The employees are very kind and professional. The greet you with a smile and have patience when you ask then to fix something in your order.Overall the food is great (I ate it before taking a picture 😅. The desserts are absolutely delicious.A family member recommended I try this place. I genuinely have no regrets and would come here again.

Excellent food, the iced coffe almond joy is excellent, the sandwiches delicious, very good service the two girls who serve at lunch time do their best to attend to everything they run all the time so be patient because it is worth the wait.

I went to this store for almost the same little round cake I bought last year for $70. Ended up paying $140 so double for the same cake ! It was supposed to be ready for 11am. Went 2 times to the store because they kept telling me it wasn’t ready !! Finally was ready at 1pm !! When we ate the cake, was not the flavor and filling we asked for ! It was supposed to be strawberry vanilla but they made it chocolate!DO NOT GO TO THIS BAKERY!! Way to expensive for what it is and employees are rude !

I order a birthday cake within plenty of time. they promised me the cake would come out identical to the picture i displayed to them. The two cakes looked nothing alike the happy birthday was written as a five year old did it, the face of the Rolex cake is a complete different color from the original picture it is not identical at all. I was very disappointed when I called to address the issue the lady said what’s the difference, the cakes look the same. the pictures to the right is what I was promised if you do order cakes from this company make sure to double check there work.

I LOVED our wedding cake! Jenny was great when it came to requesting a change since we were no longer having a reception and it was just a small ceremony. We even froze the case for a few loved ones who couldnt make it and the cake tasted basically like day 1 even though it had been a few weeks. I will definitely be coming back for our cake needs! Also their bakeries at both locations are great! My husband and I frequent the Hallandale Beach location.

I love this bakery! This is the second cake I ordered. The first one was for my anniversary and the second one was for my husband’s birthday. The cakes turned out better than I could ever expect. My husband didn’t even want to cut into the cake. Thankfully, I bought a second cake when I picked it up. Not only are the cakes beautiful, but they taste amazing as well. The ordering process was super easy and the staff was very helpful and nice. I will be purchasing from them again.

The servings are great especially when you consider the price you’re paying. All of the employees were very polite and welcoming. The food and free dessert were all delicious! I got a free little cheesecake cup and it came with an adorable spoon with my sandwich. I’ll absolutely be back. Although known for their incredible desserts, they have fantastic lunch options. The butifarra sandwich (Peruvian pork) was really good. The tuna baguette was delicious as well. The complimentary dessert cups that come with lunch were phenomenal. Especially the coconut cup. I ordered macaroons for a work event and they made then fresh to order. They were outstanding. 100% would recommend. Friendly service too.

We had a great experience ordering our sons first birthday cake. We had an idea of what we wanted and it was executed perfectly! Our little man LOVES Elmo, and he got SO excited when he saw his cake! Just stopped in to grab a coffee and meet a friend, and I must say the food is impressive and so are the pastries. I had two different croquetas (cheese and chicken) and both were very good. Everything was fine until my friend and I asked for two $4.50 croissant and also asked to add lettuce and tomato. They put a very little piece of lettuce with a little tomato and charged us $2,50 extra. So, our small amount of extra were $5 extra bucks. Dont know but my friend was in shock! She was paying and I didnt feel the same, but now, thinking about it, it was a little bit too much. Anyway, cortadito was the best and one of the girls, who was serving us, was also the best ever! Purchased a last-minute cake for a friend’s birthday after some unforeseen circumstances with my initial plans. Though I was not able to taste the cake I was told it was exceptional! Four stars only because they did not have the cookie to write an inscription. Overall great experience!

I have ordered cakes from pastry is art for 9 yrs now and they’re always great! Recently I had to cater a lunch for 61 teachers and I have to say Jenny did an amazing job! Teachers got individually packaged lunches with delicious sandwiches, salads, and even a cookie! Everyone was so happy and very impressed! Place seemed amazing. Only one smiling face though. Looking for catering for my wedding and I thought I’d scope the place out. Also, decided to grab some special treats for my son, they had adorable cupcakes. Server, didn’t seem kind at all and I didn’t feel welcomed or pleased with the fact that I gave my business to someone who didn’t seem pleased to have served me. I dont visit the shop, Im on a diet, but its been a survivor over the years and the pastry work is wonderful. The shop I visit is Kats Beads next door. Shes a survivor too and I buy all of my art supplies from her. Kat is a very fair priced shop with lots of very cool stuff.

Ordered a lovely custom birthday cake from Pastry is Art - the cake was delicious and ready right on time. I texted a picture of my sons favorite toy truck and they recreated it and put it on the cake. Very pleased with our experience, will be back to try some of the desserts in the bakery case very soon!

