WOW! Talked wit Russ to have my 2004 GTO, to put ghost flames on the front end. This car is a 1 owner and in A condition!! He said I have the right guy for you. 2 days later he introduced me to Tom. We discussed what I wanted. 8 days later is was incredible!! I would recommend North port Auto body to anyone who has the project in there mind and wants it done in a professional manor. Ive had 3 cars done here, My black pontiac rear bumper and skirts came out perfect. Had a pearl white nissan done, rear bumper and a crease in the quarter panel. We all know what a pain pearl white is to match up. Needless to say it came back perfect, also went ahead and fixed a minor dent I didnt ask for. The bumper to quarter panel matched perfectly. The crease came out perfect. The reviews with 1 star, I just dont see Russ being like that. Very professional and reasonable. Most body shops are looking for a quick buck. Im waiting on my 3rd car now and cant wait to see the finished product.

Does not stand behind work his techs do. Car looked good until...my mechanic had it up on a lift. Under the car some of it was held together with bailing wire. My mechanic called them. They would do nothing. Finally they cut off parts of the wheel wells so they wouldnt rub the tires. No discount for this shoddy work.Interesting the owner responded that I was in his shop one week ago, last week. this review is from 11/18/2018. I had work done in this shop YEARS ago. I do not live in North Port any more. I moved from there in 2011. How could I have been in his shop last week, as per his response, when I now live 500 miles north of there? Check your response, mr owner, before you post. rofl

Went to russ to customize our 150 pick up we had our ideas and they added some of theres ...We are so amazed at the end results and have had so many complements thanks again great job ....

One of the best vehicle repair experiences I have ever had.My Suv was done perfectly and in a timely fashion. They also did not charge an arm and a leg.If I ever need body work (hopefully not) Ill be back to North Port Auto Body.

Paid $7500 to have car repainted.Within a year it began to bubble.When I took it back he said the guy that did the work was no longer there.He said he would take care of it.I ask him if it would make a difference when I had it done, he said no.When I went back he said he had to get with the paint rep and get back with me.He didnt call.Went back again and he said it may be a month before the rep come by.Took it to another shop and was told the problem was moisture in the primer.Huge $7500 mistake!

After their mechanics worked on my car I had to bring it to the dealer because they forgot to reconnect the airbag sensors. Cost me an additional $130 and they refused to reimburse me. Beware of their non-professional attitude! Also, their quality of body repair is very poor! The contour of the new antenna does not match the contour of the repaired roof resulting in a very visible gap. I just hope it does not leak and ruin the headliner. Next time Ill go to the dealer even though it is more expensive. Live and learn!

My mom (84 years old) took her 2017 Silverado to North Port Body Shop to have two new door shells replaced and painted. When the bondo/paint crack appeared we took it back asking Russ about this issue. My mother wanted her truck redone with new door shells that she had paid for when she had the truck there previously. Russ accepted the truck and said he would fix the problem. When we picked the truck up it had the same bondo work and no new door shells. Our next step is to turn to local news stations and newspaper. My mom paid $ 3,000 for this work. I would never recommend this body shop to anyone.

Very nice people and fair prices

Id give 0 stars if I could. The owner had a heart attack after he picked up my tractor but had know one else to fix lawn mowers. When he recovered, it took another 2 months to repair my riding mower. The owner doesnt answer his phone and doesnt return phone calls. I finally told the owner (through a voice message) I was contacting a lawyer and then returns my phone call. 4 months after he picked up my tractor it was fixed, so I thought. The two mulching blades were hitting each other and when I tried calling them, I never got an answer and know one ever returned my calls. Dont use them, if you dont mind throwing your money away.

The guy has an attitude problem took a look at my car and said it wasnt worth painting. Seems like a strange way to impress somebody maybe they just need a sign out front saying we dont paint old cars.

Too my Porsche 911 in to repaint lower aero package because the color was not quite right a couple years ago. Was suppose to remove them paint to match and reinstall. Instead they painted them in place and blended the color up the sides. Wasn’t happy wit the paint lines in the doors so I returned to have him remove the paint edges he did so. Stupid of me should have realized he didn’t do what I wanted done then. Put yellow up the sides to blend color didn’t prep old paint now it’s pealing and it’s yellow never even clear coated over the color. Also there was a nick in the drivers doo painted over. Buff job was terrible hand buffed it my self back then. Probably need a repaint. Paints pealing all over. Garage with ac car just a toy. If I Put a thousand miles since they worked on it I’m lucky. Never been so decisived by a business man this bad in my life and I’m a 72 year old car collector. I was referred by a good friend. How I found this out is I had to re double back tape the skirting because it was coming loose still had factory tape never took them off.Maybe this will jog your memory, Howard’s friend.

This place stole my lawn mower, claimed that I never dropped it off. I misplaced my ticket so I couldnt prove it was mine. Cant believe these idiots are in biz.

Was told truck would be done in 5 days called owner on 5th day truck still not done was told it would be done next Thursday when i called to check on the truck it still wasnt done didnt get truck back till following Friday. Also when i did get it back some how the shop messed up my headlights so they were not working as well as left several scratches in my hood that were not there previously. Also did a half ass job with washing the truck and when they buffed it they did not clean the iner panels of the door. Very disappointed with their work. I would not recommend this shop stay away.

Made appointment to have work done and when I arrived was told the person who was going to do the work had quit and owner said he would call me back and set up a new appointment. Never heard from him.

THE GUY I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WOULD NOT EVEN LET ME EXPLAIN MYSELF HOW HORRIBLE OF A JOB HE DID HE COULDNT EXCEPT THE FACT MAYBE THE BBB WILL BE ABLE TO DISCUSS THIS WITH HIM!!!
