Please fix your hours on google! I just drove all the way up here and it’s 8:34 and the door is locked. I had a ton of work to do tonight and I was really looking forward to a good cup of coffee. Very disappointingEdited this review because I love this Starbucks. The staff are so nice and I order my drinks from this location almost everyday. After a lot of thought I figured they probably locked the doors early because they’re tired. My restaurant is extremely understaffed and it’s been really tough getting through Covid these last 2 years…

These were the same kind of drink with the same customization 🤡one tastes good and one tastes like milk with sugar. Can you guess which one is which? The milky one was mine and it was disgusting! Never consistent at this location. Staff unfriendly and they are serving customers straws that have no wrapping. YUCK

This store not only has the best staff but they know what they ate doing. Thank you management for training properly and keeping it great people aboard. Excellent service and drinks always on point and fast. I drive out of my way just to come to this store.

I live in port Charlotte and I’m the morning tried and fell in love with a new drink to me at the kings highway Starbucks! I enjoyed it so much I waited in the line wrapped around the building in north port when I got my son from school. The drinks were like night and day different. The drink I got from this location was disgusting. No flavor and mostly just milk. I brought it home and asked my spouse to taste it (because he also loved the one I got in the morning) and he asked me why I would get just milk from Starbucks. $8 for a drink I was so excited to have only to be severely let down. I will never go back to this location!

Went in to get a snack. My husband who usually doesnt go to starbucks went with me. When we entered, we noticed a box on the floor that was labeled take on. The box contained tshirts advertising the anniversary of Starbucks. My husband picked one up, called my attention to the year on the shirt. A female employee with multi colored hair rushed up to my husband, grabbed the shirt out of his hands, tersely stated those are not for customers, grabbed the box and ran into the back of the store. In the midst of all of that my husband tried to ask the employee a simple question, which she totally ignored. I have never encountered such a rude, out of line employee of Starbucks anywhere. We decided not to fund that stores business and left without buying anything. We will not return to that location and will encourage others to avoid it as well. I tried another day to call and discuss our experience with a manager and the phone went unanswered multiple times.

I have been to many Starbucks and this one beats out the rest. The service is always great, the drinks are always accurate, and their bagels and avocado spread is amazing. I do wish they had more vegan options for food but enjoy the bagels nonetheless.

The store is never open, tried three times to get coffee here. Aug 4 at 3pm store closes at 2pm. Aug 5 store closed all day. Try once again at 9am on August 6, doesn’t open until 10 what’s up with that? Sign in the front says drive-through open at 5 AM, I don’t think so. At least update your app so I don’t waste my time driving over there. Pick another store to get your coffee from, don’t reward this owner.

Definitely cheerful! The app is super helpful too! Personally, I am not the best with remembering what I really want. So the app, and the lovely workers, with recommendations, are the best way to start a day! In addition, the order was perfect 🥰 and came out so yummmy!!! To be honest, any time I come to this store they are always 100% outstanding 💕💕💕

The drive-thru was packed, so we went inside. There was only one other customer there. We sat in very comfortable chairs and had a leisurely conversation while sipping delicious sweet cream nitro cold brews. A very relaxing break in our day.

Seriously, idk who just made my Venti Carmel ribbon crunch with 8 pumps of dark caramel sauce, extra caramel crunch and extra drizzle….you my friend, understood the assignment. I’m not sure what your name is but you have earned the title of barista. It was blended perfectly and didn’t melt quickly….although I finished it faster than normal. I hope you make my future orders, whoever you are! That was well worth the $6 I spent on the drink. Wish I had a picture to show but I finished it lmao.

Try to get a mocha with hazelnut but they were out of hazelnut again. Whats going on with the hazelnut shortage

Its starbucks, if you dont know what starbucks is then tou ahould check it out. Especially for coffee drinkers. They have a wide range of beverages and a small selection of eats. All are good and the service is always excellent.

Cant post ratings higher because normal people arent able to get Starbucks from you any longer. Your business hours are only 8-3, so its not possible to visit. Even if I leave work when Im allowed to leave at 245 I cant make it because you locked your doors early. So disappointing.

Friendly staff, lots of drive through traffic, took a while but the Cocoa cold cream macchiato was worth it. Excellent taste.There is an inside and outside seating area, but it was sticky outside and there are a lot of cars and exhaust fumes, do i sat inside.

This Starbucks location is always on top of it. My coffee always tastes great and they always have it made for me in a timely manner! Wonderful service.

This Starbucks location always smells so delicious! They should bottle that smell. Anyhow the staff here is very kind, very friendly, and very efficient! Everyone knows thats not always the case at every single location however if you come to this location youll find much less chaos than most other locations. Not to mention they are rarely out of anyting unlike other locations. So yes this is probably the best Starbucks in the area!

There is a reason this location is always busy! They are beyond amazing, Gabriella is the sweetest barista ever. This is by far my favorite location and I’ll always go out of my way to go here instead🥰

Literally been to every single other star bucks in the port charlotte and Punta Gorda area, some in Naples, Tampa, and Miami. and this by far the best service and drinks ever. They make the drinks PERFECTLY, and everyone is very polite. This is the best Starbucks Ive ever been to, and Ive been to MANY of them. Anyone who says otherwise maybe got to this place on a bad day. Drive through line is poorly marked, and when we realized we had followed the correct signage but the line had extended well beyond that, to the point we would apparently be cutting other people, we decided to depart and ended up being verbally threatened by an overenthusiastic tween trying to impress his girl when we asked if they could let us through so we could leave and get out of everyones way.

