We leased two vehicles at the same time. I can’t say how happy I am. From the moment we walked in and we’re greeted by Riley the sales rep we were at ease. After explaining our situation regarding losing both our vehicles and much of our home during Hurricane Ida. Riley immediately offered any assistance and guidance. He made the dreaded trip to the dealership a welcoming and satisfying experience. The sales manager Mr.Chapparo was awesome we didn’t have to haggle back and forth. Over the course of the past 5 months, I’ve purchased and leased a total of 3 vehicles from this dealership with the help of Dario and Ed. When my first lease didn’t work out, they were extremely accommodating. Every time I’ve been here, Ed met me at the door with a smile ready to help me make the next and best move for myself. Last week I lost my car to severe flooding and the service center was extremely helpful and communicative. Had been car shopping for a week until we chanced upon global auto mall. We were pleasantly surprised with their warmth. Jahree our salesman happens to be a very nice gentleman and I think it was his pleasant demeanor more than anything that helped us make our decision in buying from there.
Drove over 2 hours to see a 2019 Black Hyundai Tucson Sport. Spoke with Jorge multiple times throughout the same day and stressed to him that I would be traveling quite a distance to test drive and purchase this vehicle. Even had him run the pre-approval prior to my arrival. He stated that everything was good, to ask for him when I arrived. Arrived at my schedule appointment to find that not only had Jorge left for the day but the car I drove over 2 hours for had sold hours ago. 12pm to be exact. You can imagine I am fuming. However the issue wasn’t The fact that the car had sold, the issue was that I had physically spoke to the Jorge at 1:30PM and he called back at 5:22PM to confirm my arrival and the car was SOLD AT 12PM ! Not one time was this mentioned. When I arrived the representative looked in the system and noted the vehicle had sold. If Jorge called me at 5:22PM to confirm my arrival.. He saw this as well. Jorge was also not there and I was told by him that he would be. Very Shady. I wasted my entire time coming to this facility.This is shady business practice and quite frankly reflects badly on the company. For a potential customer that is traveling over 2 hours to see a specific car common courtesy would have been to let me know the car had sold. I guess he assumed he would still make a sale on something because I drove over 2 hours. Absolutely not. They had no other Hyundai Tucson’s that matched the trim, not even the color of the one I traveled 2 hours for. Based on the customer experience and service I received from Jorge I would never even consider doing business with Global Auto Mall ever again.However Ronald G. showed excellent customer service and he tried his best to assist me under the circumstances. He was extremely personable, apologized countless times even though it was not his fault, and took the time with me to even go through the options. He gave me the feeling that he actually cared and wasn’t just trying to make a sale. He took the time to explain things thoroughly to me. I am very appreciative of him. Even though I was extremely angry upon arriving I left not feeling as bad just because of HIS service. Kudos to him. If you go to this facility to purchase a car I would definitely look for him.I ultimately did not purchase a vehicle. The vehicle that I considered settling with was a lower trim and color and I felt that the numbers I was given for it was not worth it given the fact that I came there for a higher trim and the color I actually wanted where the numbers would have been similar.
Ask for Tony Persaud! He was super nice and straightforward about everything. He helped me get exactly what I was looking for TWICE since i got a car and then totalled it two months later :,( and then came back a few weeks after that and got another car. Both times I went in once and left with a car. Tony handled everything quickly and gave some super helpful and honest advice when trying to decide on which car.

5 stars for service but 0 stars for sales. I was a service customer long before I actually bought a car here. I was definitely felt forced to buy the car and was told lies on top of it. I walked in to see if I can build my credit by buying car which for anyone wondering it is not a good idea. Get secure credit card. I tried to leave so many time and these two big guys one more aggressive than the other. One even getting angry when I was trying to leave. I really wish I had left or never enter. Wasted my money on a car less nice than what I had. The car indicated switch even fell off by itself. Got a bad loan and everything. The selling culture here was toxic when I went lucky Melvin at Autoland help me get out of it a few years later.

Went all the way from Queens to look at a car to find out that they are charging $10,000 over MSRP. What a joke they dont mention nothing when you call and inquire about the vehicle.
It was a decent experience while purchasing the car. I went to the lot with an idea of what car I wanted, tested a sonata and went forward with purchasing. Pretty easy process. Elvio was my salesperson and he was okay during the sale. My experience after i bought the car was the issue. About a week and a half before my plates expired (I live in NY, so i had temps), I called the dealership to get an ETA on my plates. The amount of times I was forwarded, hung up on and told id be getting a call back was insane. The communication was trash. I wasnt asking for much, i just wanted to see what was going on with my plates and if they wouldnt come on time what could i do until they did. Elvio made no attempt to contact me after numerous messages left, which i feel is incredibly unprofessional. I get needing to make sales, but having good customer service is important in sales. I wont recommend this dealership to anyone nor would i purchase another car through them.

