Cesar is Amazing! Great customer service, I’m very happy I went there for my new glasses and contacts. He was very helpful and patience with every customer there including myself. He took the time to explain to me everything and let me know about the promotions. I’m very happy :)I also got my eye exam there. I forgot her name but the doctor was very kind, I told her about an old issue with my contacts and she recommended me a new brand and is actually working perfectly for me.Thank you to you both for made my experience a great experience!

Very friendly staff. Every member of the staff was very professional from the young man who greeted me, co worker who helped me pick out my glasses. She was very patient. The doctor explained part of the exam step by step.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First, they took 3 hours to process an order; then I needed to change my frames and they couldnt find my file. After that, they lost my order so I they couldnt ship it to my house. Calling doesnt change anything, when they pick the phone they dont help you and treat you as you have never placed an order in their store. If you are planning to get glasses, please do yourself a favor and NEVER come to this place.

I want to thank Target and Cesar, for the service and professionalism to solve my problems in a time matter, even with me frustrated for personal reasons, you managed to solve my issues and walked out as a Happy costumer, will be returning every time .

I bought my eyeglasses from here and there was a huge selection, the glasses are great quality and it didn’t break the bank. Overall o recommend.

Horrible customer service. Horrible time management. Unorganized. I don’t know what it takes to get my contact prescription. The absolute worse thing that was told to me was they (caeasr) could not schedule my follow up contact appointment for me while I was in the store, because they were too busy. My initial appointment was a month an a half ago and I am STILL trying to get a copy of my prescription so I can get it filled else where. I am here again today (4/17/21) and received poor service. I was skipped over as a follow up appointment for a new appointment. I left. I won’t be back here next year.

I highly recommend, the store was very clean and tidy especially during this time of the pandemic. The sales person who helped me was very attentive and listened to all my requests.

There is only a few options for frames, the staff not very helpful, overpriced and they take a really long time to deliver your order. Don’t fell for this place even if u like Target.

Rude customer service, small selection, they don’t communicate in between stores for prescriptions and such. Or so they say. Horrible experience.
