My friend and I ordered sandwiches over the phone. His sandwich was fine but they gave me the wrong one, ordered a Turkey BLT, got a tuna salad sandwich. She repeated the order back to him so not sure what happened but it was soggy and I just threw it out. Customer service felt a bit off.

I ordered sandwiches for a group twice in the last couple weeks and both times were awful. My first order of Medianoches came without any condiments at all - no mustard or pickles - basically a grilled ham and cheese sandwich. I gave them another chance with a large order of Cuban sandwiches, making sure to specify I wanted them dressed. They didnt contain any roast pork - only ham. And the ham was really thick and bad quality with lots of fat and cartilage. Honestly they were barely edible and I felt embarrassed for my guests. We threw out most of them. I never had a worse Cuban sandwich in my life and Ive lived here a long time.

The ladies up front were nice. I usually get my omelets for $9-$12 dollars elsewhere, various diners, ihops, Dennys, mom and pop breakfast shops. This day I decided to get here as it was close to me. Theyre choices for add ins were limited. I waited like 15 mins, and paid $8 and change..... I ordered a egg white omelette with onions and ham and this is what I got. Not quality. Will never order from them again cause how can you mess up an omelet so badly?

Food was not as good as i remembered. Cuban toast was super moist and had almost no butter, fries were also very moist and were bland for my taste. The workers there were very nice, although I think they could step up the food a little bit.

Horrible, took over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches, and the place was nasty dirty. Felt like I was in a third world country.

Tasty food, good service. Variety of breakfast, lunch, sandwiches, dinner, cakes & pastries. Have some patience when its super busy. Most times of the day during the week and weekends its service is super and the food is consistent. Nice ambiance to sit and enjoy with friends or family. Delivery via Grub Hub.

Didn’t catch the name of the workers this morning (7/11/21) but they were absolutely wonderful. I made a decent sized order and they were very patient with me and quick paced. Made most of our pastries fresh and both the girl who does her eyeliner very well and the boy with long hair are your best workers. Lol

The five star reviews are fake. This may deserve 0 stars. I tried to order off the menu but they don’t use that menu anymore. I sat in a booth and looked left and there were piles of termite wings. Save yourself and go elsewhere. Service is incredibly slow too.

Giving a one star because i did an order of a chicken empanada and a minute maid lemonade. I should not be charged $3 for a drink and it cost more than the empanadas thats crazy. Staff wasnt friendly. Good food but not returning

Pan con bistec. Before getting on the boat we stop in here every time to pick up a pan con bistec. It is delicious but the prep time is a bit long considering its fresh. I order the croquettes and they are delicious. When I ask for mayonnaise in my pan con bistec, sometimes its too much Mayo. Sometimes just right. The location is very nice. Parking however is a nightmare. I walk to the marina to avoid parking in this plaza. The fact that is 24 hours is very cool. If I lived in the area this would definitely make a good late night snack location. Prices are reasonable. Pastelitos are good too!

Went to this place. Nice staff. Has brunch buffet. They have a chef standing by to make you omelettes and waffles. Cuban toast is fabulous. Food is great. Desert bar had flies though....remedy that problem and it will be perfect. Staff treats everyone like a VIP customer. Chef brings your waffle or omelette to your table

Sandwiches are delicious! we tried the havanero wrap, tuna melt, and super cubano melt. ingredients taste fresh and very flavorful. & cuban coffee is so good! definitely recommend :)

Pinecrest Bakery where have you been all my life? This place is phenomenal! The bakery inside is by the front as soon as you walk inside and as you head further into the store there is a restaurant toward the back where they make some amazing, tasty dishes! Oh and yes they do brunch! If you happen to be here for brunch on the weekend I highly recommend the steak and eggs which was super 5 star worthy! You will not be disappointed! Want something sweet or dessert? Head on down to the bakery on your way out and try the Nutella pastries! Theyre to die for! I am definitely coming back soon! And in case you were wondering... yes the bakery is open 24 hours so if you need your coffee fix they got you covered on that too!

