I had new tires put on today. I had the best customer service. There were 2 girls working the register in automotive. They were very quick an pleasant to all. The guy who put my tires on was Craig. He was one of the nicest guys . He helped me understand some things that was going on with my jeepWould totally recommend .

Similar layout to a walmart in TN that im near. Its nicer and has things so organized and neat there. Very clean place to stop and shop. Have went here several years now and will keep going when we visit SC again. 🙂

THIS store in Shallotte is getting to the point of horrible.Poor poor grades of vegetables often bruised badly or going bad on the shelf as its being put out.I have list at least 2 one half bag of potatoes from bruising and or sproutedor both.Bananas are most times beat up, I saw a clerk just tossing the bunches up on the tables.Apples as of late bruised and marked wrong.Clerks in the Sporting area are the WORST. I have been lied to by them many times.The store manager Never calls you back.The Home Office was to have him call me, whenever did. The home office called back to confirm he called, he didnt .They stated Id hear from him in ten minutes, that was 4 years ago...No Call yet.We decided this week to shop elsewhere.Only use them if necessary.

The Walmart on 17 next to Tanger needs a new manager. One full service lane open all day. 15 people in line. Youd think theyd open another check out. I wont go back.

Shelves were bareYou had an entire Doritos feature that said 1 dollar and all the chips there were really 2.50Your self checkout cashiers need better training, I work at a different Walmart and your cashiers didnt even know they could hand key in our discount cards more training is recommended. Great experience in the self check out land just now. The woman (Marissa) who was running it was very pleasant, and when we needed extra help, she went above and beyond to assist us. They also had a great selection of organic and plant-based food options in the store.

It seems Walmart North Myrtle Beach has gone cashless. My wife tried to pay cash and the cashier said that they do not accept cash. As an American I want to use cash, if I save my cash the government has no right knowing how much I have, its communism plain and simple, and money control on their behalf. The customer service desk was closed also. If I have a return I should be able to return during ALL business hours. The cashier also told my wife that the government is making them cashless and she didnt like it either, but she needs a job. Buy mom and pop that accepts cash wether you use a card or not. This is the lowest rating I have given any of my MANY ratings, and I would give them ZERO stars if that was possible.

Ive never seen a Walmart as busy as this location. It was truly worse than Black Friday... in July. The shelves were wiped clean of the essentials. Completely out of things like hand soap, orange juice, frozen pizza, paper plates.Definitely needed more associates working--although the ones there were quite helpful.

I found everything I needed. Walmart has a great selection of items. We used the self-checkout and it worked great!

I actually went here twice. When i arrived in Myrtle Beach (evening) and the next morning and shelves went from bare as possible on Saturday to FULLY restocked Sunday morning. Was very impressed

This was our first time shopping at this particular Walmart as we don’t normally vacation in North Myrtle Beach. Tonight was hectic and chaotic in the store, so I chose to use the Scan and Go feature on the Walmart app. This is a feature that I use every time I visit Sam’s Club, but one I had never used at Walmart. So I tried it tonight. It wasn’t nearly as convenient as the Sam’s version, but that wasn’t the issue. I wasn’t even upset about having to wait 10+ minutes for the girl to come check our IDs for the alcohol we purchased. But when my family of five (three boys under 7) went to leave, the man at the door stood in our path and demanded our receipt. I showed him our digital receipt because that’s all you get when you pay on the app. He asked me to open it. I did. That STILL wasn’t enough for him! He made me scroll through Every. Single. Item. until he was satisfied that we had paid for everything. Meanwhile, 5-6 families left without him even checking that they had a receipt, much less demanding to check every single item against their cart. I have NEVER felt so singled out in my life. It was LATE, and our kids needed to get to bed so they can get up and enjoy their vacation tomorrow! This man singled out and harassed my family for NO REASON WHATSOEVER all the while refusing to explain why he was targeting us and not the other customers with carts full of groceries leaving ahead of us. We will not be going back to Walmart any time soon.

