and both times that I needed to print out my shipping label I had the associates run over and question me like I was doing something illegal on the computer, this was not a can I help you find what you are looking for on the computer it was a rude remark of what are you doing. Insinuatingthat I was doing something illegal and then charge me a $2.00 fee for use of the computer even though I had only been using the computer for less the 5 minutes. On this occasion I did end up leaving my package for them to send out and when I looked on line to see when it was shipped out the tracking number which I was provided had information that this ups store had shipped out my package two and a half days later. Unsatisfied is an understatement. I do realize that the ups stores are franchised and I have been in other ups stores that do not treat their customers so rudely so please use a different shipping service other than this ups in North Port FL.Update: I would like to add to my review about the response I received from the ups store about my package not being shipped out and them claiming it was on a weekend I can post my receipt to prove this was not a weekend I left my package there on a Monday and also I was not informed about the $2.00 fee for use of the computer before I used it and there is no signs posted anywhere near or in the store at all about the fee for use of the computer, so please dont insult my intelligence again.

I go to this UPS weekly, if not more, shipping things for my job. The current manager and staff is more than helpful and I love the help and sense of urgency they give when helping me. I frequently get asked if I need help unloading my car of packages, theyll run to the front door to open it if they see me coming up with my arms full, etc. Just a very nice, courteous, group. Keep it up guys!

Worst UPS store I have ever been to and dealt with. Staff and manager are after the most money they can get out of you. They don’t care about customer service at all, just trying to get you to spend the most in your shipping (even after you question it). Thy took advantage of me because I wasn’t familiar with the shipping cost, but I’ll never use them again. They not only over charged me but charged me for boxes I didn’t even purchase or use. Unacceptable behavior. Don’t go there, go anywhere else.

Notary is VERY proud of her job and takes it very seriously... reading my private documents, questioning what I was doing. Went as far to pull her notary rule book to show me what she can/cannot do.A notarys job is to WITNESS and authenticate a SIGNATURE to prevent fraudulent signatures NOT to read your private documents...stay in your lane, maam.

Horrible service if something happens to your package. If you plan to ship from there make sure they do it or the declared value you put on it means nothing because they will claim it was improperly packaged and not there fault. Go straight through UPS do not use them unless an emergency.

Walked into the store at 6pm as they were closing. The clerk had just finished with another customer and says Im closed without finding out what I even needed. I was simply dropping off a box with prepaid UPS label for pickup. She then advised it would be $1.07 to tape the box closed. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this particular store over the last year shipping ebay sales. I just had my last experience with them. If you want good customer service go elsewhere.

Horrible experience i will never use this store again they damaged my package then they told me it was not packaged correctly and would not pay on the insurance. If it was not packed correctly why didnt they tell me that wben i dropped it of? Plus the oener of the store is very rude. Please try the post office across the street i dont mind paying more for good customer service.

This is one of the most lousy GPS establishments in this area they had never treated me the way my wife the manager of this place treated me instead of asking how I can help you or what I can do for you it was from the first moment with bad attitude bad character a very inappropriate way I dont know how they have it there as a star manager does not deserve to have all the stars removed