Have had better experiences here. The young woman (didnt get her name, but she had red hair) who attended me was nice and very diligent, but that was after standing for almost 10-15 waiting to be helped (she was busy with someone else, so it wasnt her fault). There were other patrons in the lobby and not once was there a greeting or an acknowledgement of the long wait time by any of the customer facing staff members. I understand that nowadays its difficult for businesses with staffing and such, but little things like communication and the aforementioned acknowledgement go a long way. Besides this, my order was as requested and I will continue to support the business. I just hope the experience improves.

Longest wait of my life for the simplest order. 30 min wait time for breakfast. And once I got the breakfast it wasn’t what I expected... how you going to take 30 minutes to make a breakfast for it to look old? Ontop of that I ordered to go and the didn’t put utensils or napkins inside the bag. I guess I’m eating breakfast with my bare hands today. 🤦🏽‍♂️👎🏽

Very very poor service! The girls that were there working (two young ones) took our entire order incorrectly; not to mention, we were the ONLY customers there. There was also a sign where it stated that there were free desserts 3-6PM with a purchase of a sandwich and they said they couldn’t give us the free dessert even though we did purchase two sandwiches. VERY disappointed - on top of everything, we had to clean our own table in order to sit down and eat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

I was just there waiting for a sandwich. It tooks 45min to make it. The outside were warm and the inside it was extremely cold 🥶. I ask the girl why the inside was cold and she offered to heated up in the microwave, are you kidding me. I told her absolutely no. Again she offered to make another one. I was not planning to wait another 45min. I threw it out.Bad services and bad food. No wonder it has bad rating 🤔. I should of checked before.

Super nice staff, excellent food, open 24 hours and right next to a dispensary. Everything is always warm and if they don’t have your pastry they will put together a fresh batch for you. Couldnt ask for more.

Ordered from Pinecrest on Uber Eats and this place should be ashamed of what they sent me. Hard, stale vanilla cake that is soggy on the bottom because it is rotten. Fruit tarts topped with moldy, rotten fruit. Disgusting. I threw out $12+ worth of food tonight. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Came in this morning around 7:15 am, lady acting like she didnt want to serve me. I had to tell her multiple times I wasnt done ordering. The food here is good but if yall dont want to serve customers of other races let that be known! Born and raised in Miami, I already know how it is in many of these types of places. I have gotten better customer service from other workers here. And you guys need name tags. And she cannot make cafe con leche. She didnt even greet me, but greeted other customers. Put my receipt and card on the table. I went back and got a refund. I dont play that mess with any business!

Absolutely horrible customer service, place was dirty too! Treating customers like if they are doing a favor to them. The one who seems to be the manager is so poorly trained same as her incompetent assistant. Giving wrong orders to person ahead of us & giving him attitude. Then it was our turn, the blond lady yelled at us for not having our exact change. We could have even left it as a tip... but they deserve none. We left & wont ever come back! Im glad Starbucks is across the street! As I told the manager, there are many places we can go & they will appreciate our business!

All the counter in the restaurant has food inside. Make sure they serve you hot food. The Tequenos I asked for were cold.

I went to the store with my boyfriend and the place was kind of cool. I like the atmosphere. They are speaking Spanish, I don’t even understand what they were asking 😫. Hopefully my boyfriend understands some. Everything looks good but don’t let this fool you.This piece of cake should be rum raisin. It’s disgusting🤢it tastes like water. There’s no taste at all.

Good coffee and good selection of pastries. However this place needs to be cleaned up the tables are filthy, no one cares they know the tables are dirty but hey I guess they have employees that couldn’t care less. The truth be said if this place was cleaner I bet they would increase their revenue. I personally am very uncomfortable eating on dirty tables. It’s a no go for me. I hope the management reads this and does something about it.

