I called them at 9:30 to ask for a meal I’m about four minutes away from where they are and what I got was “we’re closed” not a hello how are you doing nothing just we’re closed. I wouldn’t eat there just because of that nasty attitude. Customer service means something. If you close at 10pm you should be serving until then. Not thirty minutes before because you’re tired. Disgusting customer service, I’ve heard great things about this place and was going to try it but I will never purchase anything from them. Ever.

I had the shrimp and salmon stir fry and it was delicious. If I come back I will definitely order that again. My husband ordered the lemon pepper wings and he said it didnt have any lemon pepper flavor. I enjoyed mines.. Maybe because it was busy they forgot to put the lemon pepper seasoning. Customer service was good even if it was busy. Drove 30 minutes looking for a black owned establishment. All in all my food was great, but my husband food could have been better.

This is a great restaurant for the most part. I usually order often from here but I’m not happy with the past few orders. Maybe there’s a different chef when I order. I usually really enjoy the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta but when I ask for extra Cajun the only thing added is pepper flakes on the top. However other times, my pasta not only has pepper flakes but also additional spice to the sauce. This last time really turned me off because it is clear the notes weren’t read and the additional “spice” added (red pepper flakes) was only added to the chicken pasta not the shrimp Alfredo as I requested for all to be Cajun. If this would incur additionaly charges I stated that would be fine but still the only spice added was to the two chicken Cajun pastas that was not Cajun but only had red pepper flakes on the top unlike the shrimp Alfredo. This is the third time this has occurred. So while I enjoyed the times I ordered pasta, unfortunately I don’t plan to order again from here. Nor do I plan to order for my gatherings as well. I would have liked more consistency.

We were disappointed on our 2nd trip to House of Flavor. The quality and love wasnt present in our food order today. The food didnt taste or looked fresh.

Friendly staff and tasty food. I bought the salmon pasta with an add on of a lobster tail and a beef stir fry with garlic mash and truffle mac. Now the pasty is tasty though Id like to see mushrooms added into the mix or on a whole different more creamier pasta dish. The salmon was good well but it would be a whole lot better if instead of cubed that it was a whole pan seared fillet. Would add great flavor too it. As for the beef stir fry definitely has good taste but Id cut about half the liquid in the serving just so it doesnt get all over the place. As for the sides, the truffle mac was really creamy and tasty, I didnt feel the truffle coming through though. The garlic mash potatoes needs more garlic taste because its almost not there, the preparation of it is good though. One more thing is the garlic bread, it needs to be toastier so it gives you that crunch that goes so good with pasta. As for serving size, easily three people can eat from one dish, even four people if they are eating light. Definitely give it a shot if youre in the area.

I can never call and place an order. Phone line stays busy. If I get through, I’m placed on hold and forgotten. Also, very small portions. Food is good though but overall experience sucks.

The food is very good but portions are too small. I bought my 10 year old a salmon with shrimp and mashed potatoes and it was bite size. I ordered two of these plates and it was $40. I waited 30-40 mintues for this and some of the food was cold. Flavor is amazing but the wait time and portion kills it for me

Placed my order ahead of time and was ready in under 20 minutes. Service was courteous abd professional. Seafood pasta was amazing. Just sad about the soggy fries but that was due to the drive back to Broward. I would definitely order again!

House of flavor tonight makes my first time trying your food, which I had the honor of tasting your chicken pasta Alfredo embedded in your amazing secret sauce. Everything was top 5 star quality... keep up the good works and dont switch the way you display your food. It was fresh, tasted amazing and so worth the price...definitely will be coming back to try a different dish. I couldnt even finish all of it because I want to save some for my lunch for work. HOUSE OF FLAVOR IS THE BOMB DIGGIDY!!!!!!

Ok I heard about this place on Instagram or via Facebook not sure but, this past Sat. 3/10/18 I brought my family out to eat their and I ordered a half Caesar salad, chicken teriyaki double Mash,lemon pepper chk,lemon pepper shrimp 2 orders fried Oreos, 3 drinks total $69.23Im used to a Caesar with Romaine mozzarella cheese croutons and Caesar dressing this salad had onions pickles sweet peppers tomatoes and some other stuff, basically is a garden salad with Caesar dressing if you ask me. Absolutely amazing flavor and nice amount of food was served. Although they took a while to serve us and they ran out of a few menu items like the truffle mac n cheese everything was done hot and fresh off the grill. We will definitely visit here again!

My guy decided to take me and his pal on a ride to Miami to eat something different than what is in West Palm Beach. Stopped here because the photos on the website were gorgeous!! The food looked delicious as well. We find this spot and its located in a plaza that has seen better decades. Restaurant looks the same. They place the orders and are told it would be a 20-30min wait. Cool. 15mins in informed they have no wings, then no shrimp. So you take an order you cant fill and say it will be a wait, then have the nerve to ask if wed like to wait until what they needed came. Really?? I was so looking forward to trying the Lemon Pepper 🐔 and 🍤, only to be very disappointed in the House of Flavor. 😢😢😢

Even if order over the phone, still had to wait for the food. It was worth every minute wait. Everything was delicious.

It was okay. I can tell by the sauce they used the can Alfredo sauce and I was disappointed by that deeply 😭😩 the meat in the pasta was very spearing. And not much broccoli and the Mac and cheese was a just a little too sweet. Overall I’m good on the one time try.

The young lady opens the door to let a customer out. We asked why are they closed she says they have to clean! Uhhh, doesn’t that happen when close anyway at your schedule time??

