I ordered online from the Etsy site back in May 2021 but didnt actually wear the piece til 3 October 2021.Ordering was easy. You can select from pre-made letter-sizes or send a message with your measurements to have something custom made or altered. Since everything is handmade, I assume adjustments can be made to fit each size.If I remeember correctly, I think the piece I bought was marketed as a top/dress but I wore it as a beach cover up. I loved the lime green colour and the light material. Although the lime green was the primary colour, the other colours toned it down so it was not overly dramatic. It was perfect for a windy day on a boat.On the website, prices are clearly marked and depending on how much you spend, free shipping is offered.Along with the dress pictured, I also ordered a comfie ankara print romper, which I gifted to my sister. She loved it.Deborah makes one of a kind pieces that can complement any body, for any occasion. She can also turn your visions into an incredible outfit. She is a talented seamstress and creative fashion designer.I highly recommend her.

Let me start by saying this, DEBORAH IS THE BEST IN MIAMI!I hate shopping because I am 6’2 and full figured but this was the most ease I’ve ever had in purchasing quality items. No place ever has my length in anything! Lol I just knew I would have to have my clothes altered (which I know she does) and wasn’t too concerned if there was a wait for alterations BUT DEBORAH EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I told her my occasion (a trip to Mexico coming up next month), and expressed my concerns for finding anything that would fit me. She immediately handpicked some selections for me to try on and THEY FIT WITH NO ALTERATIONS NEEDED. It was the length and fit for me! Right off the bat my clothes were the perfect length and not “high waters”. Nice flowy vacation dresses, coverups, and a jumpsuit with a cute back cut-out. Will be my go-to boutique for Everything! Not only are there ready-made clothes and dresses, she will custom make orders and I already have a few in mind for future occasions. Five Freaking Stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic service!Deborah absolutely slayed my high waist pants. Id bought some African material and intended for someone else to make my pants but was not successful. I got on Yelp and searched for someone else and came across Deborahs business page. Even though she didnt have any reviews, the pictures on her page caught my attention.From the moment I called to yesterday when I picked up my pants, she has always been pleasant and attentive. She is a true professional and expert seamstress as sometimes she simply eyed what needed to be done and it was a perfect fit during the fitting.If you do not know what you want made, her shop has some pre-made African attire. While that is her specialty, that is not all that does. I have seen some pictures where she has designed and made prom dresses. She is the real deal!!!I will certainly be back. I am already scouting new material to get something made for my son and I.

I wish I could have given this a 0. I hear shes the best in town, but I assumed she was having a bad day when I went to pick up my dress.When I went to pick it up, she stayed in the back the entire time. I had to go through her daughter. When she finally chose to come out, I asked her to change the lining of the dress, her excuse was I would have to remove the zipper, which is considering making the dress over, so I would have to charge you as if I was making another dress. I then asked to make the waist line smaller, she gave me the same excuse. HORRIBLE COUSTOMER SERVICE. I dont mind supporting black businesses, but this is by far the best example of how much this lady does not care about pleasing her customers. Go to someone who actually cares about customer service.

I used Ms. Deborah services for alterations. She is very good at her craft. Shes professional, friendly, and affordable.

I wish negative zero was an option. She was suppose to do a simple adjustment to a corsett liner of a WEDDING DRESS 3 WEEKS AGO. I was told to come back to the shop every week to pick up the dress and nothing was done. Now Im here again and the piece that was suppose to be altered still isnt done instead the back of my wedding dress was altered and she couldnt understand why I was livid. I was called a BROKE BLACK WOMAN because I refuse to pay for something I didnt want. She is a nasty black woman abd part of the reason I stay clear of black own businesses. In the end I had to take the dress to be re altered because when the corset was finally done It couldnt be reattached to the dress due to stitching not aligned with original connection points. Business is business and I ONLY pay for GOOD business.