The lady who seems to be the manager literally yelled at my mother because she didn’t have enough cash in the register to give her exact change, when my mom was trying to make it easier for her. Her and the other young girl both rolling their eyes, huffing and puffing, slamming things. They were also extremely rude to a nice boy who’s order they got wrong twice.Finally we had to just ask for our money back and leave, which was a whole other argument because the manager had no idea what she was doing. Not going there again. The owner seems to not care because you give the same B.S staple response to every bad review.

I enjoy pinecrest bakery, but this specific store sucks with their orders. Its super frustrating to order your food and never get what you ask for. Its happened numerous times. I just want to get what I ask for.

The food and pastries are tasty, but the service is awful. The ladies at the counter are very slow and rude. I would suggest you take the time to train and manage your staff or risk losing many customers.

They can never get the orders right. Has happened to us on multiple occasions. I just want to go in, place my order, pay and just get what i asked for. But that is never the case. They charge extra for certain things which i am completely fine paying: only if i get it. But nope does not happen. Sucks bc i enjoy their pastries/food. Was excited to try this place out as it is my first time ordering through ubereats but Im overall dissatisfied so I definitely dont recommend this place for delivery. Order arrived promptly, it was a blt turkey sandwich I requested it with no onions and bacon and paid for extra potato sticks. First off the sandwhich and fries where cold, which makes no sense given how quickly the food got here. They took the onions and bacon out so they definitely read my order but sprinkled like three potato sticks lmao. Disappointed that I wont be ordering with them again!

Although the food is good,I have been there several times and the customer service of 2 young Venezuelan girls is the so unprofessional. Rude, to the point they roll their eyes. They treat customers like they are doing them a favor. DEFINITELY need attitude adjustments. I have been to other locations and had an amazing experience.

I stumbled upon this place 1 day & had initially went in to grab a sweet treat because i thought it was just a bakery. To my surprise, it tripled as a bakery, bar & restaurant. I ordered a meal after i saw a server pass by w/someones plate. I ordered the pork chops w/roasted veggies w/no high expectations for what it would taste like. It was amazing! I wish i had dined in instead of carry-out. Ill def. be back

Very impressed. The food was amazing. Our waitress was really nice. The restaurant very clean and had a beautiful atmosphere. And plus I believe theyre open 24-hours a day. They definitely will see me again.

They obviously cant read this am. My fries are seasoned, which I did not select. Plus they didnt include my tostada or cafe con leche. When my door dash driver went back to the store, the lady said she remembered putting in my toast, and it wasnt true that she omitted it! She refused to replace my give the driver the tostada. She did admit she didnt give me the coffee. Calling a customer a liar over $2.00! Im never ordering again. People need jobs, hire someone who actually care about the customer. I called to see mgr, who whispered negative about me in Spanish, because she didnt realize I spoke spanish. What a change from a year ago! New mgt??

The tables were dirty and they didn’t have any Spanish empanadas at all ....... it’s literally the only reason I came.. also long VERY VERY VERY LONG!!!!! Horrible !

This place does not care to have clean bathrooms or even soap in the bathrooms. I asked for soap and the response was “I’m sorry we don’t have any, then offered hand sanitizer. Meanwhile all the hand sanitizer stations are empty. This is not a Covid friendly place.

They really need to start reading and paying attention to the orders when they come through. Today was like the 3rd time in a row they messed up on an order. The food is good, but they have to start doing their jobs better. Also, the staff usually has an attitude problem, aside from 1 or 2 girls that are nice.

The customer services team is very poor. Very unprofessionalI order a thanksgiving Family Meal and the person that took my order didnt even know where to begin, she seemed to be lost. Did not know the pricing of the menu and the information she provided was confusing. There was 2 persons more and all they did was watch her colleague and didnt bother to assist. I continued with my order and 3 days after I went to pick up it was same thing, they were very unprofessional and had a bad attitude . I order a cake, I was told it was vanilla and when I arrived home it was not vanilla and was burned in the inside. very bad experience here. my 2020 thanksgiving meal was poor and very expensive. I will not recommend this place.

