Even though AAA dropped the ball and left me stranded, these guys diagnosed the problem and had me on the move in under 2.5hrs. Top notch, friendly service. They took care of me.

Was passing through when my armada died. It was found to be the maf sensor. These guys got me in fast. The service was great. And they had me up and going very quick. The only thing I had a bit of an issue with was the price of the part. A maf sensor costs around 60 to 90 bucks but I was charged $275 for it. Total cost was $415 with labor. Not really complaining. They helped me out big time but feel I was charged a bit much.

Have done business with Seevers for many years. He has always treated me very fair and honest. His prices are very good. Just take a check instead of a debit card as the banks charge him 4 percent to use card. Will always go back and use him for the service of my cars.

Just passing through Nebraska and my car starter went out. They cleared everything they did with me before they did it. They fit us in their busy schedule to help us get on our way. The price was also very fair and customer service was wonderful. I would recommend seevers to anyone!

We were traveling and stopped to have our water pump replaced due to coolant leaking, and tires changed. They were able to get everything done very quickly and we were on our way, early the next morning. Gary and Kevin were very respectful, clear and transparent about what was wrong with our vehicle. We were driving through and happened to notice a flat tire at a gas station, so we stopped in to have it repaired. Seever’s was super speedy, so kind — we had our pup with us and they let us bring her in — and just overall helpful all in the midst of a crazy, super busy day for them. Absolutely recommend them!

I took in my Honda Odyssey because it wasnt running right. In 15 minutes they told me the timing belt had jumped and it wasnt worth the money to fix it. (Its a 2006 with 280,000 miles.) They said it would cost about $3400 to fix the problem. They didnt charge me anything for this diagnosis. I appreciate that.They get bonus points for the quick diagnosis and polite customer service.But $3400 to fix the timing belt!?I called around and found most people in North Platte would do the work for about $1000. (One even gave me the quote of $500.) So whats the deal Servers! I dont get how you could give this kind of quote. If you dont have time to do it, just say so--dont give me some lie that the car isnt worth fixing and will cost thousands of dollars to fix.

I came into Seevers late in the day. They took the time and treated me with dignity and curtesy on a bad day. The repairs were as quoted and on time. The entire process was wonderful I cannot recommend enough.

I was traveling through Nebraska on my way to Oregon when I had my air conditioning stop working when it was near 100 degrees. I picked my car up from a Ford dealership the day before and was confirmed everything was good and passed inspection as I was heading out on a road trip. I stopped at the Ford dealership in North Platte and they straight up told me they were booked out for a week and wouldnt even check to see if it was recharged. They recommended another shop down the road to look at it and they were also booked out a week and told me this was too small of a town for them to have a shop be able to look at it the same day. I felt pretty down on my luck when I found Seevers Auto and they thankfully were able to get me in with 15 minutes. They were VERY understanding of my situation and made me feel cared about. It was hot out and they wanted to help a traveler get back on the road. Turns out my vehicle was completely out of Freon and black ice was inside of my unit and froze my fan preventing the ac to blow out cold air. The Ford dealership confirmed my AC to be fine the day prior. This was a quick, cheap fix and was thankful to be back on the road within an hour. Thanks again for everything you guys did for me I will definitely remember this!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Broke down on I-80. Had a nice tow service from Hersey NE (Al’s towing) move my car. Said today maybe tomorrow and, were finished with the work quickly on the same day. Car runs great! Also the Super 8 next to them was a good price because I went to them for mechanics. Super 8 room is also really nice especially considering the price!Overall I would highly recommend.

I’m from Illinois, drove about 9-10 hours when my check engine light started flashing (it was already on anyway) needed new coil packs and spark plugs ASAP! Called them first thing in the morning, they were booked until next week along with every other shop in town but I needed to be in Colorado the next day. They squeezed me in at 9am, took about 30-40 mins and I was on my way! Very professional and nice people, thanks a ton!

While traveling to our home in Colorado, we broke down just east of North Platte on a Sunday morning. We were towed to Seevers Auto in North Platte with significant concerns as to the repairs that might be needed on our pickup. Kevin and his staff at Seevers did an awesome job getting our truck in the shop early Monday morning, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had us back on the road before noon on Monday ... 24 hours after breaking down. We were very impressed with their professionalism, attention to an out-of-town traveler and overall good will. I will be stopping by in North Platte whenever I get a chance to say hi to the folks at Seevers. We couldnt be more pleased and recommend them more highly for your auto repair needs!

Kevin and his crew worked on my daughters car right before closing time. They went above and beyond to take car of her and get her back on the road.

HUGE shout out and Thank you to the Seevers Auto team. my husband and I were driving to Chicago from Colorado for Christmas when we had car troubles. They pulled our car in 5min before closing and diagnosed the issue which had to wait to be fixed in the morning when the shop reopened. An hours after opening the next morning they called and had the car ready. We cannot thank them enough for fixing us and getting us back on the road as soon as possible. Called with car emergency while traveling with 4 grandchildren and my daughter at 4:00 on the day before a holiday. Another shop wouldnt even take a look. Servers had us come right in and looked at the car. Had printout with car rental agencies but none available due to the holiday. Were able to do short term fix so could get to our destination but wouldnt take any money. Grandchildren enjoyed popcorn and candy canes while waiting.

