I absolutely love the customer service that Abigail Townsend showed! I walked in with a crisis because my daughters hair was dyed the wrong color and completely fried. Abigail help me to pick the perfect products that fix the color, and heal the damage. She went out of her way, & was so polite and helpful! I will definitely be back to Sally’s beauty salon in North Myrtle Beach. Abagail made the hair crisis into such a pleasant experience!
I went a few months ago to find something for my scalp. Usually I go in and out fast when I shop anywhere. But the associate that day, Tara, asked me what I was looking for. She then went out of her way to find an alternative for what I couldnt find. She gave me great recommendations and told me to call to see when the product was there. She was so friendly and really made me feel like I wasnt bothering her. Which soothed my millennial fears

This is the only Sallys Beauty Supply store that Ill go to and its because of Tara! Tara is a bright star!! Shes friendly, fun, knowledgeable, so accommodating and kind. She is honest and gives great advise. She loves her job and treats the customers like family! People love her just as much as she loves them! Tara is overall a beautiful person inside and out. Sallys if very fortunate to have her as part of their team!!
Bought 2 sets of Sallys Barely Extensions and am very disappointed.They looked very thin and had broke off hair all in the extensions. Only wore them a week and Im already looking for a product to put in them to make them manageable to comb. I am taking them out and coming them every little bit because my hair looks like a rats nest. I have wore hair extensions for 20 years and these are the worst Ive ever had.
Being quarantined,going through these tough times and not being allowed to go in and browse the store was frustrating but the employee Zak made up for everything and was AAaaamazing as he came outside on this cold day and did a phenomenal job on helping me pick colors for my clients hair just by photos!! Im very grateful for his help and I guarantee it comes out beautifully!!
I dont ever shop at Sallys because Im a guy and Im not into makeup or getting my nails done obviously. However I ended up with a bunch of giftcards. Went in and the two girls working there were extremely helpful in helping me to find gifts for female members of my family for Christmas. Very nice people working there.
