The manager is fantastic. Apparently nothing I brought to the register had a barcode which frustrated the cashier. She said I couldnt purchase the items without barcodes. The manager stepped in and used the item codes and even called another store to get the code for a particular item even she couldnt figure out.She exemplifies what a leader should be by going the extra mile!

Went in today. First time in Sallys in ages. Able to get what I needed and get invaluable assistance from staff. Very happy!

Staff was very dismissive, as I entered the store I stopped at the register and asked the tallblonde lady a question and I just stood there in silence with no response. Then I went to the shorter woman with dark hair asking her about bleach (stating I had no idea what I was looking for) and all she said is use bleach or a lightener, then says they’re over there and walked away. I had to end up calling my mother from ohio who is a hairstylist and she pointed out which products to use better than the employees of the actual store. Would not recommend shopping there.

Always out of standard stock items and staff lacks knowledge of inventory.

I was FORCED to leave the store last weekend because I was not wearing a mask. There is NO state law regarding masks. This is discrimination. I was treated like I was Typhoid Mary. I will never shop there again.

The employee that was working when I visited was super nice and didnt make me feel rushed or pressured. She was very knowledgeable and friendly too, which I appreciated.

Employee brandon went above and beyond for me yesterday, very well versed and knowledgable. (helped me more than i was expecting) He was sympathetic to my budget and made me feel very comfortable shopping. He color matched my hair perfectly so my extentions would blend properly. They came out absolutely beautiful, not patchy one bit. The extentions he recommended were more expensive than the ones i came in for but i decided to trust his word and im so glad i did. These are luxurious! Ultimately i am very happy with the outcome and will refer my friends and family to this location. I will most certianly be returning to this location because of the quality service i recieved from employee brandon.

I love Sallys any time i need to get professional grade nail supplies, but for some reason no matter what sallys i go to the staff is always slightly rude and judgmental. But the store itself always has what i need!
