Typical giant eagle national chain prices arent the worst but best of all when I cant find what I need at the other grocery stores I can almost guarantee you that Ill find what I need here for some reason they have some type of buddu to get what I need every time Im pleased with that

I just discovered the flashfood app and the Water Tower Giant Eagle is one of the stores participating in the plan.Its great to see a local business helping out customers with incredibly lowered prices!The lady who helped me find my purchases was very helpful, efficient and friendly.Im attaching a picture of everything that I bought for less than half price.

Even with good quality,But bad costumer service

Overall Giant eagle is a pretty good store, but today Im going to be reviewing only the donut that I purchased in the bakery. It was a sour cream donut my first donut Ive ever tried at Giant eagle. Its probably going to be the last one too. The aroma and the taste of the donut was rather chemical in other words fake. It was very heavy as a donut and not tasty at all. In fact the donut was so bad its an insult. If youre not going to make something right just dont make it at all please. I think the public deserves a lot better.

First time there at the North Olmsted one clean store nice people. My wife had an incident with purse it was turn in to customer service. What a relief and thank God for honest people there

I picked up my online order, it was fast, perfect, my shopper was friendly and called to make sure the free substitutes needed where ok and to my liking, the fruit she picked was awesome,my curb side guy was very friendly and did a great job. I will continue coming back. Great job!!!

Giant Eagle-Jessica with curbside was absolutely amazing! She helped me rectify a situation with my Giant Eagle gift card. If it weren’t for Jessica I would’ve NEVER go back there! Because Jessica was sooooo helpful I will return to the Watertower Giant Eagle in North Olmsted Ohio!

In and out quick. Self check out was empty. Normal registers had lines. Had what I was looking for.

GREAT GROCERIE STORE INNORTH OLMSTED OHIO

I like this store. The one thing I wish would change is the number of checkouts that would be open. Not the self scan ones the ones that need cashiers. I like the personal touch

The old full time staff that are pre-Covid are great.The new workers hired post Covid mostly stand around or play with their cellphones.This is my primary grocery store.I am shopping there five times a week.

Love the selection, especially meat department,. I wont go anywhere else for my meats our cashier was helpful and patient . Great place to shop!

I do all of my online ordering here because of the pandemic. Curbside pickup is super easy and quick and I have yet to have someone drop off the groceries that isnt an absolute delight. They still let you get your GE points by doing curbside too! The best way to shop.

Giant Eagle sells liquor on Sunday at 10:00 AM. For groceries they are expensive. I saw this guy I went to school with at the store today and I didnt say a word to him. The state of Ohio needs to not mandate that liquor be put in brown paper bags because that is stupid. Our country is stupid.

They always have that special item you cant find anywhere else!

The woman that works in the liquor area specifically on fridays is not polite. She profiles people every time they go in there. I will make this my last resort for alcohol considering I can go other places in the area and feel welcomed for my business !

They work hard to keep up with corporate standards - despite the pandemic and product shortages. Come in and choose your own or use their ever popular pickup service and keep antisocial, er, socially distanced. . . .

Only go for the sushi. The lady is awesome and always remember my order.

Curbside pickup was slow but fast! Catching up the speed at the end. Guy was bringing out two carts instead of one to speed up time waiting for the groceries to load. Definitely better then walmart.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever from advantage pay to Zipline to the main customer service line they transfer you from one to the other they don’t honor their promises or their promotions I received the bonus for three days and then blank I’m going back to GasBuddy and circle k at least they don’t reneg on their promotionsGot an email promising to look into this situation and still waiting what a joke

I have lived in North Olmsted for almost seven years and this is the grocery store I go to. I normally have a nice experience until today. I asked THREE associates where a product was. I normally dont ask, Ill usually try to find myself but I was on a time crunch. All three were so rude and disrespectful. Brushed me off. One said, I cant help you, the next, I have no idea what youre talking about, and the other, I dont know, ask someone else. Why dont you try?! Taking my business somewhere else where they appreciate my business. Over it.

They are always stocked. I was disappointed that there wasnt a lot of 5 for $20 items I usually buy, but they still had some good items. Clean store. Self check out is the best idea all these stores could have thought of.

Went in for a few items and kept finding food value in each aisle.

I always or mostly have wonderful experiences each time I shop at the Water tower Giant Eagle. The employees are great! Friendly, professional, hopeful and more importantly they reach out not ignore. That tells me theres a good management team overseeing and executing policy in a positive manner. Prices are higher than the competition with the exception of Heinens but I know Im going to find what I need Everytime I go there.

