This place is really changed for the better. More people working and way better attitudes than several years ago. I actually stopped going here because of the, its over there in aisle sixAttitude of the people working there. Now when you ask for something is someone takes you there... Nice.

Perry is AMAZING. Never have I ever gotten such good customer service from anywhere/anyone else. I asked some questions about breakers and he gave me step by step instructions on how to do everything and even made sure I took to correct steps to protect myself when doing this project. Perry showed concern for my well being and went above and beyond for me in that aspect and I can’t thank him enough. The other employees there were very nice though I can’t remember any names but you can guarantee I’ll be coming back to this ace a lot from now on.

This place has no customer service, I waited for a month for them to fix my chain saw, they never did. They told me that the guy who fixes them just sent the chain saw back after not fixing it. Didn’t even let me return it. They said I could either buy a new one or I could wait for the guy to fix it, which would probably take another month. I’m never coming back here. The employees don’t even help you they just waste your time. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE.

This is a nice hometown store. Very neat and orderly. Great friendly, helpful employees. It is worth checking them out.

Not helpful at all. Had to find my items and answer my own questions. Not happy. The check out woman was the only thing that was good. She saved the day on this shopping experience.

Terrible customer service, i brought chainsaw and it broke right away, send it away to get fixed, came back and broke again, came back and sent back again, told us it would be finished after 3 weeks and i came back 1 month later to find out they didnt do anything, when i asked for a refund, they didnt do anything about it. DONT COME HERE!!!!!

I have never, ever been to an Ace Hardware store that wasnt pleasant and helpful. And knowledgeable. This Ace is no exception. No need to wander around looking. Everyone knows where everything is.

Was looking for a shell shovel but they were out. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Called to see if they had an item in stock. First time, the clerk hung up. I called back. I told the person that answered what I wanted. They told me I could come in and look for myself.So much for trying to shop local. Ill order from Amazon.

Needed some extra keys made, one which was a bit unusual. They quickly handled this, including checking and double checking charts to ensure the keys made were correct...and they were. Also purchased a pair of Bimini shorts for the summer season. Ace has always had the tools and knowledgeable people to help with any project I have taken to them. Well pleased as always.

As long as DG Ace has something I need, I will buy it there before the big box stores. On some items they are a little more $ but on others they are a lot less. The personal attention they give you is worth the extra few pennies. Diane and Gregg are the best. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Customer service is horrible waited over 10 minutes and walked out!

Everything you need around the house and a staff ready to help. And you dont have to walk miles looking for an employee like the big hardware stores. Always someone to help with tools paint bug spray and they know their stuff.

Ive been coming to this Ace since I little, just over 25 years, and Ive never had bad experience. The people who work here are always nice. Almost every time Ive come in someone has asked how can I help with in minutes of being in the store.

I went in to purchase a mailbox that they had in stock. Online prices were different than in store. The assistant store manager stated they do not price match. The gentleman who wrung me up thought it was odd.

Easy access off 41. It has a lot of essentials you can get. They send me coupons that I can actually use. Good for quick stop for small items.

God forbid you loose your receipt, The store manager lied, telling me he had to throw the item out. Very unprofessional. Will never walk in that store again..For the small ticket item it was he should have just given me the benefit of doubt and a store credit..

This hardware store always has the nicest employees. They really seem to enjoy their job. Even though the store is small, it pretty much has anything youll need to do repair a home project.

Experience was great, best hardware store in North Port Florida. The assistant manager was a great help with changing the color on my paint, to make it darker. He was very patient and very persistent to get what I wanted, I am very happy with the paint, looks a lot better now .Great service I will definitely go back there all the time. Ace is the place.

I received great, efficient service from Dave. He cut keys, solved a minor faucet repair project, and sold me a Weber grill assembled and delivered for the same price as one in a box from the big box stores. Plus, they filled my first propane tank for free.

Was in the store to exchange an item for a different color. After some initial confusion about cash back, the person behind the counter finally caught on to what I wanted to do and the exchange was went just as it should had. I failed to mention that I didnt have my original receipt as someone else paid and picked up for me the original item. The team there really helped me out.