Ordered a family style breakfast seems like they don’t understand directions the way I wanted my family style breakfast they charged me for a single breakfast on the side.

Open 24hrs, very convenient. Service is quick. The cakes are awesome, the natural juices are a little overprice. The food is standard. This restaurant is always clean and staff is always friendly.

First time here & left super happy. The servers were attentive & personable. Ordered off the lunch special menu, i had the seared chicken breasts & my companion had the beef medallions. The food came out very quicky & absolutely delicious. Highly recommend it !

Ok, let me tell you how awesome this place is.The calamari appetizer was the beginning and my taste buds were a little surprised because we had calamari before but these tipped them all.Not only that, the ocean pizza and Nutella pizza were out of this world. It never fails... everytime I come to this place their customer it is so bad that its so disappointed. Today as my last option i came to this place to get something to eat and there were 4 ladies behind the counter and it took them more than 5 minutes to even greet me. One of them was even on her cellphone. How is that possible? I would of understand if they were busy, but still you need to provide customer service and acknowledge your customers...

Service was a little slow, even though there was only one other group in the restaurant. BUT, the entire staff was Super Friendly. The food was delicious and the artistic plating made it almost too beautiful to eat. I just wanted to take picture after picture. Only other complaint is the descriptions on the menu were a little vague. I ordered a seafood WOK which I mistakenly assumed was a stir fry but instead was deep fried in batter and nowhere did it say it was battered. Though it was still delicious, it was not what I wanted and could only take 3 bites. They might want to revamp the menu. That being said, my husband and children also loved the food and, as we live close by, we will definitely come back again and again!

Pinecrest Bakery and the adjoining restaurant (I am talking about the North Miami location) are simply superb. The bakery is our go to lunch place and oh my goodness, the restaurant. By now, I must have tried 5 or 6 different entrees and absolutely everything has been delicious 😍

Just finishing brunch with my kids. Everything was really really good from eggs benedict, to bacon and eggs, o the desserts...And staff was super nice. And the best part is that it was an unbelievably good value.

This was my first time going to Pinecrest Bakery, which Ive heard good things from a few people about the place.First off pretty much everybody in the establishment doesnt speak English at all. Then finally after having communication issues and they also didnt seem like they really knew the menu well. I ordered a sandwich on baguette bread and we were waiting a long time for the sandwich. Then after waiting a long time we tryed to get their attention and they were ignoring us, eventually they ended up telling us that they didnt have any more baguette bread. Which there was a gentleman that ordered after us and got a hole baguette bread loaf to go, so they were lying to us that they didnt have anymore baguette bread. Which they couldve easily cut off enough baguette to make the sandwich from the whole baguette loaf that they gave to the order after us.So after a long time and them lying to us about not having any more baguette bread we asked for our money back and we left. Which they didnt even ask us if we wanted the sandwich on another bread because they ran out of baguette or if we wanted another sandwich or something else in replace of the original sandwich order because they ran out of baguette. All after they didnt even tell us, we had to ask them what was going on with the sandwich.Which it just seemed like a big miscommunication issue and them also not wanting to serve us for whatever the reason may be. So Ill I not be returning to this place at least any time soon.PS after all the issues that we had, we tried to go next door to the pizza Pinecrest Bakery and there was no pizza by the slice. The only person in the establishment next door was rude and nasty and didnt even care to help us either. He didnt even try to offer us anything else and we felt completely unwelcomed after he said no about having slices available. Which dare we talk to the guy in the pizza Pinecrest Bakery it was a problem for him and he seemed bothered.

