This place was honest timely, gave me updates,and pricing before work began.The price didnt change a penny. .The owner Randy spent an hour on the phone with me talking over options with my 6 drives.Instead of him trying to sell me 2 fresh drives off the shelf we decided to ship my drives to him and let his techs open them up and come up with the cheapest way to repair vs replace and having a strong product .After going over different options we replaced upper gears on one drive both drives needed prop shafts and found the other drive other then a prop shaft needed a filter and lube change.He always took my calls even after work hours.He gave me his personal cell and said call me anytime.What type of companies have that type of customer service. I used him once before for drives for my Nortech so I decided to use him again.Results both times were seamless .After I received my drives I called Cobra and asked them to overnight all new stainless nuts for the drives. Albert called me the next day and told me that he left early and forgot to take the package to the drop box.The truth sure is refreshing .He sent them to me the next day after apologizing he sent them out to me at no charge S#$%#@ happens I was very appreciative . CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I ever have any more problems with my go fast boats Cobra, is the only company I will call.
