Generally a decent shop for finding supplement. They have a good amount of ready-to-drink options, which is where the market it at currently. However, their powdered pre-workout selection is somewhat thin and a lot of the pricing is well above what can be found at online retailers.

This store has gone downhill, every time I go in the employees do not greet you, do not ask you if you need help finding anything. The Atmosphere here feels like “ you the customer” are bothering them. Never used to be this way, I would recommend going to a different vitamin shoppe, don’t waste your time here unless you want a poor experience. There’s a million jobs out there, don’t know why people stay at a job they clearly despise!!!

Very helpful people. Showed us how to buy and save money and navigate website to manage and save cash. Great experience. I dont remember the young ladies name but very very helpful at the Noth Olmsted location

I refuse to spend my money where I am not respected, so I will no longer be shopping at the Vitamin Shoppe in North Olmsted. Being profiled as soon as I walk in the store is not acceptable. If we tolerate this ignorance and disrespect by continuing to give them our money, we contribute to it and show them we feel it’s okay, STOP going to these places, order from places that show us they appreciate our business. No More!!!! Vitamin Shoppe in North Olmsted can NEVER have my business again.

I avoid going to this store at all costs now. The (Im guessing) store manager makes the experience absolutely terrible.I know what i want, I know what Im doing and constantly being harassed by this guy makes my skin crawl. I only stop in after doing a drive by and dont see him in there.I love the store otherwise, great prices and selection but the manager really ruins the experience for me.

I think people who write bad reviews on here just were having a bad day.I have always had the best experience in this store... I have been shopping here for 2 years and would recommend it, prices are great and people are great!
