We had an amazing experience with Basil Appliance. They were attentive, responsive, professional and provided very competitive pricing. Last August, we purchased a complete set of new kitchen appliances for a vacation property remodel project. Unfortunately, we fell victim to significant manufacturer delays caused by COVID-19 which threatened to impact our ability to honor existing rentals. Thankfully, Basil saved the day by providing temporary appliances until the ones we ordered finally arrived. I like that have their own technican if you need anything. They have an extended warranty plan and Jeff in sales is great. He is honest and listen to what you want and not just tries to sell you. They were very fast at getting my refrigerator delivered. They 2 guys who delivered were very professional and cautious not to scratch the refrigerator or anything in my home. They took their time and measured all the door ways and entrance to my kitchen. Im glad I bought local and went to Basil. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for appliances.