We were traveling through Nebraska and heard a noise in our truck. Best western have us a card for Seevers. They were so accommodating. We went in at 7:30 am. They had our truck done by 10. Very friendly and knew what it was right away. Very fair price. Would highly recommend.

We were traveling through while on a cross country road trip and were on a tight schedule. We discovered that we needed to replace the u joint and we were able to get work done same day and get back on the road. Very happy with the service and for fitting us in on such a short notice.

My battery was dead and it was mostly due to a loose wire. They said I had a faulty battery and sold me another battery. I had my relatively new battery tested by my mechanic and it was good. Just needed a good charge. I got cheated by these guys. I don’t recommend them.

My vehicle broke down this past May as I was passing through town on my way to Denver from northwest Iowa for a training. These guys really went above and beyond for me, stayed open late while I figured my situation out, gave me a ride to the local car rental, fixed my vehicle over the weekend on the fly at reasonable rates and It was ready without my having to extend my trip. If I were local they would be my shop of choice. Thanks guys!

Blew a front axle and pinion seal driving from Michigan to Idaho. These guys had me in and gave me a free loaner in no time. My luck they were on the slow side this day. Within an hour and a half me and the family were heading back down the highway. Also, the cost came in $80 lower than the initial quote. Bonus for us. Beers on me next boys.

Had to bring my vehicle back three times before it was finally right, they left parts out that I made them put back in. They told me what I wanted done couldnt be done and I had to tell them how to do it. In the end they finally got it right but I wasted two days running around. I am not happy with their work and they were very expensive for what I had done. I will never have them work on anything else.

I get a strong impression that the Seevers employees that my partner spoke with that day were eager to sell her a lot of service and parts she didnt need. Was their poor customer service that day due to greed, sexism, laziness or some rancid combination thereof? Or was it merely haste?

The find and fix everything! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. They found and fixed a problem the dealership diagnosed (incorrectly) and fixed (unnecessarily). They wouldnt quit until it was found. They are amazing.

Had to stop here while driving across the country to get our battery replaced, really wish we had gone somewhere else. They replaced the battery with a Napa battery (which cost us over $200 - we didnt have any choice at the time.) The larger issues are (1) they blew the fuse that supplied power to the code reader, so we had to find and replace that and clear the codes ourselves (2) we got around to dropping the car off a few days later at a Subaru dealership to make sure everything was good to go, and when they tested the battery it was at half charge. (And they couldnt find anything wrong with the car that would be draining it.) Fortunately the battery is under warranty so we can go to a different Napa place to get a new one, but its a bummer that this place is happy to give you a not great battery.Overall weve ended up with a pretty big headache. Id recommend going somewhere else if youve got anything other than a American branded truck, because they dont seem to care much about anything else.

Car broke down on the interstate at 5AM, 500 miles away from home. Called Seevers as soon as they opened - and they have been diligently working to find the problem and get me back on the road since the minute I arrived.Could not be more impressed by the hard work and genuine concern they have showed me. Being stranded is never convenient, but its impressive how much this shop cares about their customers.

Excellent! Had vibration issue while traveling through North Platte, called and was scheduled appointment first thing in morning. Had me up and running quickly and efficiently without fleecing me. I was just passing through on my way to Ohio and these guys were willing to look at my A/C on a Saturday even though they dont open then. They checked all the normal issues like leaks and recharges and when it wasnt any of that they even started doing internet searches to find out what was wrong. In the end they didnt have the parts I needed but they must have spent almost an hour diagnosing it. They didnt charge me a penny. I love how honest and upfront they were. Id recommend them to anyone!

Not fond of the way they treated my folks, the price they charged on the parts came to double what retail cost is at the parts place plus labor, its a shame they feel it is good practice to gouge senior citizens. Very sad!!

Went in to get a speed sensor replaced on my work van. They replaced the sensor charged me and sent me on my way. I leave for a job in Chadron and the same issue happens again...almost blew up my transmission and I had to limp back to town at 30 miles and hour. Went in to say it was still happening and the staff was not nice about it. They replaced under part warranty. 3 days later it happened again and I found myself putting back to town again at 30 mph. Staff was upset this time and was saying it wasnt their part that was faulty and they wanted to drop the transmission and fix the internal part of the sensor which sounded really crazy (and expensive) to me. Got a 2nd opinion and apparently the wiring to the sensor was damaged in the initial replacement.I thought about trying to get my initial money back, or to get them to pay the cost of the bill to repair their mess up but dont think I have any luck based on how they treated me while I was a paying customer.Plus oil changes are more then $80 and if a sensor warning light comes on they want to charge an obscene amount of money to clear it.Im sure they are good at replacing breaks and doing oil changes but if you have a real problem go ANYWHERE ELSE.

We broke down in middle of night and had tow to Seevers. We met them first thing in the morning and they said parts wouldnt be in til next day. Next thing you know they were having the altenator rebuilt and we were back on the road by 430. They went more than above and beyond. Thank You!!

They stayed late to get me back on the road again and didn’t over charge me for the parts or labor. Highly recommend them if you’re needing work done.

I am extremely grateful for the work Kevin (owner) and his crew did to get my teenage son up and running after he had engine problems in the afternoon on a solo cross country road trip from NJ. We were in a desperate bind as my son had an early morning flight out of Denver and was too young to rent a car.