Terrible costumer service. I went to buy a cake and the waitress refused to provided services because she was talking on the counter with someone. I politely asked the cakes flavors and prices, she also didn’t know. Finally I randomly choose a cake without knowing the flavor and she and the person who she was talking dropped and entire coffee in top of the cake. I asked to please change me the cake and I got yielded at. I’ll never go back to that place.

We went for lunch and had a cafe con leche, salt & pepper calamari frito, & crispy whole snapper. Everything was great. Nicely seasoned, huge portions, waiter was attentive, & the place was clean.

We ordered 25 person food for a business party.I received a called that it wouldn’t be ready at 2 as agreed but at 4 instead.When we got there at 4pm we waited for 45 min to get all the food.The pork came chopped up & cold. However we payed nearly $190 dollars. And received cold meat nothing like the picture.it was not freshly made.It seems they we trying to warm it up.We had to turn on oven to heat up pork.The rice was good.The yuca was hard and the mojo didn’t taste good.The next day we saw the pork had pieces of aluminum chopped of with the meat, which we didn’t see the night before because the party was outdoor and at night.

Frozen Catalina croquetas, dirty location, and all the food was bland. Avoid this location most of the other ones are delicious and clean.

I came into bakery to get a coffee. And gentlemen and I were waiting. For a while before some one finally decided to attend us. The gentlemen I was with left because no was attended us. I made a comment to the lady name Cadida. She rudely told me not to talk about something I don’t know. She proceeds to give me attitude I ask to speak to the manager she then tells me she is the manager then she ask another one of the lady working there to attend to me because she no longer wanted to. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. I will never recommend anyone to step foot into this Pinecrest bakery. Very very bad service!!!!

Hostess and waitress were too busy chatting. Did not come over with menu or to take orders 10 mins later. Ignoring the customers completely. Only us and another table. Great job by management. First and last visit from us. 24 hrs for what reason when they dont serve anyone.

The food is decent but the staff is very young, dumb and not bilingual, they dont speak good english and are on their phones instead of serving their customers. When they did attend to us they looked like they were bothered or not wanted to be at work, also we spoke to them in English and they either couldnt understand or just didnt want to speak English but when i spoke Spanish to them they woke up like red ants flocking to Flan. Finally most of the orders were wrong...we wont be back to this place and they should be given at least a Remedial English course before being hired...

Unfair customer service. My boyfriend told me about this place on the way home so I decided to try. We walked in, stood behind the counter skimming the desserts for 2 mins without being greeted or helped whatsoever even though there was an employee right in front of us. Another customer walked in, stood behind us, was greeted and helped right away. I guess they serve who they feel like serving. Walked out, won’t be going back.

Not once did I see them change their gloves after touching everything. Then get mad at me for asking them to remake my sandwich with new gloves. I dont know or care what the blond ladys problem was but she blew it out of proportion. Got mad because I wont sign until I was understood.This place with 1 english speaking person and minus the blond ladys attitude would be my go too spot again.😭

This place is beautiful and spacious. Love the service and food options however the bar isn’t 24-7 so that’s false advertising I’m here @ 10:13pm on a weekend.Restaurant food is over 20$ as well so be prepared but it’s worth it !

They need to improve the customer service in this place. This is the Second time, months apart that a server has a bit of an attitude. I ordered a breakfast today and the cashier proceeded to edit the order herself. So when she repeated the order (that she herself made up) and I clarified that I had ordered one coffee and not 2, she proceeds to roll her eyes and looked annoyed. When I made it clear that I had given her the correct order and I pointed out that I noticed her behavior, she laughed it off sarcastically and never even I apologized. She improved her attitude and took it down a notch when she noticed that her glaring at me wasnt intimidating me.

Excellent selection of individual desserts. All equally pretty and yummy. Also traditional latin pastry. This is also a restaurant. I have only eaten here once - it was a Sunday, only buffet brunch was offered. It was tasty and fresh. A nice variety. No menu was offered though. I would like to try traditional service if i eat there again ( due to budget i dont eat out too much) prices here are average, though.
