New to town... getting off the Express off of 15th and 75 this GameStop is right off of exit 27. Love the locationLove the workers they are such courteous to the customers.They have a very high value of respect.. I felt welcomed when I went in the door. The girl that works there doesnt know anything about games she tells u the games are good so she can make a sale or commission.. horrible person to get info from.. but there this 1 skinny white boy.. that is a great at helping u find what your lookin 4.. just dont ask the girl.. any info

Nothing on stuck every time I go there, you go looking for the simplest thing like a PS4 controller and all they have is the empty boxes on the wall, just close the store the manager is just being lazy.

I dont know ifthe cashier was in a good mood or what ? but she was like nonchalant. And the fact that game stop wouldnt take my tomb rader game for credit. Wasnt a great visit. Ive been going there for years. I guest i will be going somewhere else. Know just say on behalf of the cashier. She always was nice too talk to. But today. But stress is all around us in these times. So she is forgiven 😊👍

I go to this game store when Im free. Just today,i went there and purchased a Nintendo switch along with two video games. The game stop employees are great people and respectful people. They answer whatever questions or concerns pertaining to a game which you may want to know about or unsure of. The experience was satisfying to say the least. Its a great place to be.

I love this store so Im not gonna mess up their rating. But the last time I was in the store there new employee Terra was very rude to me and my boyfriend. She didnt greet us or ask us if we needed help. But greeted the people behind us.

They saved me a few extra dollars and in return, I was able to buy more! They totally up saled me. Lol they were also very knowledgeable on the products they sold.

Great experience here! Had placed reservation for item here and it was ready in less than an hour. I usually dont frequent game stores, so to have this process work flawlessly was great. Anais was very polite and personable and made sure I got in and out quickly and even let me know of some programs and discounts they were offering. Hadnt been to this location in ages but may change that based on my recent visit.

The employees are great !! But the set up inside the store is way too cramped. The areas in the back of the store (which is the main area) is so bad you cant see all the merchandise. Meanwhile the front of the store is empty. But there was a huge line, and I was out of there in no time at all. Other game stops Ive stood behind the same person for 45 min before the line moved.

I dislike the place, all I saw were console games and only one for pc, and even that was a used game. Gamestop should really get more pc games in stock

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I used to go to the store in bayside that for some reason is always sloooooow, doing a trade in there is a nightmare. However this store is way better, parking is a little bit hard to find, good selection of games and staff is very knowable.

I asked them to stay open for for less then 5 minutes, rudely the lady said 9:01. So I rushed my ass across the bridge, pulled into the lot and still had an open sign. I parked, ran for the door with my stuff falling out of my hands, and they said closed. Now I understand there on the clock, but as I said over the phone, I need to make an exchange on my elite controller valued at $160. I just moved here, and back at home they never would have done this. When I went to buy the controller, the guy behind the counter made me wait 5 minutes because he was fighting with his girlfriend over the damn phone. Will never get my business again.
