Poor customer service showers are not being cleaned in orderly fashion there saying its a 45 minute wait for showers but clearly nobody is clean the showers on the night shift also are not requiring patrons to wear mask I seen a lot of people inside the store not wearing mask although it stated clearly on the door mass required when questioned about it The clerk says that O well because of peoples attitude about wearing a mask, I dont enforce it The places overall dirrty was given a shower that was dirrty had to request a new one which was a little cleaner but still in all, The younger lady should be the manager the older ladies very rude and very disrespectful and should not be running the place, A lot of people were also getting called for showers and none of them were getting clean people were having to wait Me or nobody in my company will be stopping at this pilot in the future

I want to say a special thank you to April for being so very helpful and kind to us. She was so nice, as well as the rest of the staff.The shower guy was super nice too, making sure we had everything we needed even thou he looked like he was have a hard day, he did it with a smile.You guys really made my day, much appreciation.

Store, restroom and shower all clean from what I can see. Fuel island for trucks needs major cleaning. This place can get pretty pack at night, But over all 4 star.

The attitudes and service from the staff is horrible. I dont know if theyre trained to be rude and lack work ethic. Also, does Pilot/Flying J have a drug testing policy or do they just let staff they hire take part in using substances because for them to be rude and lack work ethic I would say that has to be the case.

Management is rude & disrespectful of professional drivers & our needs. Youd be better off to just put a sign on the front door... IF YOU DONT LIKE DIRTY SHOWERS & A MOUTH FULL OF COFFEE GRINDS WITH YOUR COFFEE, YOU CAN LEAVE. WE DO NOT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT.

Had to sit and wait at Dennys probably 10 mins waiting for a table, and atleast 30 mins waiting to order and never got to eat. Our waitress disappeared, and when we asked the 1 waitress that was actually working if she could take our order she literally said that she could but they were instructed to hold orders for 10-15 mins before giving it to the cook.....WHAT?? Were team drivers and we dont have anymore time to wait... were out of here and probably never come back. Thanks for nothing.

This place is about one of the dirtiest flying js Ive been to. The showers arent clean the bathrooms are not clean store policy u suppose to clean and sanitize showers after every use. But that would be to much like doing your job . If you dont want to clean it up you should have done something with your life. The shower was still wet from the last person using it. This is how u lose business if you worked for me youd be unemployed.

Everything looks ok. I did not like that they put the wash machine right in the middle of the showers. Service is ok. The parking lot is not bad I like that it has an entrance and an exit. Everytime it has a Dennys j give it a plus, theirs one here.

Dennys.....dennys....dennys.......wth. Slower then snot in the antarctic, yet it takes your waitress 15 minutes to come back around to see that I need silverware, then ask if I need another sweet tea and walk away, just to come back 25 minutes later to offer to get me another sweet tea that she didnt bring me the first time she asked. Im giving two stars because the food wasnt bad, tho be it no longer piping hot, due to lack of waitresss or waiters and no silverware.

As a commercial driver I just want to make Pilot/Flying J aware that it is common knowledge among the drivers nation-wide that Pilot/Flying J is NOT the place to get propane. As soon as the weather turns cold, miraculously all the Pilot/Flying J locations are out of order. But, we can go to ANY Loves, TA, etc., ANYWHERE else and get propane. Ive never been turned away anywhere else. Its literally a joke among drivers. So,great job Pilot/Flying J! If it wasnt for the free showers we would not do biz with you at all.

Worst truck stop ever. Definitely avoid it!!!!! Dirty restrooms, parking, huge lines for showers, slow Dennis. In one word it’s a nightmare!

Slowest pumps on rt 80. Took over 20 minutes to pump 38 gallons

They need help here pretty bad, crowded lines, only 2 registers open, & dirty bathrooms.

RV Pumps Card readers dont work have to go in to advance pay. 2nd flying j today we were at card readers in the rv pumps dont work.

