This is a small store which is a brick-n-mortar outlet for a catalog house, so their merch is somewhat limited. But they still have a good amount of items there for sale, as well as to look at, or try on for sizing. And if they dont have what youre looking for there in the store, they can order it for you and have it shipped directly to your house. The people working there are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store caters to those looking for some pretty decent-looking and very functional riding gear, for some very reasonable prices. If youre looking for flashy, fashionable, high-end stuff, you should probably look elsewhere. My biggest beef with the place is their location. Its in the middle of a concrete jungle, so its not a very pleasant ride to get there. But Ive always been able to get what I wanted.

Fantastic place service was excellent very helpful I had a helmet and a Bluetooth that I wanted but they showed me something that was better and cheaper for what I needed got two helmets for me and my daughter so we can talk while were riding and two jackets they were so helpful I definitely recommend the place and I will definitely be shopping there more

Before I walked in to Cycle Gear I was defeated trying to find riding gear. Website after Website return after return,nothing worked. A friend suggested this place and in less than 45 mins I was completely outfitted. The associate who helped me, Emily was amazing she helped me pick out everything her suggestions were perfect. So friendly and helpful and it didnt matter that we were there an hour before closing. I was looking for at least a helmet but between their selection and Emilys help I now have everything I need. This is THE place to go! Highly recommended 👌 😁

Ive gotten nearly all of my helmets and gear from Cycle Gear. Excellent no-hassle return/exchange policy that allows you to coordinate online and in-store purchases, and therefore promotes confidence in purchasing. Its great to be able to try on different helmets for fit. The selection is large enough to accommodate leaving most of the time with that one helmet that fits perfectly and also looks great. But even when a particular size or style isnt in stock (seriously, there are thousands of brand/style/size combinations that make it impossible for anyone to carry everything all the time), then you can order the exact style and size from Cycle Gear online, knowing that the fit is going to be spot on. Beyond that, there is no comparison between online purchasing and the personal attention you get in-store with staff and managers who are always patient, knowledgeable, courteous, and exceptional helpful. Its apparent that they work hard to keep your business.

These people are top notch. Selection of stuff in the brick and mortar store is a little small because of the small size of it, but their tire mounting prices cannot be beat.The staff is actually super cool and always helpful. Always a pleasure to come into this store

I have stopped by a few times recently to pick up some new gear, and everybody has been very helpful. I wish that there were some more resources for gear fitting like helmets. As a new rider looking for the right helmet it can be overwhelming between shapes, sizes and different options.

Went into cycle gear looking for some new gear, helmet, glasses and a phone mount to use my gps while riding my bike. The gentleman helping me, i believe his name was Brad, was very helpful at giving me recommendations and helping me get exactly what i was looking for. I will definitely be back.

Staff is terrific and super helpful - 5 stars for that however, I was looking for a decent, mid- priced pair of black, warm weather(read perforated) gloves in .a 2xl. The selection was terrible - probably 2 choices maximum in that size and in black, and the choices were mostly very low end gloves.. Very disappointing.

I’ve been a big fan of cycle gear stores for years. This was my first time going to the North Olmstead Ohio location and it was everything I’ve come to expect and more. The store was similarly stocked to others I’ve been to which is great. Lots of diy parts and a nice selection of gear. This locations staff is the real story though. They were friendly, informative, and helpful. I’m bad with names but the gentleman from Tucson made sure that I was safely equipped to ride when I left the store. Already have recommended and will continue!!

Called around 10:50am for pricing and information on getting a rear tire replaced with a tire I provided. They told me the pricing and time expected for completion which was about a day due to the amount of tires they already have to do. Drove to the store expecting to drop it off and picking it up the next day but about an hour after dropping it off they called and said it was done. Great customer service on a Sunday and was able to ride the rest of the day!!

I always find a good recommendation and if they dont have it will order. Nice bike store for all your needs. Thats what I used at this time but I believe they do sell and mount tires and some others mechanic things if Im not wrong.

I ended up buying a tire from them but having to take it somewhere else to get it mounted because apparently their tire guy only works a few days a week

1st time going here. Looking for clothes, I’d say sure. Parts, no. Sold me brake pads that weren’t even close. Wasted hours of work and drive time. Found the right pads at another shop for $11 less a pair.

Really impressed with Cycle Gear! Bought a pair of waterproof boots in January, and they were more like water retention boots. Brought them back today, and they let me trade them for a new pair! My wife even found a pair for herself!

I was nervous going in as a new rider and not knowing where to begin, but the staff was very helpful. They have everything you need to ride, boots, helmets, gloves, jackets, and other accessories.

I go there all the time for my motorcycle parts and gears needs,l always used to get good friendly customer service like usual until today. I bought a helmet and a jacket, the guy who helped was very nice and knowledgeable but when I went home I didn’t like the helmet and I went back to exchange it, the lady who assisted me had a totally different attitude. She tried to rush me and wouldn’t even assist me to check the sizes or what helmets are in stock. I looked online to see what was in stock at that specific store before I went back in but when I asked her it seemed like I was bothering her. I just walked out with the helmet I originally bought. I’m never spending another penny there again.No wonder my friends just buy their stuff online where it’s cheaper and you don’t have to deal with employees attitudes.

I am a New rider and from the first Second I walked in I was greeted by Jordan. The personal touch given to me by the team over at Cycle Gear North Olmsted is second to none. Kylie Jenkins (Assistant Manager) And Jordan Kuzma (Key Holder) went over and above and gave me that personal touch that I needed. I spent hours asking them questions about helmets/proper fit & accessories and whether or not I needed them as well as what the benefits Would be to have them on the bike. The fact that they installed the communication system properly on my helmet was a great ad on feature. All in all This has been a super positive experience. I would recommend Cycle Gear North Olmsted to anyone! Keep it up!!

This is truly a motorcyclist toy store. They have, either in stock, or they can order nearly anything you can imagine. The delivery is super fast too, right to your door in a few days in most cases. All the staff knows exactly what theyre talking about too, perfectly knowledgeable and quick to help when you need it, all without being salesmen pushy either! If you need parts or equipment, then you need to come here!

Great place to get gear! Purchased armoured pants and a new jacket for my boyfriend and they were so helpful, even tried on some helmets while I was there. I ordered a pair of Alpinestars armored jeans that were missing hip armor and they sent me a free set! The customer service is amazing and I will gladly pay a couple dollars more than online only retailers to have such amazing customer service. 10/10

Great experience shopping for motorcycle gear here. They employees were knowledgeable about all the gear and gave their honest opinion on the different brands and gear. I bought a shoei helmet from here and I dont have any complaints. There arent many motorcycle shops around so I will take the hour drive to get here which is worth it.

Went to the Cleveland Motorcycle Show to check out new helmets along with new bikes.Cycle Gear had a very nice set up with helmets from many manufacturers.Was leaning toward Shoei and was shown all the different models and saw all the pluses and minuses of each model.I was then offered a 20% show discount..I ended up buying a Shoei GT Air II at a great price.The deciding factor wasnt just the Shoei brand reputation.It was the way the Cycle Gear employee took the time to show me many different choices and answered all my questions.Always treated that way as well in the North Olmsted store too.Another great experience with these fine folks !

Went there to have tires changed, its a first come first serve basis. but even when you show up first thing in the morning and theres no one there you still end up waiting an hour to get tires changed. This process could be done a little bit better IE by appointment only or what have you.