Not happy with the car I bought and equally not happy with the service. Got a 2021 Hyundai in April 2021. It is now July and I am still waiting for options that I purchased for the vehicle due to backordered parts. Aside from not getting the options I was promised I am also not getting the service I was promised. Apparently when the dealer sells you the 3 year 36000 mile service/oil change, what they actually mean is that you need to pay for or do your own oil change the 1st time and they will only service your vehicle at the 7000mile mark. So the 3 year maintenance that the dealer is claiming they will provide you will not happen as per your cars scheduled service intervals unless you pay for it
Called never called back to far to drive to come see if inventory (car) actually exists on their lot. Dont Waste your time.

We went there today to buy a Telluride. There were 4 cars in the lot, very unusual consider the car crisis Very hard to find carsThe salesman Bruno said we could NOT test drive the car. I wanted to see how it drove, red flag. He then pointed out that there was an Adjusted Market Value, which meant the sticker price was a lie. He explained most dealers do this now because of car shortage. So now this approximate 37,000 sticker price is 47,000. Never heard of it but as I contacted another dealer I was told they also had AMV but at a lower percentage. So Do your home! Bruno was having a bad day or wasn’t in the mood to sell us a car.I do not recommend this dealer poor customer service and most of all a rip off.

I was coming to the end of my 3 year lease on was looking for a 2021 Kona for a new lease. After searching online with my original dealership and a few others (no one had cars in stock), I reached out to Global Hyundai and found the car. I spoke to Curtis Walker who handles the internet calls and he set me up with Oscar Palma in sales who completed the deal. Three hours later, I was driving away in my brand new car. I have NEVER had an easier car deal. From the first phone call to the first hello at the dealership, everything was perfect. Everyone was courteous and professional. No “scary clown sales people” here. The place is beautiful. The coffee was good and the price was right!!! I asked for “easy” and that’s what I got!!! So happy with Global. Will definitely be back!
Worst customer service i got a call by the manager because of an issue with our insurance after we leased the car and have only had it for a week which wasnt addressed the day of leasing the car. We went back 2 days prior to fix another insurance issue and instead of fixing ALL the issues now they say theres another issue and i get a rude call by this manager threatening me about taking the car away when he didnt even give us 24hrs to fix this issue with insurance. I will say i should’ve just taken my business elsewhere. This was absolutely the worst experience ive ever had.

Job done right!! You get what you pay for in this world. Global isnt the cheapest repair shop around, no dealership is, but if you want the job done right the first time, the choice is clear. The peace of mind of knowing the mechanics are specially trained and use genuine parts is worth a lot. Global staff are professional. My car always feels brand new after a Global service visit.

Global Hyuandai is worth the drive! We purchased our new Hyundai from Global about two weeks ago. The entire experience was great! We were able to look around at the cars on the lot without being bombarded by salespeople even though they were always near by to answer any questions. After narrowing down our search, we ended up dealing with Antoine Gratz! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. After test driving the vehicle we ended up purchasing a 2021 Hyundai Palisade. I changed my mind on the color a few times and Antoine was very understanding and even gave the thumbs up on our new White car. The trade in process for our old vehicle was smooth with Global giving us a fair price, similar to an offer we received from another company. The purchase was smooth and all of our questions were addressed. We would recommend Global Hyundai and our salesman, Antoine Gratz!! Yes we wanted a top of the line car but we werent born yesterday and definitely were not going to pay 4k over MSRP to get it. They actually told us we should have taken a better offer somewhere else, so we will - as we are serious buyers and theyre clearly looking for people they can exploit.
No matter how good their prices are, their customer service is completely terrible and they are delayed with getting you your plates. Always expect to be transferred to a voicemail if you trying to talk to someone specific. No one calls you back even when you leave 10 voicemails for 2 weeks straight. Caused more stress than satisfaction.

