Friendly staff, and my rings look wonderful. They even made a note to try to have them early so I could have them in time for my ten year anniversary 💛 so thankful they were able to get them for me early

The staff in the North Port location are great! They were all very helpful, unlike some staff at a nearby store. A friend told me to go to NP instead so I did and I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice group of ladies there! Thank you!

Xcellent service but terrible quality bought a 700$ gold chain and it’s broken twice in the last 6 months and now it’s lost cuz it’s broken again! I don’t do any harsh activities that would warrant a break in the chain except the craftsmanship of the chain. I wish I could give zero starts just for this reason

I’m a watch junkie. Some time ago, my wife and I stopped in to check the store out. When I was there I impulsively grabbed a really sweet Citizen watch; it was an Altichron model with a polyurethane band. For whatever reason, I stopped just short of buying that day. The main reason I came back was based on how I was treated by the staff here. I tried a more dressy version of a Citizen dive watch, and throughout the day after purchasing, I just couldn’t get comfortable with it. I came back that evening and again was treated fantastic. I ultimately got the watch I had almost purchased the first time I was there. I get most of what I have from wholesale dealers because I’m a novice collector of sorts, and I almost never pay retail for watches. I purchased this from your store because of the staff. They were super cool and accommodating. Thank you!

Poor quality jewelry for such high prices customer service is one of the worse they cant never find any records and very poor people skills when you go into the store

We would give it no stars if you could. We bought a Wedding Set in Feb. 2018. The first week that we received the Set it started to turn black on the bottom (tarnish). We had to take it back to the Store several more times, because it would tarnished on the bottom and the band also looked to be cracking. Then a Diamond fell out. In July 2018, the Ring had tarnished again and a thin crack starting. We wanted to return the Wedding Set and just close out our account. We were told by the Manager that we could not return the Set, because we were past the return date. Finally, she said we could exchange them for another set. She would subtract the difference between the two sets. So, we purchased a new Wedding Set.Now we are being charged for both sets, the Manager claims that she thought the first Set had been paid off in full”. So, the new transaction for the exchange, was not allowed. We told her that if that was the case we wanted to return the new Wedding Set. The Manager said we couldn’t return it, as she based the buying of it at the original date of the first Wedding Set, which was in February.This is absolutely the worst customer service and running of a Store that we have ever witnessed. We feel this borders on fraudulent business practices! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!

Absolutely love our north port store. Peopothst eirk there are always so professional is super nice. I’d definitely recommend this store. Even tho i’ve had excellent experience in All KAY stores.. definitely recommend..
