I Have purchased from these guys many times and they always take great care of me. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t get my paint anywhere else!

I walked in to purchased 2 gallons of paint, the walk-in service was ok, but I notice during the time I was waiting for the cans of paint that the customer service provided by phone was less than desirable, on three calls that I witnessed the attendant told the customer that he did not had the time to lookup what he was asking for, saying that he had too many customers in front of him, we were 3 customers in the store at the time and we all had already been taken care of. The store is well stocked.

Im currently renovating my home and went to this store to buy the paint for my kids rooms and my home office. The staff there were very helpful and even gave me guidance on how to choose the right color and paint type for each room. Thank you so much!

Do not buy paint from this store unless it’s the last paint store left in Miami. The sale person (Miguel) there clearly hates interacting with ppl and clearly thinks that working in a paint store gives him the right to be a terrible human being. Pass unless you don’t Mind being talked down to and treated like a nuisance.

Went there today to open a business cash account, we have been in business as decorative painters for 11 years in miami, and needed a new store to buy all our paints and supplies. They refused to give me the benjamin moore color wheels for 2020, they wanted me to pay for them ... i never had to pay as a professional to get them one time a year in order to show colors to my clients and be able to buy the paint i need.It was very disappointing to be treated that way :( as a professional.I guess this store is more suited for home owners. I was expecting to start a new business relationship with this vendor.( we buy a lot of paint ) But i guess i will have to find another ben moore store :((