I was extremely excited to eat from here however I was told around almost 1220 to give the person a few minutes I’m assuming to open since they opened at noon but 1230 hit and they still weren’t open. I ended up going across the street to The jerk food truck.

I always go for the chicken pasta, its fireee!. Never tried other foods from the menu but sure theyre fire too.

Went to this location on several occasions and the customer service is absolutely horrible. The cashier likes to lie to customers on what foods they have available which in essence hurts them more than me. Manager never addresses the associate or takes time to satisfy customer. Please be aware of where you choose to spend your money. This place makes supporting black businesses a true disappointment.

I recently visited house of flavor for the first time something I been wanting and needing to do for a long time because the name spoke out to me house of flavor. Let me tell you the name speaks for its self. I got the steak pasta, the truffle Mac and cheese, the garlic mash the honey pineapple bbq wings and baked chicken and let me tell you talk about flavors upon flavors I was in Heaven. The food and the service was flavorful. I will definitely be back again to try other items on the menu.

On 8/7 I placed an order went in to pick up my order and was told my order would be ready in about 15 more minutes. I walked out to wait in the car and after 15 minutes went back inside to pick up my order and was told it was canceled because they didn’t have ONE of the items. The customer service is a “NO” for me. The food might be great but I wouldn’t know cause I never got anything and wasn’t given the opportunity to accept any part of the order. I casually waited with patience for over 45 minutes to walk away with nothing.

Great food I had the Salmon / Shrimp with a side of broccoli and veggies. The Salmon has a sweet sauce that is to die for, I had to zip it up it was so good lol. Cant wait to try some more of their menu, Highly recommend.

Just had the fried turkey and coco rice... DELICIOUS! Wanted to try their truffle mac and cheese, but they were all out. Next time!! I hear it’s a popular dish. I ordered about 15 min ahead of time and waited another 15 when I got there, but I prefer cooked to order food and it was well worth it. I will be going back. The customer service was also great. Finally, maybe a black owned restaurant in Miami that I can frequent.

The wings are bomb!!! I love that it’s really close to my house and really affordable. Around my neighborhood the go to has been fingalickin before house of flavor opened, but they over charge for their food. House of flavor food has been delicious and really affordable for the amount you get. My next go to, to try is the pasta! I just don’t agree with paying extra for some sauce (like McDonald’s) but other than that the food is delicious and I would recommend others to come here!

I’m not from the area but the food is worth traveling for! My husband and I decided to give this place a go and I’m happy we did. I ordered the chef special Cajun chicken pasta topped with a broiled lobster tail it was phenomenal! My hubby ordered the jerk chicken paired with pigeon peas and rice I had to try his food and it was amazing as well..he loved it! That says a lot because it’s hard getting him to love any food but mine. This restaurant has been named perfectly! We will definitely return!

Ive heard about House of Flavor, but had to try it for myself. I must say it was well worth the trip. We ordered the Lobster with Mac & Cheese along with garlic mash. And I had the stir fry steak with the same sides. The food was great and service was excellent. Ill definitely be back.

First time here to try their wings.In at 6 PM on a Saturday to eat in.Small with some seating.Looks like most of their business is take out.Ordered 10 pc Lemon Pepper wings. $ 12Came with French Fries.Also, ordered a side of Truffle Mac & Cheese $ 5..They use larger than most restaurants wings.A nice surprise and the flavor was OK.The Mac was nothing special andthe quantity was ridiculously small for $5..May go back for something else..

I loved their broccoli and burrata dish and was sad when they took it off their menu, but they always replace it with fantastic dishes so I cant complain too much! Their desserts are also amazing.

The jerk wings were 🔥🔥, actually spicy (coming from someone that loves spicy food). I didnt like the fries, because they were soft (not my preference). The Truffle Mac & Cheese was okay 💁🏽‍♀️. The young lady that distributed my order, was customer service friendly. Overall, I do recommend. 👍🏽

I moved to the east side of broward and I am always looking for that amazing home made taste. I travel to family owned business to share my support as well as satisfying my cravings for real food. I was blown away. I ordered 3 different dishes all for about $50. All 3 were amazing. I look forward to seeing this place expand and hit the beach areas. Definitely a great investment. You guys are on point. Not 1 complain, keep moving forward 😊

My husband and I tried the wings, seasoned fries, Mac n’ cheese and the chicken and shrimp Alfredo. Everything was absolutely delicious! We drove from far and will definitely go back. Customer service was also excellent. The ladies taking the orders were very nice and friendly.

Bad costumer service I was on hold for ten mins by than I had time to drive to the restaurant still on hold and they only had one person in the lobby I ask to speak to management and one of the owners /cooks came out the kitchen rude and unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop with these people.

The food is good. It’s a hit a miss with them at times. But I came here several times to give the other items on the menu a try. Had everything from the lemon pepper wings, salmon and shrimp pasta, Cajun chicken pasta, chef’s special salmon, fries, Mac and cheese, steak stir fry, and mixed veggies. The chef’s special salmon was my favorite. Was a little disappointed that their salmon and shrimp pasta I had wasn’t good as the first time I came. Service is always great. Advise people to order online or on the phone because the wait time came be long at times depending on what you ordered.

If I could’ve not given a star I would not, every time you go the food is less but the price is more. No peppers in the food as the menu states. too small pieces of broccoli they never want to change price for what they missing in the dish.. that why I go to corporates restaurants because they at least trying to rectify the issue not these homegrown businesses. Want get my money again.
