Such wonderful service and helpful staff! It took around 2 minutes to find the most beautiful rug imaginable and another for my entry. 5 years later I would buy them both again - Ive enjoyed them both so much .

The folks at Crystal Tree were amazing to work with. Not being sure of what we wanted, they took the time to show us samples that were appropriate for our master bedroom. They measured our room that afternoon and were exceptionally accommodating in helping us with our final selection. Jodie and Cecily were very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I didnt know this kind of service still existed! Can I put 10 stars? As soon as Jodi started to show me things that I hadnt seen anywhere else I knew I was in the right place. Even after we had everything done, I called Jodi with some concerns and she literally came over to look and helped me to make the rug fit perfect! Now we are working on the wall to wall rooms and again, I love that Crystal Tree has styles that you cant get anywhere else! You and your designer will loving working with this team!

If you have not been to Crystal Tree and Carpet yet, run don’t walk. I had been searching for a new rug at my usual home decor spots that I frequent, a friend suggested I visit Crystal Tree. I was absolutely blown away by the diverse selection they carry. I was fortunate enough to work with one of the owners, Jodi who just beams absolute radiance and sophistication. I was not entirely sure the look/aesthetic I wanted to achieve in my living space, but once I showed her photos, she led me to the most absolutely beautiful woven wool area carpet. Everything clicked in that moment and I knew I had come to the right place. I highly recommend this experience to anyone that is looking for hardwood floors or carpets. Amazing store and team, they make you feel like family!

We have purchased both wall to wall carpeting and an area rug from Crystal Tree carpets. This company is customer oriented and responsive to any issues that may arise. They go the extra mile for their customers and are pleasant to deal with. We only wish there were more companies like them in the area. Hats of to Jodi.👍

I am not sure if I can leave a 0 star review but Crystal Tree Carpets deserves it. I ordered a rug and changed my mind the next day. Even though the rug had not shipped, they refused to cancel the order and even refused my offer to pay a 10% restocking fee. Five weeks later, I never received the rug. I contacted the credit card company and Crystal Tree continues to refuse to issue a refund. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