Trucks are crashing into most of pumps, right and left--- because dummy staff wont apply salt to 4 high bumps at the pumps, looks like ROCKS covered in ice where your tires need to drive on to fuel up!!!Theres about 40-50 huge lumps of ice (one pump) your tires cannot mash down.....Consequently, staff said says Salt doesnt work.....Saw 4 trucks RIP off hoses and crash sidewaysinto their pumps!!Cognitive Dissonance

Its a typical Pilot Flying J poorly designed parking lot really nice people fuel food this one has a Dennys theyre all pretty much interchangeable though for the most part. As is usually the case Wandering WiFi sucks despite the fact that they improved it it still sucks matter fact you cant really tell they improved it except for the posters that they put up telling us how much they improved it and that they knew that it sucked before however they apparently do not know that it still sucks its hard to connect to it balances you off the signal is weak you call them up and complain about it and they tell you its working you tell you you connected it to it when you say yes I connected to it then it kicked me off Henry connected to it and they ask you where you facing the antenna yes I can see the antenna there are no trucks in front of me I am in line of sight which at $100 a year should not matter Wandering WiFi sucks

This truck stop is a typical stop and the people are friendly, but the showers need maintenance. Most truck stop showers have hooks to hang your clothes on, but they are missing in the room I was in. Water temperature was good, unlike many other truck stops I have used. Hot water was available and stayed consistent, not changing as toilets are flushed

Something has happened this was a clean place. This time the restaurant service was slow but having these washers in this shape with all this loose dirt is downright ridiculous.

Great truck stop! Showers for truckers available. Long windshield washer squeegees for RVs and trucks. Nice selection of snacks and drinks, clean bathrooms with tall private bathroom stalls. Made a fresh cup of coffee that allowed me to grind coffee beans right there for my cup. Dennys restaurant is attached as well if you want a sit-down place to eat.

Its usually pretty busy. The back lot where the trucks park is almost always full and dirty. A lot of truckers these days are pigs. But the flying j folks are nice.

We got a few items on our road trip here. Even though the line was long, it went really quickly. The cashiers were fast and very friendly. The bathrooms were clean and fully stocked too so it made the stop a more pleasant experience.

This location carries full synthetic motor oil if you need it. They also have a nice selection of sandwiches that have cheese and meat but real food. Theres a Dennys attached to it I did not visit that but they also have a little deli section inside the convenience store section of the stop that has potato wedges and some various other things in case thats what youre interested in. There are some decent grass areas if you are traveling with a dog that are also nice as well.

Where does it say I need to use my rewards card to get large coke bottles 2 for $4? Obviously, I am a driver. I just dont feel like swiping my rewards card each and every little purchase. No reason to rip me off.

Everything is dirty. Trash everywhere. Garbage cans were overflowing. Pumps were destroyed. I felt like I was in Chicago or Atlanta.

This truck stop rips you off!!! Charges you FULL PRICE for a coffee refill in your own cup!! Do not use this store until management figures out how to run a business!

Parking lot is a mess at night. I havent parked here in years so I had no idea it would be that bad. Got there during the afternoon and other that an abandoned car in the lot it was fine. However when I got up to leave it was a disaster. Trucks had completely blocked off driveways. If you dont want your truck hit then dont park here. If you have an appointment and need to leave early dont park here. Flying J said there nothing they can do about driveways blocked, trucks blocking other trucks in, sleeping on fuel island etc. Would expect this in Atlanta not Nebraska. Understand this is not completely the truck stops fault, DRIVERS NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB.

5:50pm and Im in a hurry. Im next in line for a shower. The guy cleaning showers has the door almost shut while texting on his phone.

Bathrooms need remodeled. Showers are not cleaned very well. The person spends 5 minutes in there and then on to the next person. They only give 1 towel with floor mat and rag. The coffee is good during the day. Staff usually friendly.

