I had placed an order for 20 shirts for my daughters 2nd birthday. I couldnt be more happy with the end product. It was ready for pickup in a timely manner as well! Definitely reccomend

She created a personalized shirt for a family reunion at Disney world, it came on time and the quality was great. Awesome work and thank you!

Disgusting place and horrible people! I would give 0 stars if possible. Please if anyone is looking to get any shirts or anything done, at all cost do not go here. Somebody I know close and dear to me is a teacher. She ordered t-shirts for her students in her club in late February. It is currently mid-May and her kids gave her the money for the shirts. She paid the full amount for the shirts and still has not them. I saw them personally for sale at another event for sale. When she called the place to inquire, they were extremely rude, hung up twice, and said she could find another company to work with. In conclusion, her kids are going to have to go on their field trip without the shirts they paid for. This place is incredibly unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Worst service Ive ever seen. I wish I had read over other reviews before going here. Gave me a day to pick up shirts. I called, no answer . I sent text, emails, and phone calls over a three weeks span. Unbeliveable. Definitely dont waste your time!

Thank you Dawn and staff! Our T Shirts and hoodies were perfect!We were in a bind and needed a special order that seemed impossible. It was done faster than we imagined and the quality was perfect.We will definitely place another order soon!!

Ordered uniforms 3 weeks ago and order still not ready, unorganized, poor customer service and rude. I spoke to Dolores and she started yelling at me because other parents have also called upset looking for their childrens uniforms especially when we paid in full. I asked for my money back and I was told there are no refunds. I hope Aventura Waterways never uses them as a vendor in the future. I rather pay $2 more and go to a place where I get good customer service and my merchandise. If I treated my clients the way they treated me I would be out of business.Do not recommend this place at all👎

For the second time we have given items for embroidery. Not only do they lose items- they do not finish them as promised, dont answer your calls and communicate but continue to lie to you if youre lucky enough to get an answer. They lost hundreds of dollars worth of products on multiple occasions. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. The worst part is, they wont even own up to the fact that they lost your product. When you walk in everything is thrown all over the place on the floor and in random boxes. Dirty, Disgusting and unprofessional is the only way to describe this business. NEVER utilizing them again.

First time making an order here only came here because a friend asked me to bring her.. I had already bought most of the uniform that my kids needed..The products are good, the only problem was I made the order on August 2 and paid in full for 7 items 2 different schools ... 4 for one school and 3 for another..... 3 polosLarge 2 crew medium 2 vneck Medium..... I called the 17th was told the order was not ready, went on the 19 Sunday before school starts because I was told half my order was ready, when I arrived all that was ready were 2 vnecks, I was given for free a polo medium white and a large crew Navy in place of the 2 crew medium & was told I would still get the 2 crew I ordered before Friday August 24..... The 3polo I kept getting the run around (I forgot all about them, I cant download the logo, its gonna take me longer but Ill have them for you) I called Friday to ask about my pending order I was told I could pick it up by 5pm that it was ready.... I went today(August 27-monday-2nd week of school) at around 4pm only to receive 3polos and and 1 crew only to be told that because I was given 2 shirts free (wrong size, wrong style) I should just take what they gave me because they didnt want to order a dozen more shirts just to fill my order of one.... Thats obviously not what I paid for not what I ordered.... I the young lady taking care of me I would wait on the shirt I was missing because I also needed to order 2 more vnecks in grey, she told me they couldnt do grey so I decided for Navy, again only to be told maybe my order wouldnt be made because they might not order the shirts... That theyd call me to let me know.... From the time I ordered I called a total of about 3to 4 times mostly to see if I could pick up my order because I was in the area... Never was I rude .... I was okay with waiting, I never even asked for my money back which I could have easily done.... But to be treated like I was trying to get free and extra stuff and to be completely ignored by the person whos the owner and promised to make what I was missing a priority because I obviously had waited way too long for the order is wrong.... Funny thing is I still wanted to order more and they basically turned me away like it was my fault..... Seems to me like they misplaced or mixed my order up.... And I payed the consequences.... Sad cuz I didnt mind giving them time but the rudeness towards the end sucked.... Idk if Ill get the missing shirt and I have a brand new polo that just sitting their not being used sucks oh well.... I ended up going to the school and buying extra because I figured theyre not gonna make my order.... This post is from 2 weeks ago just got a (D. The owner) call today 9/13/18 .... She asked me if I made the review and why with an attitude, I told her because Im in my right to and because thats how I felt about the situation.... She had no reason to question me when its clearly explained in detail, instead of fixing the issue she said thanks for the review and hung up on me. Yeah at this point I know I was very annoyed by the call(I hate being rude and definitely, never going back there)

I would not recommend this company . They took almost a month to give me my shirts and in top of that they did not give me the correct amour of shirts I order, and Im still waiting for them to return my money after another month . I keep calling them and they never answer .

So, you first messed up my order, then you have the audacity to not send me my second order! Then you say it’s my fault. This is so unprofessional and a just a terrible company!😡
