You need to schedule at least two people at night. Your employees lock the doors on a 24 hr business to stock and clean, cook, or to sleep. Sometimes theres an incredibly unprofessional sign on the door, but sometimes they just lock the door with no excuse and no response to knocking. Do they hear it? Do they care? I waited with 6 people while a girl was preparing food. We could see her. Sometimes you cant see anyone. The 24hr open place is just closed. I live a block from this location, but Ive been driving elsewhere lately because it actually takes less time and effort. I work nights from home, I live a block away, why do I have to drive to your competition?

I live right by this location and my husband and I have been going there since before the pandemic. Ive never had a problem with the employees. Everyone is really nice. We used to go a lot to get lunch. We stopped after the pandemic because they had taken away the doughnuts and most of the hot food which is completely understandable. I went in today and to my surprise they put everything back and self serve to boot. Not sure its a good idea but I was glad to have a normal moment.

I realize that I have to drive out of my way to go to a Speedway gas station in South Florida, so when I spotted the only Speedway along Biscayne Blvd./US-1 on the drive home, I stopped in to get a ginger ale.This Speedway location is large and has similar prices and promotions as the other locations. You can purchase hot & cold beverages, snacks, candy, beer, lottery, cigarettes, and many more. The items are neatly organized; and theres an area that looks like a small café where the hot breakfast & lunch sandwiches, pizza slices, hot dogs, and roller grill items are made. If you have a Speedway Rewards card, you can earn points on purchased items and redeem them towards various rewards such as free beverages or food, points, or gift cards.

While pumping gas, the advertisement screen said feel free to use in-store hand sanitizer provided by us free to clean your hands after pumping I walked in, bought a drink, and paid, and I washed my hands right as I entered the store. I then asked if they had any publicly available hand sanitizer, and the cashier lady screamed hysterically at me. WHY YOU NO WASH YOUR HANDS? multiple times, and pointed me out of the store. Horrible example of customer service and I wont be coming back here again.

Christine (I believe her name is) and the other young lady who works night shifts are the nicest gas station employees I’ve ever come across, and that isn’t something you come across especially in Miami. They greet me EVERY TIME I come in for (my daily) coffee and ALWAYS say goodbye. I am extremely happy with the service and the fact that this gas station is open and accessible 24hours, however, it is a drive from my house and out of the way. There is not many Speedways in NMB, Aventura, and N. Miami area; that’s a thumbs down for corporate. However, I make the drive (still) because these girls are always a delight and the coffee is cheap and tastes great! Thank you girls!

In the early morning of today this season is closed without reasons which explain why and also very bad adtitude with customers that does not give good reputation to this service station.

This no longer a Hess Express. It has been a Speedway for quite some time now. I live nearby and visit here frequently. Seems to be well run. If you like candy or beer, its the place to be, lol. They have a walk-in beer cooler as well as dozens of kinds of candy. They always have fresh coffee, which is nice. The car wash sucks, as it doesnt have any brushes, it just sprays water, which is useless in terms of getting the car clean.

The gas pump TVs play ads at an insanely loud volume. Headache inducing. Definitely violates local noise ordinances if I lived near by Id call the cops. You can hear it half a block away. Must be at least 100 decibels. Not worth the few pennies I saved on gas.

I love Speedway, but this place is horrible.Every time is something missing, the car wash is working but you cant pay, I try pay at the cashier, at the gas pump and at the car wash, impossible to pay. There is no paper to dry at the pump or print the receive, neither no water to wash the windshield at the pump. I talked with the manager, but they didnt do anything.

The absolute worst gas station!!! Theyre customer service skills are extremely poor and theres ALWAYS a line to the door when theres more than one person working. 3 workers 3 registers and only 1 working. If youre in a hurry dont waste your time.

Cashiers with attitude. Do not interrupt them when they talk between them even if they get your order wrong. These people are paid only to give you faces and attitude.

The most annoying gas station to visit, where every pump has its own TV screen screaming (advertisement) at you while you pump multipled by echo of 10 more screens in the background 👎

I live in the neighborhood and I used to love this gas station but now it’s a disaster,they raise and change the prices all the time in the system and forget to change it in the shelves,that’s false advertising and they say they can’t make the same prices, if I was a lawyer I’d just close it,that’s not good for the customers,for the city,and the world

Today, September 24, 2018 at 3:11 am, a worker from this establishment with a very bad temper, I respectfully asked her if she could give me the bathroom key and she treated me like an animal she didnt even look at my face she told me that I was not available the bathroom and its a lie because if it was available, they just dont want to lend the key being a gas station service we traveled thousands of miles and we wanted to go to the bathroom and he treated me very badly, very bad experience with the treatment of the public she is there right now ok