My best friends 22nd birthday was today, and since Im in north Florida and shes in Miami, I wanted to send some birthday treats to her. I ordered a 6-pack of cupcakes from Pastry Is Art on UberEats and left a comment asking for someone to write Happy Birthday, Steph on or inside of the box, if possible. I was so pleasantly surprised when my friend sent me a picture of the delivered cupcakes and I saw that the bakery had written the message on a cookie on top of one of the cupcakes. It was so unexpected but meant the world to me and my friend. Thank you for helping with this delicious birthday surprise!

Hands down the best bakery ever. I mostly order specialty cakes with Pastry Is Art and they always, I mean always exceed my expectations. They do exactly what I asked when I place an order. There are my go to bakery. I am pleased with their expertise and customer service.

They hang up on me twice saying they are busy and will call back but never did. Bad customer service.

I had a great experience speaking with one of Pastry Is Art’s associates, Paula, who took her time creating the perfect speciality cake with me for an upcoming celebration for my mother. Would highly recommend as the cake is great looking and tasting and those who help are extremely professional and understanding and I needed the cake ASAP.

This place is fabulous. Amazing and healthy breakfast and lunch options, generous portions and always friendly service with a smile. The staff are all genuinely pleasant, the desserts and pastries are divine and the ambiance is always welcoming and clean. Absolutely Horrible! I ordered a cake with fresh whipped cream and fresh strawberries. First off when I arrived the cake was just sitting out. Not refrigerated or anything so I immediately knew something was wrong. What did I get? A buttercream frosting and strawberry jam. This was my mother’s 60th birthday cake and it was horrible. When I told the woman this was not the Cake I ordered, she pretended like she didn’t know what I was saying. I tried to clarify with employee that this was not fresh whipped cream she just shrugged it off. I thought hey maybe it will taste good? NOPE! Thanks for ruining my moms 60th birthday cake.

Nice ingredients, great value for money, and amazing dessert selection. The sandwiches are MASSIVE, well made, and each one comes with a bag of chips and your choice of a petite dessert shooter that may look small but delivers a rich sweet treat that truly is the icing on a great lunch! I had the specialty sandwich and I’m still fawning over how good it was. My friend had the Greek Salad and was impressed with portion size and the freshness. Art clearly has a thoughtfulness of flavors that is really impressive, and the and little desserts are OUT OF THIS WORLD! Highly recommended.

This is the WORST place to choice your wedding cake!!!! Total disappointment !! We ordered a cake for our wedding on November last year and we had a TERRIBLE experience with them !!! DON’ T MAKE BUSSINES WITH THEM if you don’t want to have the worst experience in one of the most important days of your life!The following are some of the issues with our cake:1. We didn’t get the cake that we had order. We went there three times to taste the flavors and we wanted a Key lime filling, the women in charge to take the order told us that it is not a traditional filling for a wedding cake and she told us to change it for a sweet filling, but we were very specific with our cake, we told her that we wanted a Key lime filling flavor even if it is not a traditional one!!! I don’t like the sweet flavors and we didn’t want any tradional cake! They agree to make a cake with key lime filling flavor and guess what happened ... In our wedding they send us the cake with a different filling flavor a sweet one instead of the Key lime that we had ordered and paid !!! The filling was to sweet!! Unfortunately we noticed that at the time that we were eating the cake in the middle of our reception! It was very frustrating experience !!!! I wanted to cry in my day!!!2. The customer service is terrible, the women in charge to take the order was so rude and they didnt care if the customer was happy and have received the right product.3. We ordered a semi-naked cake and they send us a cake that looks more white than semi-naked

I just step out of this place. The attention was very poor. Probably the owner isnt in today. l asked for a birthday cake, I wanted to see some kind of display or book in which I can chose any. Been ordering from here for years about twice a week because I work near by. Ive had issues with quality control and meat going bad. However, it has always been handled and keeps me coming back. Today, I ordered a soup that Ive had before and it was not the same as its always been. When I spoke to the owner she replied that no one else had complain please take a look a previous post. Consistency issues are a problem as well as bad meat. Will not be coming back. Food quality and consistency is an issue they are not going to address. Beware when you order. Its better to come in person too see if sandwiches have been sitting out for days

So this place has gone from bad to worse and Ive given them plenty of chances. When Bob use to be the chef he use to make the best sandwiches and breakfast & his service was great. Then he was gone for unknown reasons and the place went on Cake Boss and didnt do to bad for awhile but they are horrible now. The employees there seem miserable and know absolutely nothing about customer service. I job relies on customer satisfaction so I know good and bad service when I see it and they are just bad. My coworkers and I order from there a few times a week so when I say this I say it from experience- DO NOT GO TO Pastry Is Art. The food most times does not come the way you order it and when you complain they act like its your fault or you messed up. I called one time to order something and they gave me a bullcrap excuse that the kitchen closes at 1pm and Ive ordered from there plenty of times after 1pm. There breakfast is always soggy and undercooked and that can all be dealt with but enough is enough. Last straw was when my manager complained about them giving her the wrong order they decided to argue back & not give her what she ordered.By far the worst customer service EVER . Stay far far away.
