After a 3 days reservation made online, I received a defective cargo Van, where one tire was permanently low in pressure. The dealer inflated once telling there was no problems, and after 2 hours I had again a low tire, I called the office and they replied to me its not their problem, I have to call road assistance and make it fix!??? absurd, I paid 200$ to take a defective truck and I have to pay, for rent it and at the same time fix it for the dealer???!! They told me nothing to do, no other available, No choices... Unbelievable BAD service, Low level, trying to make money our with Truck not in order and putting in danger the customer life because not capable to maintain their fleet. I had to do a small moving in that weekend and took already PTO... I inflated the rires 20 times on my dime... NEVER More U-haul;, not for sure this North Miami dealer

This is the worst U-Haul I’ve ever had any work done. First he told me he will be done in 45 minutes. Two hours later they tell me that they are not equipped to install the trailer hitch so they sent me to another place all the way medley which is a minimum half an hour drive and a nightmare of a place to drive to. I get to the one in medley and then they tell me where is the part? I said they didn’t give me the part. They were supposed to give you the part. So I asked them to call they called they had to deliver the part. They take my car up on the ramp to install it in the North Miami store ordered the wrong part. So they drilled holes in my frame for the wrong part and then they send me to a place in North Miami Beach. I wasted five hours of my life for their incompetence

Super nice place ..clean, organized, helpful.staff and lots of trucks available..You can park your car just outside the lot, since they need it for the trucks..has a drop off key box so you can return in after hours..Highly recommend!

I rented a uhaul on Tuesday I tried to bring it back that same day so I left it there I call and went up there the next day to talk to them the lady said my total was 57 and some change I was ok cool three days later I get another bill saying they charged me 81 dollars on top of the 57 if I had to pay more then she should have told me this place isn’t all that good done rude ppl there will not be going back there anymore I’m in the phone now trying to talk to someone and no answer I’m on hold never was able to talk to anyone I know some companies look at the review but I bet the company will not look at there reviews

Truck was never cleaned, let alone wiped down. When I asked employees they said it was. Clearly it wasnt! Especially in these times, businesses should be extra clean

The ladies that work here are AMAZING and I regret not grabbing one of their names. She came out and helped us load the moving boxes we’d purchased into my small car and even managed to squeeze in a few that seemed impossible, like our larger t.v. box. Soooo helpful, friendly and went the extra mile (all while dealing with some other people that were being very cranky and rude). My guess is the bad reviews here have to do with how demanding and impatient Miami people can be. Do everything online first, then just pick up for a much easier process.

Set up a reservation online to make things “quicker” only to be told that the trailer was not available after waiting an hour in line. Improve your system so that you respect your customers time.
Pretty reliable U-haul location. The associates inside move at a rather slow pace but outside of that, everyone is decently helpful and courteous. The associates outside were a bit more prompt with their service and duties regarding preparing the trucks. I was able to rent a truck with ease but I suggest reserving the truck sufficiently in advance since they can get a bit busy and may run out of certain size trucks at any given time.
Well I was proudly surprised at how professional Tareque was given the stereotypes ppl so shamefully toss around about ppl and stores of color.. My rental was clean, the store followed all the COV19 guidelines and did it with a smile... I was disappointed upon returning my rental to find out that Tareque had been let go... Its a shame to know that corporate thinks the customer is always right even though they have video that says otherwise..The employees at this store get a 5 STARCorporate -5 yall gotta treat your employees better. Who ever heard of getting fired after a customer threatens your life.....

Most horrible customer Service experience Ive ever had. I went to drop off a trailer at this location and I followed instructions by driving up to the sign that read equipment drop off. To my surprise, an employee by the name of Taarique Blair approached my vehicle waving his arms at me with a disgruntled look on his face, and very rudely preceded to tell me to drive around the back. He didnt even have the professional courtesy to greet me, give me any type of directions, or guidance as to where or how I was suppose to return my rental equipment? Anyhow, I drove around the back of their lot and immediately questioned him as to why he had such a bad attitude towards me? I tried to explain to him that I followed the directions of the drop off signs, but he angrily shouted that he didnt have an attitude, then completely walked away and back to the office leaving me to wonder what I was suppose to do next? Moments later, his co-worker (or supervisor?) came out in his place. He essentially performed Taariquess job as he listened to my concerns, made space for my trailer, provided me guidance, and ensured that my rental equipment was returned properly. When I went into the office to get my receipt, Taarique went on another verbal tirade, this time in front of customers after I reminded him of his bad attitude and his poor customer service skills. Taarique essentially did not care about his unprofessional behavior, he took no responsibility for his actions, and felt he did nothing wrong. I will never do business at this location again.
I have been calling for 3 weeks to make a payment and have not been able to get through . They keep hanging up on me . This is horrible. Then they sent a letter saying they are going to sell my things. How? So you can be available to sell my things but not to take my payment . If they sell my things I will sue this company

