About a year ago I had my phone battery replaced here. It was a difficult battery to replace on my own and they did an awesome job at a reasonable price. When my son came to town and had a problem with his iPhone I immediately remembered wireless toyz and brought him there. The same young man behind the counter was very friendly, helpful and courteous. He explained everything up front and again the price he quoted was very reasonable. I have and will continue to recommend this repair, sales and service store!! Thank you so very much!

I walked in to get my phone fixed. I stood in line while one of the employees had a long conversation with the postal man showing him different things on Instagram. Needless to say, it was poor customer service when there was an obvious line of waiting customers. I ended up walking out because I did not feel comfortable giving this place my phone and money. The employees seemed sloppy and unorganized.

I went to fix my iphone at this place I wasn’t expecting it to be that quick!! They did an excellent job and the employees over that were very kind making sure everything was okay. Very good place to repair your cellphone!!! At the moment we arrived they were full and always smiled and tried to attend everyone as soon as they could! Unprofessional staff that lacks knowledge of there own return policy. I brought a phone case a couple days ago, and my phone fell and the case came completely apart and I just fixed my screen the same day I got the case and I wasn’t able to return the phone case when the receipt clearly says accessories are refundable first the manager said there not refundable then she said the case wasn’t in perfect condition, but it also almost cracked my phone screen again because of the fall .btw I never said the case was broken it had a minor scratch on it, the receipt clearly says accessories are refundable. If your going to respond at least be relevant and accurate in what your saying, and I have fixed my phone there before and had to come back because my home screen button wasn’t placed right, my ex girl friend also had many issues with her screen at this place. I recommend Best Buy, and ubreakifix

There was a long line when I first got there probably cause it was Saturday, but Michelle n her partner that fixes the phone took care of everybody in a timely manor. Michelle was super nice n really helped me out the two phones I needed fix. Great customer service totally recommend!!

I needed my iPhone screen repaired and the repair job was done at wireless toyz. After 2 days the screen stopped working again. Wireless toys offered to take another look at it and fix the screen again. Overall I am satisfied with the repair they did.The store manager was excellent in making sure the repair was done fully to my satisfaction.

Very good customer service although the finished job could have been better. Had a screen repaired on a phone. They did an execellent job changing it no flaws. But they just didnt do such a good job on installing the screen protector.

I brought my Iphone X on Saturday the 14th to replace the cracked screen. Since then i have returned to the store 4 times. My gps no longer works since the repair. I have returned to the store multiple times to have it fixed. It worked before, worked with a cracked screen and now it doesn’t. I am a realtor and i spend half my day in a car driving around. Now because of you guys I am at U Break I Fix to see if they can fix your mistake. Save yourselves the headache and take your phones elsewhere.

When ever I have an issue with any of my cell phones, this is the place that I come to and they have fixed my issues every time. For example, my iPhone 8 Plus stopped charging. I took it to T-Mobile and they said it was broken and that I needed to buy a new phone. I took it to Wireless Toyz and their tech took the phone apart, cleaned the charging port and the phone is working as good as new.

This store is very awesome the employees are very friendly and nice. We spent almost 2 hours in the store and they were very patient. Best Wireless Toys I been too :)

Worst place ever to fix phone they order cheap quality from eBay then they will mess up your phone and act like they didn’t do anything worst on my phone ... no matter how long the wait is I rather go to apple ..... the Spanish girl in there was so rude it was many people but she sat there and didn’t help the other employee then try to rush the employee.... this place went thru so many employee for the last coupe of month now I can see why management is terrible... I rememebet a short guy was there he was the best worker should of been the owner

My feelings about this place are mixed. JB the short guy seems to be in charged. I went there to get a screen replacement on my iPhone 6s because it was cheaper and he made it happen but then my home button stop working. So I went to talk to JB and he didnt even want to speak to me, he told one of the other workers to tell me to go to apple. Now I understand you get what you pay for but wow he was cold and I had to go to apple and 149 on top of what I paid them. They have cheap phones yes but just be careful because you get what you pay for. I hope in the future that they can accommodate ppl who phones they destroy instead and sending them to apple and having them waste more money or telling them the risk before they do any kind of repair on your device.

The is the worst place I have ever been too. I had a screen replace in an iPad get it back and now it won’t charge. Tell the employee they tell me there is nothing they can do the two have nothing to do with each other. Well you have to disconnect the LED screen from the battery to replace so how are they not related???? If it’s the battery okay but considering I never had the issue before and I paid $100.00 to have the screen replaced then least you could do is look and it and see if you forgot to connect some properly. Lucky you get one star cause you don’t even deserve that!!!I never brought you in a dead Ipad the Ipad had a full charge when I had you replace the screen. So why would I charge it until it was low battery and needs charging. That is when I see it don’t charge! The point you had to mess with something replacing the screen but you don’t even say okay let me look and make sure everything is connected correctly from replacing the screen since you never had a problem before! You are a BIG RIP OFF!!!!