BE CAREFUL: this dealer can end up COSTING you THOUSANDS of dollars.You can try this:1. Contact the dealer through their website to get a quote for a car price (E.g. Hyundai Kona), money factor and residual value. These are common things to check when leasing. You can check Edmunds.com, Caranddriver.com, etc. and theyll the same thing.2. The dealer will respond with HIGH PRICE3. If you ask what is the money factor and residual value, they will STOP responding.The Internet Specialist I spoke to is MARY J. TAYLOR and the above exactly what happened. Why would she not share the information I asked? Answer: because she wants to take advantage from you by HIDING these information, which will COST YOU thousands of dollar.I DARE her or the dealer to respond in this Google review and tell me why they will NOT share that information.
Had such an amazing experience leasing our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, in which my husband wrote a long review detailing the salesman!However, the service department has been a nightmare. We had a flat tire from a faulty tire, in which it was replaced. Right after, it seemed like the traction was off. We brought it in shortly after, in which we were informed it needed a whole new transmission. I’m not car-savvy but the car only had around 13,000 miles after a year and a half. We were told the car was still drivable and that a rental could not be given until the new transmission was in. Since this is our family car, we needed to make do. After a few days, the car would lose traction unrelated to rain and the engine smelled after driving. I had to pull over multiple times to regain control. It was completely unsafe, let alone with a toddler in the car too. It was now a SAFETY issue.My husband called for an update as they did not check in, and now we were told our transmission “should be in today” BUT there is no more rentals.Terrible, terrible service. I will be sure not to lease from them again. Such a shame because the salesman was definitely experienced and did his job only for their customer service to ruin our experience.UPDATE: We called Jeep (outside of Global Auto Mall) and Jeep stated they will cover our rental out of pocket for up to $35/day. After I wrote this review, we were called and told they read the review (which of course they do, they ASK you to write one after buying from them, but hardly anyone is writing what happens after) and a rental car was just pulling in and our name would be on it. Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not. But I’ll clarify, the service is fine, but their rental policy is absolutely ridiculous and if the service department can’t help you because of their policy, you’re left to fend for yourself against Jeep. This was a safety issue, on a brand new Jeep and you can hardly say anyone went above and beyond to help us.Disclaimer: I am not one to write reviews, let alone bad ones, but in this case it was something I feel people should be aware of, especially those who use their car as a family car. Safety should always come first.

Great experience! Mario and Ed were both extremely helpful. I went in with the intention to trade in my Kia for a Jeep and after test driving I realized that the Jeep wasn’t what I was looking for. That being Mario’s area of expertise, he was very patient and introduced me to Ed to check out the new Kia’s. Ed was really accommodating and patient and showed me several of the newer models in addition to a Hyundai Tucson, which ended up being a perfect fit for me. I was there for several hours and he worked with me to find the perfect vehicle in my price range, ultimately leaving that night with a brand new Hyundai Tucson. Mario and Ed both came off as trustworthy and really listened to what was most important to me. I really appreciated that and have not had that experience at previous dealerships. I would highly recommend them!

Be very carefull when buying a used car from here. I drove all the way from Pittsburgh to New Jersey to find out the car had a bad engine in it. They told me the car was in extremly good condition but the engine had an oil light on when I arrived. The light was saying it had a quart of oil missing. Stopped the engine at once, restarted it and light went away. Took it out not even a mile later the oil light came on. Drove back to the dealer. Gave the keys right back and left. The car also had rod knock. Car is a 2011 e92 m3.
The Service here is wonderful! I am a returning customer and I will go no where else. Today we went in to look at a used vehicle that I was sure was a great deal. Here is the shocker! Turns out that the better deal was to lease a new 2021 Hyundai Tucson. I chose to leave 12 thousand miles per year for 3 years and then if I want I can buy the car and even finance it then for 3 or 4 years, whatever I chose to do. I was against leasing and after doing the math and figuring I drive under 12k miles per year, this is the lease for me. I am in love with our new vehicle and I love the service at this dealership. Everyone is so nice, so helpful, we got bagels and coffee and tea and a bottle of water, if we wanted. Everyone is wearing masks and the place is immaculately clean and there is Hand sanitizer available to use. This was such a great experience, the financial manager, the sales manager, the loan department manager, all of the staff that I met today, I love each and every single one of you. God Bless each of you and everything you stand for, I love you so much. Thank you again for such wonderful service. You no longer give out mugs or pens that say Global Auto Mall, but the free oil changes for me, cannot be beat! I am thrilled! Thank you again!

Bad experience, (Hyundai,Genesis)I could not handle more than 30 minutes with the most careless customer service.They offer me Genesis GV80 for 1201$ per month with no way to negotiation.Sorry but it just a Genesis not Ferrari 😒