The shopping experience is always great. I just came in with expectations my question would be answered. I questioned in modern transactions, what defines the slide of an EBT card with the option of cash back or as the directed food selection applied to the credit card machine in connection with the Point Of Sales?

Shop here often. Always find what we are looking for. A lot of selection. I usually spend a lot of time, in the fishing equipment section. A Slew of Great stuff there. Also has a great automotive section too.

No problem with the store. Freight was out on the floor and being put up (more talking with each other, but still kinda being worked). When we got back to our car we found out that the battery had died. Went to the auto department and Jerome was very helpful. Unfortunately what was the 1 battery they were sold out of, the one we needed. Jerome took the jumper box out and tried to help us. Didnt work. Waited for a bit to see if one of the cars next to us was leaving as Jerome offered to jump us with our cables. Luckily the car parked next to us was an employee on her break and she did try to help jump us with cables. Ended up getting a ride home from a friend to get our other car and stopped along the way to get a new battery.

The worst experience I ever had in any store. Customer service is terrible, I wouldnt give them a 0, more likely minus 10. The store manager was rude and did not help to resolve the problem at all.

I only go to this Walmart twice per year...vacays in July and November. I can always count on this location being neatly organized and items fully stocked in all departments. I especially like their beach section, as it has a good variety of tees often priced as low as $5 and no more than $10. I haven’t been since the pandemic hit, but I will be returning this July.

Carla is the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional manager Ive ever seen!!! While talking to another manager she butted into the conversation and kept repeating I need to come back tomorrow they already closed the drawer. I got the point the first time she said it. There was absolutely no reason to keep repeating and completely ignoring the fact that I was speaking with the other guy. Who tried to mark my receipt so that I could not come back the next day. Walmart please check on your shady, shifty unprofessional employees that are supposed to be at the top of your staff. It no wander so many employees quit with someone that rude being in charge!!!!

Very very low stock of simple items. Isles too crowed with Walmart start and their big carts filling orders for Pick-up, hard to move around.I have not done much Shopping since covid and found the store too chaotic.

Great the waiter was amazing and made sure everything was just right. Food was ok. Yall should clean the vents in the dinning room, seeing all that black mold was a huge eye sore.

Very crowded. On Sunday the shelves were not stocked well. Not enough cashiers. To many people wondering around being boss not helping in any significant way. Waited in line for an hour. All lines were 4- 5 people deep. Update was in there on a Thursday it was just as busy and the managers keep chatting with the cashier about what he needs done next. With no regard for the customers absolutely RUDE

I go to Walmart alot, but recently, I try to avoid it...They rarely have in stocks the items I need/want anymore, shelves bare, over- crowded, floor employees are not friendly at all! Oh, and Walmart should have exclusive Funko Pops and general Pops as well, but everything we have been they have the same tired ones that have been there forever...whats up with that Walmart? Funko is showing walmart exclusive releases, but you guys never put them out...

No one at returns line today around 11:15 am. Waited 10 minutes. At least 5 people in line. Finally someone finds Yvonne. She walks up with zero sense of urgency. She was working and walking at a turtle pace. No one else helping out and a customer (Walmart employee) cashing some checks took her time. At least 13 minutes. Not one other person and line growing. I asked to get more help. Was told no one else knew how to process returns and manager was at lunch seriously????? Unreal! Horrible customer service! Horrible!

This was a ridiculous experience. So busy you could barely move. When we got to the front with our items to check out, there was one actual register open and then the self check outs on each end. The lines were wrapped around and into the clothing departments. Customers were fighting each other because nobody knew where the lines began and ended. A complete cluster. I am an ASM for Lowes so understand that the staffing everywhere is a huge opportunity but when the lines are that bad, where are the managers? They should be on a register or at least controlling the lines. Very disappointed by the lack of urgency this store had to take care of their customers

We stopped on our way back from South Carolina and food was hot and yummy! The service was quick and the server was a sweetheart!

