Will was our barrister today and he was fantastic. Working by himself, he was proficient at multitasking-making drinks while taking orders and payments, all without neglecting anyone-and it was fairly busy when we arrived. He communicated to all customers in a warm and friendly demeanor, and thanked us for our patience many times over. On top of all that, our drinks were made perfectly and were delicious as expected.Will deserves more than just recognition, he deserves a reward for representing this location in such an incredible way, all on his own. Well definitely opt to come inside for this spot vs the convenience of the drive thru option in the next parking lot. Thank you Will!

This is by far the best Starbucks to visit. What makes them stand out to me is the experience they provide . The team is always talkative and sweet. They always get my drink right! The young blonde male who works in the afternoons look out for him he’s my favorite! He knows what’s up when you request keto drinks and nails it every time. You guys rock!

Located in: Smiths Marketplace. They do have an entrance that directly leads to Starbucks. It is pricey for their drinks unless you get the typical brewed coffee. But its worth it to treat yourself. Employees are fast, accurate and friendly. No complaints from this customer.

The guy that was there today around 12 today (4/13/2021) and did my moms caramel frap with extra caramel, and my strawberry frap with extra strawberry did SO GOOD! WE LOVED IT!

So excited to have a Starbucks in north Ogden! Service is awesome and fast through the drive thru. Inside is plenty big and clean. The menu is a full menu vs the limited menu inside Smiths marketplace.

I love this Starbucks! Everyone working is always so so so sweet, even in the middle of huge rushes. They always have orders out in a timely manner, even when the line is seven or eight cars long. My 4 year old likes to order for himself and the employees have been nice about it and do their best to understand him. This morning Will went above and beyond and was extra patient, kind, & understanding with my sons order and made sure to check with me that I was alright with it first. We just moved here and its nice to see the quality people well be interacting with when we shop here from now on.

A really cozy venue. The products are pretty nice, and the service is quite up to par. Really, I think the most impressive feature of this place is its setting. It allows for relaxing, reading a book, studying homework, research, hanging out, and a host of other activities. Just a nice place to be.

Theyre coffee is always delicious. I love the different seasonal drinks they bring in, always something new to try. I love how you can change things around with your drink such as getting almond milk instead of whole milk. I also love adding shots of espresso in my drinks. I dont think Ive tried anything I havent liked yet.

I went drive through 20 min before they closed. I was waiting at speaker for someone to take my order. No one came so I pulled up to the window, I seen girl making drinks and totally ignored me, finally she walks off, some other dude tells me they are closed. I said “ you have 20 more min” he said “sorry” and walked away. FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME GOING HERE.

Smith’s Marketplace Starbucks in North Ogden? What can I possibly say? OMG!! I love love love this Starbucks (we call it Starbies)!! The baristas are PHENOMENAL!! They know my daughter and me so well, they see us and are, sometimes, already preparing our orders, BEFORE WE ORDER!! We call the women who work there, “our girlz”. They are so friendly and genuinely care how we are doing. We love chatting with them as they prepare our orders. I certainly can’t leave out the amazingly wonderful gentlemen that work there as well!! They are super friendly and funny. We certainly enjoy chatting with them as well!! 5 STARS FOR SURE!!! At starbucks my sandwich was a bit burnt I thought about asking for a new one but didnt feel like it, I was just going to deal with it. The Batista noticed and asked to remake it. Im very pleased with this customer service and such a kind act to take notice and solve the issue when she simply could have chosen to ignore it. Thank you! (Youre name might be Katrina? Apparently they closed on Easter Sunday at noon but didnt post the holiday schedule anywhere outside of their building or on the website. I would recommend going to beans n brews right next to it for quality service everytime

There was pretty much no one in the drive through line so I know they arent busy. Yet i sat there for a while before I just left because no one said anything. All I wanted was my morning coffee.

Yep Im always in the Drive-Thru at Starbucks every weekend I always get the same small coffee no sugar creamer. If I used a frequent Shoppers card. Id probably would have earned some free coffee by now

All of the employees at this Starbucks (especially Nicole) are absolutely amazing at their jobs. They make great drinks, but also are very personable and seem to care about getting it right.

One thing I really notice was the music was so loud that I could not hear the the person talking to me to take my order. Believe I like music. Is there a reason you have to have so loud? Service is about the same. Little interaction, and and most everything in a bag.

I went through the drive thru, and the customer service was SO. GOOD. the girl who helped me at the window (i think her name was bailei) was such a great person and made the experience so good.

Well only enough coffee for one cup. Always get coffee with room for cream. Well no cream asked for some was given the 15 minute rule. Pretty rude girl that like to say sweet all the time. 1st one star review for a Starbucks.

As always Starbucks does not disappoint. The only reason I put 4 instead of 5 is the lack of ability to do a pre order. Sometimes its quite busy and this location you have to walk inside to. It would be great to have the drinks ready

No problems with this starbucks, its in a Smiths. We only went there because my wife wanted to get a cranberry bliss bar. The only problem I have I guess is that its so expensive. It was like three bucks for the dang cookie. Luckily we had a few dollars left over on a gift card

A very nice new Starbucks but the WiFi is running dreadfully slow, they are using Starbucks WiFi rather than Google WiFi which is typically much faster.... what a shame, hopefully this will be fixed as it is not very usable...

I purchased a passionfruit tea with my Starbucks gold membership in app (meaning free refills on tea and coffee). When I went to get a refill the young lady charged me $.54. Wait.... what?!? Ok, its only $.54 moving on. Then I watched her add water to the fill line in the cup because she ran out of the tea base and did not have enough to reach the fill line in the cup. I ended up with a considerably bland cup of tea. So this locations standards of quality are very low to non existent. They could be doing this with any beverage that you payed $5+ For. She didnt even try to hide it. Whats going on when your not looking. Americana because there out of Sumatra? Whole milk and water added to the 2% because there low or out? You just never know.... I usually enjoy the location but after that visit I was pretty irritated.beside the location in Smiths North Ogden is closer.