What can you say..... Starbucks has awesome coffee and friendly employees. But we all know theyre overpriced. Nice to treat yourself once in awhile. Personally I like their line of gift 🎁 items.🌴🦩🌴

I have been going to this Starbucks for quite a few Years Daily, I have traveled across the USA many times For many many years on business Trips prior To moving here, I’ve been to every Starbucks in creation In the USA lol, I lived in Laguna Beach California where there is 2 Starbucks 1 block from one another, I’d be there daily also, I have to be Bright Eyed and bushy tailed so I do need my Coffee, But i like to also say with my coffee I always get a Wonderful dose of smiles and happy faces that always greet me there, The staff Is so amazing, This particular Starbucks by far surpasses all the Starbucks I’ve Ever been to in my travels, Sorry my Californians haha, Truly speaking This Starbucks staff here are the most delightful group of workers, I’d ever encountered, They are quick,, They work hard, and There always pleasant, I do so look forward to my Cap daily, but mostly to be greeted with such smiles, They put a smile on my face wonderful start to my work Day Thank you to all the staff there, your a blessing to Me 🌺❤️

This starbucks is always packed but that doesnt stop the staff from delivering quick service. Always great coffees and food. Iced caramel macchiato with coconut milk is my favorite and they blend it perfectly.

I work in Venice and drive all the way down to this Starbucks because of how amazing the service is!!!I am not the simplest order Ill admit but they get it perfect everytime!

They dont know how to multi-tasking. Try talking to them and their paying more attention to each other than your order. They were busy which is understandable and fine but you point out your order was wrong the dont listen and remake again wrong size. My order was completely wrong

This is literally the only location I go to that always gets my mobile order wrong. Why pay for the extras in my drink if you’re always going to forget to add them in?

So I rarely will give bad reviews but after 3 months of going to this place literally every morning and ordering the exact same thing every time........I have to stop going.Treated a little indifferent on my birthday when the free item didn’t work through the app; I got over it, but definitely a turn off.I only have one thing to add to a normal caramel macchiato and half the time it’s not added and it’s happened the last three times in a row. Also, seemed to just stop putting whipped cream and caramel on top too???So I will be sad that I’m not having Starbucks anymore and will go through some withdrawals I’m sure. Not sure why every Starbucks now that covid has hit; has an angry atmosphere inside??? I travel for work and it’s literally every store now except for a couple of shining individual stars.You would think not having to deal with crowed stores during covid would create a welcoming atmosphere when someone actually enters your stores.I can’t remember her name but young long dark haired girl is the best! Great service, I can order a coffee here and study in peace. No one has ever asked me to leave. Order your coffee and relax. Perfect spot for college students. Can get a bit crowded but it’s to be expected. Coffee is nice, stick around long enough they hand out free ones.

Despite the fact that this place seems to get crazy busy at times, orders miraculously seem to go out fast. The coffee tastes good, what you would expect from a typical Starbucks. I wish it was bigger, had comfy chairs and the design of the drive thru isn’t that great but hey - the workers there can’t control that I’m just nitpicking. They do a great job handling a busy rush.

Found that the coffee and staff are excellent and hardworking for such a fast paced area. Very helpful, kind, and great people who work efficiently. One team member, Kira, always remembers my order and name even through drive thru. A truly superb employee. This Starbucks is always busy, but still has time to ensure that each customer has a great time and leaves with a smile. Thank you!

A fine coffee shop, indeed.I patronized this Starbucks twice while in the area, and both were positive experiences. The staff I interacted with were friendly, and fast with the coffee and tea. Likewise, the restaurant itself was comfy and enjoyable, both on the sunny patio and in the homey little dining room; plus, I just liked something about this shops atmosphere, hard to put my finger on but no less there. Parking was a bit awkward, but only because it was shared with so many other businesses crammed into a small tract. But no matter: once there, I broke out a packed lunch, and sipped good beverages while reading a good book and watching the world go by -- wonderful! I had no problems at this Starbucks, and would gladly return.My sincere thanks goes out to all associated with this business. I am grateful for, and have benefited from, your work and service. Keep it up!

This is the best Starbucks in south west FL. They have not messed up our order and they move the drive Thur lane along when it is busy. The crew is friendly and quick. The mixed drinks are prepared consistently and accurately. Would recommend this Starbucks over the other closest to this location.

Great customer service, fresh made items and orders always have been correct. Use the mobile app and pre-order you beverage. You get to skip the walk-in line, but you still have to sit in the long drive thru line.

This is a great place for catching up with a friend or doing some work. The customer service is always awesome. AJ is one of their best employees. Hes always very friendly and goes out of his way to remember your name. Its in a great location, too. Some Starbucks locations have some comfy chairs and a coffee table, but the tables at this one are just fine for doing work. The outdoor seating is also a viable option.

The food and service is always great! Jacqueline, Holly and AJ are the best and they always remember my name!! The price is a little high, but it is well worth it because the quality is great!!

The Starbucks location is really nice. The people are very fast and courteous. You must be very cautious getting into the parking lot, there is a drive-thru exit directly onto the entrance way.