This review is based solely on the Dennys restaurant located within this establishment. We stopped at this location specifically for food for my 30 minute break and we found ourselves in line behind 3 customers. I asked and no one had seen any staff yet and it her than an elderly couple sitting the place was empty. After a few minutes of standing in line at the please wait to be seated sign, I journeyed in to find someone to take my to go order. I ended up in their kitchen and the girl back there appeared to be deaf because she did not hear me calling hello. I went to the entrance on the opposite side of the kitchen furthest from the office and was able to get her attention and asked if there was anyone available to take our orders and she replied is there a waitress up front? I felt like saying, if there was, would I be standing in your kitchen right now? After asking if she could take our orders she said no. I exited the kitchen and asked th couple at the table and the lady said the waitress burned her leg and had to go home to change her pants. So, basically, the business was left completely unattended while the waitress left to go home because the girl in the back was completely incompetent to be left alone.I think we need to remember these are truck stops and the restaurants are how us truck drivers eat. This is not only bad for us as far as being able to have a meal but also had for the fuel line. I was in there after midnight so my choice at that time were slim to none. I personally think these restaurants need to focus on the drivers and remember that the primary focus should be about service for drivers. These truck stops have changed from back in the day and have a much wider customer base and have lost focus on the origin and service standards. Work ethic these days is also being lost. Corporate companies only seem to care about the bottom line but look at the amount of loss this had and it wasnt the first time. I was told it is a common occurrence at this location by a local.We had to visit Loves and eat McDonalds which provided service, very slowly, and very cold food but at least it was service 😣

Pretty dated. Bathrooms need up-grade. Need to do a much better job cleaning fuel lanes, they are slick with spilled diesel. However, coffee is both fresh and hot.

This place is awesome!!! It has huge clean showers and bathrooms, a McDonalds, and a subway,which both are very good. Nice friendly staff. Plenty of parking, didnt see washers and dryers though.

Nice to have RV lanes that arent part of the truck side. The drive was slick with fuel and I had difficulty keeping it off my shoes. Overall, though, the stop worked well and was not at all stressful while pulling a camper.

We were in the restaurant at noon on a Sunday. Only about 5 tables had guests. Waited 5 minutes to be seated, had to find a restaurant staff person to inform them we were here and well find our own table. Our food was gross, my waffle was still oozing batter, as was my mothers, my son never got his coffee, had to ask 3 times for water. Very unprofessional staff

Unfortunately, this is a stereotypical truckstop. Bathrooms are dated and dirty. Same junk on shelves. The only thing that stood out was the gal working behind the counter with her bubbly sparkling eyes and cheery wit. Hey flying j....get this one cleaned up!

Too often the showers are cold to barely warm, however at the same time I have hot water from the sink.

The place & service is ok, but I bout cup of soup at 13:00 / day time, and soup totally cold. Workers dont care about people.

Where to start with this place.. Lets start with the decent things. They have clean bathrooms with high doors and walls and good chicken wings. Now for the bad.We were going to eat at Dennys but the wait took forever and most of the staff were back in the kitchen chatting instead of working so we left.As for the travel center itself.. little to no sitting room for the drivers in the lounge and even less standing room, and the showers are TINY, it is an absolute joke trying to maneuver in shower 3.The store manager was absolutely off the ball and was so slow the other employee was having to pick up her slack and acted more like a manager than the actual manager did.Will not be returning to this Flying J if I can help it.

It has one of the best Dennys restaurants inside I recommend it.

Good place to fuel, very fast, clean. Showers are clean, hot and with a strong water pressure. great fresh coffee, fresh food. A place where I will come back again for sure.

The parking here is tight. Almost impossible to park, well, for me. 123 truck parking spaces is a large sized truck stop in my book. I am still learning after a year of experience. Unfortunately parking when there is no safe room to park safely is my weakness. It took me forever to park. I found a better spot. Another driver after me tried to park. I think They just hit another parked truck. That is my worst fear. I feel so bad for him. Definetly need to paint new bright lines. I wish this Wonderful Flying J would expand there parking space to make things easier for us truckers. Thank you.

Clean. Food was great and our servers did awesome!! Three generations in our party and we all left full and happy!

Liked being able to get right in to Dennys at the busy time of Sunday lunch hour. Nice work at being seated quickly, but at the busy time of day, more servers are required, as I had to wait over 45 minutes before a server was able to get to our table. The problem is that there was not enough servers to be able to take orders during the 11:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M. and be able to keep up with all the patrons.