Recently rented a trailer for the day at this location. Staff was super friendly, store was clean and the equipment looked very kept up. The girls in the office were knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely return here if we need another rental in the future!
Super bad experience with customer service. They are in bad shape all the times. I will not recommend this location to any friends or family member.
I have been using this U-Haul for the past 3 years. But after today I am most likely not EVER going to return to this location because of an associate. Please note, I have never had a problem at this uhaul but your customer service makes your company.The service associate Jeanwilkens, ( left off customer cause he obviously does not care about the paying customer), first could not explain to me or didn’t care to answer why U-Haul needs to take a picture of me despite having my Id. So we had to get the manager on the phone. Secondly the vehicle he brought to the front was filthy! When ask if I can see another van he told me he “got other things to do.” Mister this is your damn job! I’m the one, paying not you! He should not be in the front,
Went after hours to pick up the truck, they left it behind the locked gate, paid extra for the furniture dollies and was assured they would be left in the back of the truck and of course the truck was empty and locked behind the gate.

The worst service ever. We came here today for the installation of a hitch. They told us will be 2 hours at most but instead of that took the whole day since 10am until 7:30pm when they closed. They said to us it was because they had to do hard work and they had just two staff and a lot of customers. Anyway the whole freaking day for just installing something that normally take 2 hours is completely insane. Also they had the worst customer service. Looks like they don’t have motivation to work or something like that.
Vehicles are not properly inspected with customers upon rental agreement. Watch out for this location with scamming you. They will charge you for items that were never in the vehicle. Will not be using this location again. Not to mention both of the male employees felt the need to speak Spanish amongst each other when they both greeted me speaking perfect English.

I wish i wouldve read these reviews before! these people charged me to refuel the vehicle and clean it.. when i gave them the truck exactly the way they gave it to me! cleaned and refueled! they are giving me the complete run around and wont give me my money back!! i work to hard for my money for someone to take it from me! words of advice take pictures of everything to make sure that they charge you correctly!
They wanted 500.00 dollars deposit for a pickup truck. My credit card covers damage but they demanded the deposit and I left the truck.
Ive never experienced this level of impoliteness and disrespect from a store associate. I spoke with a representative named Nicey to explain that we were running a little behind schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. She proceeded to tell me that she feels sorry for the woman (customer) who has been waiting on the truck due to my lack of inconsideration, and when I express my shock at her berating me...she proceeded to tell me that I was taking things personally and cut me off every time I interjected. She told me I would most likely be charged another day when I returned...I asked if I could speak to a manager and she told me he was busy, I could speak to him when I arrive, and then placed me on an indefinite hold while I was in the middle of speaking with her. I called back and she said that she was too busy to speak with me and if I need the managers information, I can come to the store and take a picture of it because I was taking too long to get a pen and paper to write the managers information down. I had to call another store to get the managers information and an apology for the way I was treated. Im not sure if this Niecey store associate is representative of the culture at this store, but I will definitely report this treatment to corporate and the BBB. I really hope the manager takes the time to speak to her about the importance of customer service and how it can affect their business. Sigh.

We reserved a 20 truck 1 day in advance, upon pick up we were told they didnt have a truck available. Uhaul customer service claims they called us but we dont have record of a missed call, no message on the voicemail, no email nor notification via the mobile app. Very disappointed
Very low rental rates $19.99 per day. Staff is very friendly, equipment is brand new, and lots of supplies available at low prices. Love this uhaul location.
The Manager and the Team are great, but I had some truble with one off the employee, but hes no longer part off the stuff.....I hope they learned, is very important to hired professional people, focus on bring quality customer service.!!!
You make reservations you check in early on online Express check-in and you get to the dealer and you got to do it all over again takes a lot of time and a lot of patience you all need to get it together

2 black females were working at the store. When I come the door was lock and there were no one to open the door. I have to go around the store to talk to them they told me to wait for 15 minuets cause they are with a costumer or I can leave. After 20 minuets hey finally open the door the first thing she told me of I am mad.

Since the new manager came to this store, customer service is going bad to worse. She is very rude and doesn’t know how to treat clients. I usually rent every week in this establishment, but I will look for another place to rent.
After reading some of the reviews on this location I decided to call and and reserve a 10 foot truck from the lady at the desk she told me that I have to come in she’s not gonna do no reservations I have I said that I was at work she told me she don’t care because she’s at work if I want the truck I got it coming I cannot do a reservation disgusting customer service this location and all the employees should be fired and close down and yes I am a black person It is beyond me how do we have so many black lazy people with the job