Went there around 7ish at night and it looked like the store was going out of business with how empty it was. There were people just stopped out by the front doors for what it seemed no apparent reason completely stopping all traffic both ways in front of the store.

They have everything 24 hours a day we are a tourist town but they always keep it well stocked and they always keep it clean my hats off to Walmart

Spoke to two different sales associates here and they were both very rude. Im a very understanding person but one stood out and did the most. An associate, around the jewelry counter, actually threw her hand up when I asked a polite simple question, while she worked on a hand held device to silent me while she finished doing absolutely nothing that important. As I waited patiently, she never popped her head up from the device to help me. Even with me standing 3 feet in front of her, I eventually had to get her attention by being impolite which I hate resorting to. I couldnt believe what I was experiencing. I worked at a Walmart for almost 11 years and would have never dreamed of treating customers like these two associates had. The two stars are because the store was well stocked and even though it was packed, we could get around the aisles easily.

Place was a wreck. They were packed full of vacationers which is somewhat understandable....clearly they were understaffed which is a problem everywhere right now due to excessive government handouts. Props to the skeleton crew that was doing their best.

Had everything we needed. Awesome employee energy...2 of them had me laughing. But the front end bathrooms were SO gross 🙈 I wasnt alone in my opinion, many others were commenting.

First time in the store after I moved here 5 weeks ago. Would like to see the material move down where we as clients can I actually see it. And theyre probably should be someone there who could help or at least near the place. Was hunting specific material and none of it was down if not probably was up on the upper part of the Isles lots of it up there but nothing that we wanted to look at was down where we could see it Im a shopper that does crafts and also does quilts nothing that I wanted to look at was down where I could see it even if there was somebody there they couldnt reach it either without a ladder sales for lost. Maybe people here do not quilt

The store itself was not bad however this is where EVERYONE went for groceries so the store was so packed and many customers were really... unpleasant... to those around them.

Sold me the incorrect mini blinds they were packaged wrong. On the outside of the box it said they were 29 long and white. But when I got home they were 26 long and beige. Not sure why I wasted my money on them. Threw away the receipt because I thought were correct. So now I have blinds the wrong size. Dont have any windows that these blinds will fit.

I only go here when necessary.There are more Pick up parking spaces than handicapped spots.I dont buy meat, vegetables, deli or baked goods here, its low quality.Dairy is the same as other stores for less $.I buy my cats food from Chewy.com that way I have healthier choices.Other non-food items are why I shop here at all.Oh! And I hate putting people out if work by using self checkout.

This is the cleanest Walmart I have seen from Michigan through South Carolina.

The only complaint I have is I always ending buying more than I go in for everytime I visit walmart. Went in for subway and some guacamole. And came out with a full shopping cart. They should have a commercial bet you cant buy just one thing. Lol I would fail everytime I go in there. Everyone working was very helpful and had great attitudes.

Dont let customers cut line in the self checkout area. This terrible customer skipped everyone by telling you she had to pay cash. What she neglected to tell you is there were 10 ppl in front of her some of which who also may have been paying with cash and most who had way less in their cart than hers. Pay attention to what is happening in-store. When a customer does something like this fix it, dont make me look like the bad person for having to find another register open ahead of the other people behind me that this horrid wench of woman skipped also. And dont be rude when someone asks if something lost has been turned in. This was the most embarrassing disrespectful experience I have ever had in a store. There were some really nice ppl in there today, stop letting us get bullied by those who yell the loudest and most often. Step up and manage your store.Also just to note I have never given negative reviews to any business on Google, only positive ones. I hope that reflects to all reading this how truly awful this experience was.

Honestly, its a Wal-mart in a busy area. This is my go to at the beach for a one and done shop.My only complaints are that despite the fact that it is constantly being stocked (palettes obstructing heavy traffic areas) you cant find anyone to help you. That being said, generally they do have everything you need as it is constantly being stocked!
