Best place in town to get an old fashion ice cream treat. Friendly staff, clean, rustic, and great ice cream. The cookies are excellent as well, perfect with some ice cream. No doubt recommended weather you’re alone or with your family. I always try to pay with cash and leave cash tips.The reason I am making this review is from a recent visit. 3/28/21. That on a normal visit I would simply leave satisfied and happy with taking my family out for great ice cream and even better service. However this time around my 3 year old, ordered birthday cake ice cream with a sugar cone. She’s 3 and your typical 3 year old has a high success rate to drop the one and only scoop off her cone. She did. She was upset. Crying upset. Complete meltdown upset actually. They offered to replace the scoop and that was enough for me to be a loyal repeat customer. Not because they had to but because it’s a complete melt down for a 3 year old losing their ice cream. They fixed the meltdown and did not have too. Thank you double dips. Had to finish a night on the town with a visit to this awesome ice creamery!! We had butter pecan (very buttery tasting!)and tin roof Sunday and their sea salt caramel espresso-all excellent choices!! Very nice people working their and the vibe is cool! Sat outside on a bench and enjoyed the beautiful downtown and the music that plays over speakers, perfect end to a great night!!

Very inviting space, staff was very friendly! The ice cream was delicious, definitely felt like a nice change of pace from todays typical fast food ice cream!

Great atmosphere and delicious treats! It will take you back to the day where you stood in line as a kid looking at all the different types of ice cream, with the smell of homemade waffle cones baking in the air. They also have fun drinks with Boba! The employees are kind and helpful too.

It was super busy and all the staff had a smile and was doing wonderful. The owner said one worker had gotten sick so she sent her home, so they were short handed. But they were making the best of it!! Keep up the great work!!

Amazing place to satisfy that sweet tooth with a huge variety of options. My only regret is I cant try it all with out gaining tons of weight. The servers are just as sweet as the dishes they serve and helpful too. The building is a wonderful clean glimpse into historic architecture mixed with new.

This place was eclectic and so charming! My little family was passing through and just had to stop and enjoy some ice cream here. The tables had fresh flowers. The service was really great. The young women working were sweet to our little boys. They brought stickers to the table for them and also brought all of us water, which was nice and unexpected. I feel like this kind of ice cream parlor experience is rare nowadays—ones with real dishes that they bring to your table etc. We really enjoyed our experience here.

Stopped in North Platte traveling through. Love looking for small businesses and restaurants owned by locals that are not chain affiliated. This place did not disappoint. Their ice cream was great and they have a huge selection of different flavors and combinations. The young ladies working are friendly and hard workers. If I’m ever back in that area, we will be back.

Every employee was super friendly and went above and beyond by entertaining my little girls, getting them water, and giving them stickers. The ice cream was awesome, and there were lots of options!

Such a cute little shop and has the best DF ice cream my wife has had in town. They have good flavors and plenty of options in terms of how to make your ice cream. I just wished they had more toppings and maybe I am nit-picking, but I love toppings on ice cream and I always leave wanting more.

Horrible, had a waffle cone that was stale, but ice-cream was good,had a malt, in which had to much malt in it, and was stirred in with a spoon.

This is a great place to meet with friends. The employees are friendly and helpful. Besides various flavors of Ice Cream, they have bakery items, and soft drinks and coffee.

After having one bad visit they corrected what was wrong and I will definitely be going back to order more :)

We stopped here doing the Nebraska Passport. We were going to do the Double Dip dish but I asked how big the scoops were. Girl behind the counter said they are good sized so she offered to do half a scoop of each. Thank you for that. Between the 2 of us we had Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Cookies & Cream and Mint Chip. They all were amazing. We bought some fudge and chocolate chip cookies to take with us. Stop here if you are in town. The staff is also amazing. Lots of construction being done in front of the store and they are getting new windows so not much signage. THEY ARE OPEN!!! I forgot to take pics.

I love seeing a small town business grow into something amazing!!This can be very challenging if you cant find that certain something that keeps the people coming back for more, a certain charm you could say. Theyve established a theme. First impressions are vital. I am impressed with how they restored this buildings space, from the walls to the floor and all the decor. However, I think some music would set a more cheerful mood and perhaps give a more welcoming feeling to the experience; something up beat and cheerful. Service was somewhat slow, but possibly with time they will become more efficient. Competitive pricing is also a must. I feel the prices were surprisingly a little higher than anticipated. Seating was sparse, but again, hopefully this will change with the growth of their business. I am sincerely filled anticipation to see this business grow once it finds that unique way to elevate itself to the next level.

Incredible place for a treat. The ice cream variety is vast with custom creations and homemade fudge and various baked goodies and an assortment of drinks including iced coffees and lots of seasonal creations. All of the staff are extremely pleasant. This is a wonderful addition to the Downtown area of North Platte!

The ice cream is really good and prices are cheaper than Coldstone. More seating would be nice but theyre constrained by their location so its fine by me. I highly recommend this place.