Wnet to take advantage of their grocery pick-up. I ordered everything from the app and at a reserved time picked it up. Everything was very convenient and their system runs very smoothly.

I have a medical condition and cannot wear a mask. The governor even acknowledges in his order that the mandate does not apply to those with mental or physical medical disorders. They refused to let me in anyway and even asked for my medical “note” even though that is against the law. I could literally sue because the mandate is not a law but their denial of service plus breaking the law by asking for my medical information is an actual violation of law. I went to support them as a local business and they treated me like an outcast. They will never get my money again and should be ashamed of themselves.

Great produce selection here. They have what could be the largest selection of fresh fruits and vegetables of any local market.

It was busier than I thought it would be, but not as busy as it used to be. I went for their pot pies n Stouffers Spinach Souffle. Of course they were out of the Spinach Souffle. There are so many other grocery stores that are not as expensive as G.Eagle but none stock the Spinach Souffle. Will have to return another day. Bummer.

This is a huge Giant Eagle. Anything you can think of they probably have. Its very clean, organized and staff is very diverse and friendly. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with how the virus protocol is being managed. I went early and the store was fairly quiet except for the personal shoppers everywhere.

Not only was it fast & convenient, the produce & meat was excellent quality. I was afraid they might not be good since I didnt choose them. The personal shopper service is good. Ill try it again!

Fellow behind service desk called cooler to ask if store stocked holiday egg nog. Yes.

I went to the bakery counter to get a loaf of bread but didn’t see any employees so I took two steps behind the counter to reach for a loaf off of a rack that had many loaves bagged and price labeled. At that point a was confronted by a bakery employee that began rudely and loudly commanding me to exit the area. There were no barriers or signs stating that it is a restricted area. I understand that they have strict health regulations to adhere to. However, the manner in which this employee treated me was extremely unacceptable and was deserving of reprimand and required to attend customer service training.

Very busy location. Good variety, but it rotates. Maybe seasonally? Wanted kumquats tonight but they had none. The sign for them was there, but no stock. Have found that with Jerusalem artichokes, soy cream cheese, French onion soup mix and a few other things. Hit or miss. But still a wide selection in all departments. Amazing bakery! Helpful butchers. Fresh flowers. One stop shop with pharmacy, liquor store, drycleaner, lotto, etc.

The thing I enjoy about this location is consistency. Workers are never less than professional. Environment is always clean and organized. Selection and supply quantity is about what you would expect, items on sale are seldom restocked but the general stock is top-notch. Very professional location.

Holy overpriced everything Batman!The same lunch meat (same exact packaging) was half the price at Aldi down the street.Sometimes you can find a deal.Few and far between.They have a liquor store inside. So theres that.As far as grocery shopping goes this is really a last resort for me.Almost everything can be found cheaper elsewhere.

In general I like the selection at Giant Eagle. But what I find very low handed is that you cannot buy just 1 lb of meat - they always top it off in the packages to 1.19 lbs, or there about, forcing you to buy more than you want. When you go to the meat counter and ask for 1 lb of meat, they tell you there is plenty already packaged in the refrigerated section. Now when I need 1 lb, I go to Target and buy 1 lb!

Good prices and nice selection of items. Nice location and a clean store.

Always find what Im looking for here and work great quality. Gas perks is a plus but prices still run a little higher than for most items at the cheap stores. Catch something on sale and with double coupon and you can find terrific bargains. Always busy but they generally have the staff to handle it.

Cashier at the liquor counter wouldnt take a valid drivers license and made my girlfriend and I drive back home and back in the middle of the snow storm. Horrible service and patronized us the whole way. Im 25 years old and he took the drinks away like a mad dad and his child. Who hired this guy?

Very good chicken is getting expensive

During this crisis it is very important for stores to remain open for there full hours. There isn’t much we can depend on but that is something the public should be able to. I should up at 8:55 to grab one item and in and out before the location closes at 9pm, like their listed hours show. Instead I was met with a locked door and a police officer telling me that they are closed. I have worked for and have been a patron of Gaint Eagle for many years. Now I might go else where if I can.

I had a small glitch with my purchase and went to customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Stopped by for bagels this morning. If you get there early on Monday the selection is quite good. Very fresh as well. Picked up a couple of other things, some frozen dinners that were on sale. In and out in no time at all. Very nice store.

This Giant Eagle has always been a standard by which I hold other Giant Eagles. It is an attractive and well laid out store. They seem to have more stock than other locations also.
