We moved to North Port, 4 weeks ago. We contacted Fence Outlet about having a fence installed, as we have 2 dogs. We were told it would be around December, before they could get it done.Three weeks later, we got a call that they were ahead of schedule, and could come in this week.They showed up Tuesday morning, and by 1:30, everything was complete!It looks beautiful, and the crew was awesome! Almost 5 years ago Fence Outlet had Sub-Contractors install my chain link fence around my 1/4 acre property. Fast forward to September 2021 my new neighbors property surveyor tells me I’m 16” over with the fence on their property. Fence outlet put in my vinyl fence and did a wonderful job couple years ago however the workers had forgotten to put in a stiffener that goes inside the columns to make sure the screws hold. There was no issue no problem I called them they honored the fact that work should’ve been done properly they came in they fixed the columns so that the gates screws would not come off. It’s hard to find A business that honors its work years after they’re complete. Fence outlet is one of those great businesses that does I wish I needed more fencing somewhere so I could hire them again.

Great experience from start to finish. They quoted 1-2 weeks after the permit was pulled, but we’re actually out days later. The office staff kept me informed and the installers completed the job in a day! Fantastic job!

Fence Outlet was quick and professional. They sent someone out who was able to give me a quote the day after I contacted them. The permitting went faster than expected and they were ready to install within a couple of weeks. I had to put them off because of my schedule - but they came through when I needed them to get the fence up so my pool could be completed. We used Fence Outlet to replace our backyard border fence with a better looking ornamental fence. The new fence looks awesome and was completed when promised at a cost what beat out several bids.Well after the project was finished we noticed the permit wasnt closed. We contacted Fence Outlet and spoke with Heather who promised to follow up. Heather did follow up constantly over a couple weeks without us having to call! How often does that happen?? She solved the problem and the permit was closed.I highly recommend Fence Outlet for quality, professionalism and value.

Michael Vagedes was the sales rep who came out to our home and help us with the layout and also found six foot aluminum gates that were not available due to COVID. Got some vinyl fencing done early June 2021, seems good quality. I will update my review if anything changes. Josh was my point man on this job, gave a really good price and promised a 3 week turn around and he was able to deliver. It was a pleasant experience working with him. The installers got the job done quickly. They placed a 2 ft foundation with concrete on a 6ft high fence. Over all, happy with this company!

I spent $9K with your company a few years ago and was very happy with your service and product. We had a very good experience with Fence Outlet from the time we visited the showroom all the way through the installation. They have their own installation crew, not a subcontractor. The crew of 3 were courteous, polite, hard working and appropriately dressed. I was approached several times during the day to show me unexpected situations and discuss the best course of action. We had nearly 200 feet of old wooden fence taken down and removed from the property and almost equal amount of 6 foot beige vinyl installed. I highly recommend this company and product.

It is so much easier to deal with one company Fence outlet is that one stop company. I just sent a drawing and they did the rest. I also had an issue with them picking the wrong bracket. They even brought them out with in a few hrs. there is some customer service.I will use Fence outlet in the future.

And that i just got a night shift job to be able to afford it because I became a stay at home mom in January when my husband started making good money in the fishing business but he was considered non essential when the pandemic hit and fence outlet wanted their money, but we needed to pay mortgage and buy groceries and figured that was more important. Then made a payment arrangement and missed a payment in October but they insist it was September, and then my husband explained he was sick and could not come up with the money now that we had more bills and they said we could take our time paying - Here we are. December they sent us to collections.Funny,we planned on paying the balance remaining this month- in full- but then they sent us to collections. It is okay though. That monthly payment is better than $600. I hope you received a fraction of the cost.They dont answer phone calls, they are reluctant to take blame for anything, they fabricate stories about what occurred - They are just unprofessional. Go with the other guy. Please please please please.

Purchased some very nice vinyl 4ft picket fencing. We did the installation, but it was very easy to put it all together. Looked way more professional than purchasing from home depot or lowes and it cost less as well.

I purchased fencing on my property almost two years ago. I had Fence Outlet install it. Had a great experience and had no problems. Now I am going to put a pool in my back yard and need part of my fence taken down so a backhoe can get in the back yard to dig. I called Fence Outlet to see if they would be able to come out and take a portion of it down and then put back up after pool is complete. Customer Service let me know that Josh, who was my Sales Representative before would give me a call. Josh called me back that day and was able to tell me how much this job would cost. We are happy with our fence and it’s installation. There was a digging accident resulting in a water leak in our supply line however, Fence Outlet got a plumber to repair it promptly and at no cost to us. They were easy to contact and very responsive. I would recommend Fence Outlet to anyone interested in vinyl fencing.

Free estimate/contract by Josh Pifer, Contractor arranged all permits, etc. Upon approval by Charlotte County, FL, they had a crew out the following Tuesday. I am a retired MCPO - watched those 3 installers work with virtually NO wasted motion. Entire job was done between 9 AM and 2 PM, (including my final inspection). We now have a 6 Vinyl Privacy fence with 2 6 Gates around our back yard and couldnt be happier with the completed task. Everyone we came into contact with in this company, even their Accounting Department, were professional and courteous. We will definitely do business with Fence Outlet North Port again!

Went to their showroom just to price out materials. I had been looking at the big box stores and was somewhat scared by the prices. (new to the SW Florida area). After speaking with them I had them out for an estimate on what I was looking to do. The cost was more than comparable especially when I considered I did not have to do the work. I did not even know I needed a permit to put in a fence. When I called to check the status of the permit I got solid information and the install was scheduled right then. The install had a delay due to problems at another job, but communication was good and they were out the next day. They listened to my desires did a very nice job.

Beautiful fence installed 2 years ago for $5300.00 . A shame company had no Accountability when plumbing issue recently determined pipe was broke when fence installed. I gave full trust in company. Unfortunate corona came about and i never came to fl last season or i would have had identified issue within warrenty time. Very disappointed. Oh i will also now mention that one section of fence did collapse right after installation..but they did fix that. Shame when one dosnt trust their paying customers ..or ex. My fence extension...not with these folks

Update: I have thought about this update for a while, but we had a couple of issues with the installation team. 1) Our fence was crooked and had to be straightened after we insisted on it. 2) They punched a hole in our rain gutter without telling us. This problem was professionally solved by the service team. 3) Now that the job is finished, we’ve noticed with all the rain that the installation team cut into our rain gutter extension pipe, put a fence pole in it and closed it with concrete. Not telling us. They must have noticed because we found parts of the pipe cut off. This led to rain water washing out places under the concrete pathway by our house.We had a chain link fence installed with ornamental iron fence parts. The project took longer than anticipated due to COVID. However, Heather D. did a wonderful job to keep us updated and tried everything to get things rolling. Small concerns on our part were resolved professionally. The team, including Edith F. and Melissa from accounting have been very patient and courteous with me. Thank you. Our dog loves his new run.

Working a Fence Outlet job, Matt Settle and his crew mate did an excellent, very neat, clean job of installing the chain link for our new dog yard. They also added an extra section to our PVC fence. They were on time and very courteous. We are very happy with how this fence came out!

One guy was here working solo for several hours before the remainder of the crew arrived from another job. They never stopped working and left here about 6:30 with the fence fully installed. I wasn’t expecting the extra perks like self-closing gates – that was a fantastic surprise. Our dog is safe and our yard looks gorgeous. It now feels like we have exterior rooms instead of the wide open empty lots around us.I’m so happy I picked Fence Outlet.

Please pay close attention to what they tell you before you you decide to put your fence,I ended with a fence with two open access in my backyard!!!! It was pointless to have a fence at this point.too expensive for what I had.
