Our salesperson was Eric. He was very knowledgeable about all products and options. The original mattress we wanted was not in stock due to unforeseen manufacturing issues. He went over every option with us and truly listened to our wants and needs. He didn’t pressure us into any unwanted purchases.

Sales Manager, Dave, was fantastic to work with. Explained all of our options, provided demos and worked with us for the best option in our price range. Mattress available and free delivery within a week topped the deal. Great experience!!

I bought a mattress at mattress firm in North Myrtle Beach, after using it for a few days was not happy with The mattress, I took advantage of the 120 day return policy, many places make promises that you can return product if not satisfied, but you usually have a very hard time when you have to actually try to return it. I called and spoke with David Brown, And he said he could take care of everything and had me come into the store and when I came to the store he handled everything quickly and sure enough they give me all the credit from the old mattress and I purchased another mattress, it was quick and easy and Dave was great to work with selecting my new mattress

They took the time to explain each mattress that I looked at to help me find what I was looking for, and I tried out several some more than once comparing them. Was looking for a king metal frame. After looking online and finding only bad reviews I decided to call a local merchant. Mattress Firm was called first. They had it and reasonably priced, plus a 10 year warranty. My lucky day

We weren’t in there to make a huge purchase just to buy an in expensive mattress for a guest bedroom, David Brown treated us like family and took great care of us. This wasn’t our first purchase with Mattress Firm and I can promise it won’t be our last either.

Everybody and everything was great except for the warranty claim on our old mattress. The Sleepys mattress had broken down after 18 months and they would not refund nor give an adequate reason why they wouldnt. Only because of the honest effort by staff at the store did I purchase another mattress there.

From the greeting to the salutation service was excellent! Eric was informative, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We must’ve laid on 15 different mattresses and took a little extra time looking at bases. Eric was patient with the process gave us his recommendations as well as accommodated some of our exorbitant questions. Great experience very happy with my purchase.

When my Mom and I walked into the store, we were welcomed right away. The gentleman introduced himself as, David Brown. He asked what our names were and then asked what he could do to help us. I told him what I was looking for, then David asked me a series of questions to better help him with showing me the best fit in a mattress. I am so impressed with Davids complete knowledge on each mattress and adjustable bases. As I was laying on perspective mattresses several customers came in in which David welcomed and acknowledged and let them know he would be with them momentarily, no one was ignored. As I was trying to determine which one I wanted, David asked me if it would be alright if he went to help his other customers. I think that is very courteous and respectful. When I made up my mind as to which set I wanted(of course it was the most expensive one) David explained the finance program in full detail and the 0% interest is quite the benefit. My buying experience was the best Ive ever had. No pushy sales person, a nice clean store, plenty mattresses to choose from, several purchase options and then theres, David. He is your best asset by far. He is a true professional but more than that, he is a true, genuine person. I will recommend all and anyone that needs a mattress to go see David at The Mattress Firm in North Myrtle Beach for the best of the best! I will definitely do all of my business there. Dave is a terrific guy to work with. He is knowledgeable, patient and very kind. We ordered our mattress and adjustable base in NJ and had it delivered to our new home near Dave’s store in SC. We needed to adjust a couple of things and even though Dave hadn’t made the original sale, he was as helpful as anyone could expect, and more! I wish I had another bedroom that needed a mattress I would go straight to Dave.

Prices were touchy but the sale made it worth the money. The manager was nice enough to let me try out a bed before I even made the purchase, so I know as long as they ship it well and close to date, this is 5 star for anyone!

Cant say enough good things about Eric! My husband and I allowed for 3 hours to go and find a mattress. When we walked in and Eric was extremely quick to help, we gave him a couple things to run with that we both like/dislike, he showed us a couple options(skipping ones he knew we didnt want), and within 30mins we selected the perfect mattress, got approved for financing, and set up delivery. Now we have hours to kill thanks to the great customer service Eric provided us with!

Excellent Experience with Mattress Firm NMB. Dave was super when we called prior to our visit, then once we arrived that superlative service continued. We were treated to a patient and well informed sales process. Because we were burned from another retailer we asked a lot of questions and spent couple hours there. All through it Dave and colleagues were professional and polite. We are still awaiting our delivery but anticipate being satisfied with our purchase and trust that if anything arises we will get excellent customer service and support.

David was a wonderful salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my 95 year old mother. However, after the sale was made, he was not responding to my phone calls. I called him twice and my husband called him once, as my mom wanted to add the mattress cover. She thought it was added on to her order, but it wasn’t. He finally called back 2 1/2 hours later. My husband told him to forget it. While we were there, he didn’t want to talk to another customer who was trying to reach him by phone. No customer service after the sale!

David Warren Brown was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable and informative. I appreciated that he helped me identify the right mattress for my needs, rather than try to sell me what he wanted me to buy. I received my mattress the next day. Installers were excellent. Can’t wait for my first good night’s sleep on my new mattress!

I was initially skeptical when my friend suggested I look for a replacement mattress at Mattress Firm; didn’t perceive a store so uniquely non-diversified could possibly offer competitive pricing. David Brown, store manager, asked questions about my individual sleeping patterns & tailored a bed, adjustable base & pillows (who knew having the right pillow is paramount to obtaining adequate sleep) to suit my preferences & he price matched my bed (as advertised) with an internet find.Because of recent personal issues; home flooding, cell phone company bankruptcy, etc., I have a “temporary issued” bank debit card & the initial transaction was declined (as was my personal check). Given the multitude of issues experienced recently I should have expected nothing less! David was the consummate professional yet managed to offer emotional support during this additional hurdle. After an hour on the phone with BB&T the transaction was approved & processed! Were it not for COVID-19 I’d have hugged him for his diligence in helping me obtain my new bed!Buying a new bed is a major purchase; you get what you pay for. I needed some guidance today when I visited Mattress Firm. I was greeted when I walked in and received the information I was seeking. There was no pressure, only information. I had plenty of time to decide and my MANY questions were answered. After consideration I decided to buy the mattress and springs I needed. The only disappointment was the length of time I am going to need to wait before I receive my purchase. I had no choice but to wait,,,so I am waiting. The waiting cost a star.
