Tech did not even open the bottom duct box in the garage or check the UV lights. ..............I would like to change my review a bit. Apparently, the tech did everything he was supposed to do required by his company. He was nice enough to return at the end of the day and explain what he did. So I cannot put any blame on him, I guess the companies policies have changed in the past few years and they no longer do a complete inspection and cleaning !! Francel would spend 30 to 40 minutes here, thats what Im used to seeing.

I paid $655 for a new air handler motor, it worked for 5 days. My receipt said No Warranty! My friend came out and put a $50 part on and it has been working just fine for 2 weeks. The owner said she would have her husband call me, he has not. I replied to her email on June 20, telling her again, of my dissatisfaction. No response. Do not use this company!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was in need of a new A/C. I had gotten 6 estimates and Cooling Dynamics was not only one of the best priced but was the ONLY company that actually followed up with me after the estimate and cared enough to explain to me the whole procedure and different options I had! Joe was beyond helpful! I had multiple projects going on at the time of getting my new AC, one of them was getting a new washer and dryer installed. I didn’t measure properly and my new washer was to big and was covering the vent for my new dryer. I showed Joe my issue and within 10 minutes he had another guy out to my house and solve my issue while Joe and another man installed my AC and they charged me next to nothing for what I thought was a pretty big job added on to them! They were all so nice and also went above and beyond to clean any mess they made while installing my new AC! They did it all in 4 hours and when they left it was like these two huge projects never even happened! I recommend Cooling Dynamics to anyone for any job they are willing to do! Honest, trust worthy, hard working and a clean job is hard to come by these days! Joe also followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was to my satisfaction! Replace thermostat. The tech’s name was Bret. He came out within an hour. ( on a Saturday), was very polite, knowledgeable, and fixed our problem in short order. He explained everything very well. Pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend the company and “Bret”.

We are so appreciative that Joe was able to quickly come to our rescue, he got our old AC up and running same day we called so we didn’t have to suffer. It was a better investment to go ahead and replace our old unit than repairing the leak. He quickly a few days later installed a new one.. very fair prices, took time to explain the process and what we needed, excellent communication and we are very happy with our new unit!!!

Rose and Franz run an excellent company. My AC went out on Saturday and my old AC company didnt even call me back until Monday! Rose tried a simple fix over the phone but then sent someone out that evening. Thats when I found out my system was done.I was scrambling, trying to figure out how to pay for the new system. She quickly referred me to a program that connects payment to my mortgage escrow. Approval took less than an hour and the install was scheduled.The install only took a few hours. My only problem was the new, programmable thermostat. It wasnt working properly and Rose had to send Chris out, who was excellent. He undid the factory code that kept resetting the temp and he replaced a filter in my ceiling that I thought was clean but was totally clogged.Everyone was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They were so accommodating and helpful when my A/C broke. They 100% did all they could to fix it. Unfortunately it was a cursed unit that had been giving issues since I moved into my home. This business is responsible for installing my air mover and compressor system both indoor and outdoor setup it was a new install other than the ductwork. Ive had the system for 2 years and it works fantastically. I recently needed to call for a problem with a faulty shut off kill switch in the overflow drain valve. I called got a recording but was called back immediately. I didnt expect service immediately because of a Holiday, however a technician was sent out that day and repaired the problem. Later that day the second AC quit working, the next day I text and explained the problem, they sent out the technician that day and repaired the problem and did not charge me a service call. This is the first time I have used Cooling Dynamics and from my experience I will continue to utilize their services and highly recommend them. FYI I rarely, rarely give a company 5 stars. We originally called because our system was leaking water. Francel came out the same day and checked it out. He checked the entire system inside and out. It was really old and the pipes were kinked and the coils were all falling apart ( showed me all of it). It made noise and ran constantly even when on 81. Kev and I decided to go w a new one as we fig this one was gonna die on us sooner than later. We decided on one recommended by francel for the size of our house. They came and installed in 1 day. It looks amazing and they fixed some venting and cosmetic issues while installing. We are so pleased by the cost, professionalism and the time they took to answer our questions. So our first night i did not hear the new system running. the old one clunked on and off. I am so pleased w the service and cannot wait to get our new elect bill after having this a month. Francel, Rose and Chris are fantastic. I used another company recommended to me buy my real estate agent back in 2015. I had a problem with a a/c unit on a house I own. I called this other company because I used them before. They came out and said I needed a new unit and gave me an estimate. I called Cooling Dynamics, Chris came out checked the unit thoroughly, (which the other company did not check anything) and said I needed freon, he installed it and the unit is working like new. That is not why I am writing this review. Yesterday I called them (May 23rd) at 10:30pm. I thought I was just going to leave a message and hoped someone would call me back today (May 24th) because it is a holiday weekend. To my surprise Rose answered the phone. I said to her why are you answering the phone on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. She said we offer 24hr service and we stand behind that and if need be we will send someone out. I was shocked. Again that is not why I am writing this review. This is the reason, instead of sending someone out and charging me a few hundred dollars, because it was 10:30 at night on a holiday weekend and I would have gladly paid to get my a/c running again. She stayed on the phone ran me through what to do to fix the problem (which was to clean out my drain line). It worked I have my a/c running like new at no cost. I will recommend this company to everyone and I will be giving their business cards to my real estate agent to give to all she knows. It is great to find a company that is more worried about their customers comfort that making a few dollars. I am a customer for life (and also they know what they are doing), not only is their customer service top notch, they are experts in their field.