We were touring on the motorcycle, and ran into a thunder storm, with dime size hail,9 miles ahead. Stopped for gas, and had some coffee. They were more than accommodating, and had us hang out till the storm passed. 45 minutes later we were gassed up, and ready to go!Thank you to the staff at Flying J !!!!

Showers were out of order, no paper towels in bathroom, staff was uninterested. The entire building was filthy inside and out. Parking lot was a mess. I hadnt been here in years, now I remember why. A guy can pick up a virus walking in there. Its sad to see how far this place has deteriorated. Needs a complete facelift.

Very hot showers with lots of pressure!...just dont turn the handle all the way or else itll be weak and warm.

Almost died here once. Highly recommend, if youre going to lose consciousness this is a great place to do it. The shower floor I collapsed on was very clean, and the staff was very professional as the paramedics carted my naked butt through the store to the ambulance.DEF pumps are kinda slow but the fuel prices are generally the lowest in the state, so I cant complain.

Come on. I place an order online, come in 20 minutes after i ordered and still waiting fot my order inside like for 25 minutes more. Just tell me why its not ready in 20 minutes after i placed my order? And i didnt get it my soup.

Diesel pump shut off at 3/4 of a tank. Would not restart because pumps are programmed to not top off. Garbage cans are small and full when I was there. Sketchy characters walking around seem to know the staff remarkably well. I will avoid this place next trip through.

Shower areas were small but serve their purpose... Ive usually had good pizza from flying J, but this one was just salty, and the sauce had no flavor... No subway to eat, theres a Dennys, and a jennys 🤷🏽‍♂️Cant please em all I guess

This is probably the most weird review ever. Had a great experience with Helen today after we had a scare of potentially leaving a very personally important item at the gas station. We called from a couple hours away in a panic and she went and searched each pump to make sure the item wasnt there. We did find the item in our car, but she spent a lot of time making sure. We are extremely grateful that you care, flying j! :)

A lot of fuel Lyles. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the products that are on the Shelf and that are on the app. I didnt get a Hello when I walked in the store but I can tell that everybody that work there was friendly smiling.

By far better hot dogs than Pilot or Flying J. Buns warm and moist with all the fixings.

The Flying J was great. But the Dennys in the Flying J needs help. $19.95 for dinner, and the amount of food was sad and wasnt that good. The people there are very friendly

An okay place big parking lot...had lunch at Dennys had the fish off the seniors menu it was very good way better than the tilapia fish they used to have

Normal conditions for a Flying J. Bathrooms are nothing close to clean. The pizza is Luke warm. The food offered in the hot bar, skip it. Sometimes it seems relatively fresh. Other times it seems a day old. There is a Dennys on site if youre desperately hungry.

Good selection of items in the store. Dennys had pretty good food and service.

Lets start off with the bathrooms they were absolutely horrible. I mean Ive seen better restrooms in horror movies. They had an abysmal selection of even the most basic trap items and the only reason I gave them two stars is because the Salted Caramel pancakes at Dennys were freaking awesome!

Sadly when you can see that the owner has responded with the same copy-paste reply to every review, you can easily tell the quality of the people that run this place. Wouldnt waste my money a second time here.

At 4 am every single restroom stall was out of toilet paper. When I notified an employee, she said that maintenance would be in at 6 to take care of it. Every shower was unoccupied and dirty, also waiting for maintenance to come in at 6. I guess with paying 85 million dollars to reimburse what they had stolen from trucking companies and the 92 million dollar fine to the government, this will be the expected operating procedure for Pilot and Flying J.

Purchased $121 worth if fuel, $18 food and drink and flying J still charged me $6 for cash advance. Twice as much as the ATM charges.Driver NON appreciation.

Some of them are great places, some...not so much...especially the old ones. But if you need some food on the road, or a fresh cup of Joe...you can always count on it.

They have a great selection of food and drinks, they have showers, and Professional Driver supplies. The staff is helpful, funny and very friendly.

Had 7 guests ahead of me for a shower. Only took ten mins to get a clean shower. Super fast..........AVOID Blonde with horned rimmed glasses. Horrible attitude
