Great Staff and Great Store with awesome selections of products. The new management and staff def help you out and very knowledgeable on how to help get you to your goals. Def a breath of fresh air compared to the old manager that use to be there.

Nick was amazing ! We walked in there with my high school son not knowing anything and he really helped us find what we needed and gave us all the info. He was very very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff! Thanks so much we got what we needed plus some and will definitely be Back!

I’ve never seen a store improve over the last couple yes as I’ve seen with this one. Manager Joe and his staff are clearly long term professionals that care and customize each stack for their clients. I can tell that they care because they ask key independent questions about my lifestyle and my long term fitness goals. They preach daily how they are results driven and only care about getting the customer the BEST program possible. What an improvement from the mediocre and juvenile management of the past. Joe knows his stuff and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. A+++ all around!

I stopped into today to purchase some protein shakes to assist in weight loss. Nick immediately stepped in to understand what my fitness and nutritional goals were. He explained to me about some supplements that would enhance the results I am working to achieve. He also provided me with information about a different brand of protein that had amazing flavors and were healthier than the original product I was going to purchase. Not only did he take his time to assist me, he took the time to educate me. It did not feel likes a sales pitch, but rather coaching me to make the best choice as I begin my journey to a healthier lifestyle.I look forward to stopping in again soon and hopefully work with Nick because I would love for him to see the results based on the recommendations he provided for me. Staff was great! Nick was super knowledgeable and helpful to us as we are new to our health and fitness journey. He took time to show my husband around the store and explain the benefits of each type of product and which one he thought would be a good fit for us. Jasmine was kind and made us a sample of one of the shakes so we could decide which to get. Very good experience.

I stopped in this store today and was amazed at how organized and clean it was.The owner was friendly and very professional. Im a local Club Professional with The Venice Golf & CC - I had the privilege in meeting the owner Joe during my visit. All I wanted to was to pick his brain because I run and sometimes workout during the week. I didnt want anything to really build muscle fast. I wanted something more for recovery. Joe was so willing to give me his attention and knowledge that I asked him if we could work together. Needless to say - Im a Pro Golfer that is now teamed up with GNC. I highly recommend picking his brain and he will give you his honest opinion. Best experience Ive ever had walking into a GNC.

Went into the store not really knowing what I wanted and immediately got all the help I needed, answered all my questions, recommend amazing supplements in what felt like 60 seconds. In and out with all the info I need about my supplements. Those guys are absolutely amazing and know what they are talking about and will hook you up nicely.

I have been to many GNCs from Colorado to here at cocoplum village in north port fl and by far Joe Simpson n his team have been the best hands down 3fold. Salesperson seemed high as the prices.

They had the product I needed at a reasonable cost with the buy one, get 60% off another.

I made a purchased over $100 all together i bought a potassium & magnesium by the time i got to the car come back told the employee that it was not the one my wife wanted and he told me i needed to wait and hour knowing that i was in a rush i look all over the web and didnt found anything that said u need to wait an hour to return. I being going to this store for over a year and this will be my last one.

Luke went above and beyond for me tonight !!! He went out of the way for me to purchase pre work out even when the computer system was down .... most people would have just said sorry won’t work but he didn’t he made it happen !! Would go back to this gnc over any one I have ever been too!!! Great employee very impressed

Had a great experience here. Never used protein powders by GNC and the employee Patrick was very knowledgeable and patient and explained the different powders to me. I bought a chocolate 2 pound tub of powder. I was impressed and came back a couple weeks later and bought another tub but vanilla this time. The only thing that sucks is they can never keep strawberry powder in stock, so I am stuck ordering it off the website. Thanks again for a great experience. I will definitely be coming back. Also I visited the store another time with my infant son and the owner gave me lots of free samples of the products I was interested in buying. Very nice gesture, which is why I returned and bought some of them!

Wonderful and dedicated staff at this store. They were more interested in what I wanted as a customer rather than how much money they would be making. Very friendly and will continue to make purchases here.

I went to buy my regular thermogenics performix sst but was looking at the sst glow. The employee decided to tell me I could take both...because one is a beauty product..i have been using the performix brand for years the sst is a standard 3 phase theemogenic the sst glow is the standard 3 phase thermogenic with added vitamins for the skin..now the only reason I give it 3 stars is because the guy was genuinely nice..and he tried but the information he gave me was wrong and if I didnt use these products on the daily I would have bought both and could possibly end up in the hospital...they need to keep better stock and teach there employees bettee!!

WILL NEVER SHOP THIS LOCATION AGAIN! This is a franchise store and they are unwilling to work with you. Lost a receipt and even though it was one day earlier and the item was still factory sealed and the same employee waited on me when I purchased the product, I was told that I could not return it without the receipt. I also brought the transaction statement with me that showed the items were purchased at that location a day earlier. I was told there was nothing they could do for me and that I was out $75.00 and thats just how it was. The employee refused to let me speak with the franchise owner and told me my only option was to use the product with a smirk on his face. Buyer beware!!!Follow-up I did call corporate and they resolved my issue. If you are going to shop at a GNC, I would make sure it is a corporate store where customer service is still a priority.
