Friendly staff where we store our boat and they got it quickly and refilled it quickly and we are out on the water no time it’s pretty easy to dark up here and get to all of the north and south beach I’ve been happy storing the boat here. I recommend.

Steven is the man!! Just purchased a 32 World Cat from him. He went above and beyond all the way through the process. He took videos so I know how to use some of the controls on the joystick. He drove over to the marina to measure the float on trailer for me. He ordered up my survey and took care of everything even the loan. Was referred by another parts company I use because they people didnt have the parts I needed. When I called the parts department at TNT the guy had an attitude to start. No problem, people have bad days, so I remained calm and courteous as normal. I had 6 items I needed and had the part numbers ready for him to make it a quick call for both of us. After the 3rd part, maybe 1 minute on the phone so far, the guy says he cant do so many over the phone and Id have to go to the store for the other ones and hung up. What BS! They expect people to drive an hour just to see if they have parts in the store? Cmon, who is going to drive 30 minutes or more each way in hopes the parts are in stock? I always try to patronize local business to help the local economy and business owvers, but I will NOT be a TNT customer. Id rather order from Crowley and pay the $5 shipping. TNT, you may want to talk to your public facing employees about providing good customer service. This guy falls WAY short.

Ron...the hardest working guy in Miami... perfectly installed a custom through hull fitting in my Yacht. He worked with a 1/4 margin for error and delivered to 1/16. Took the time to leak check the work and even painted the strainer with antifouling paint after ensuring I was completely satisfied with the installation. Took a while to get scheduled into the shop, but it was worth the wait.Thanks Ron!

What an operation. Wow. My buddy owns a boat and keeps it dry docked here. Dont worry about bringing ice because they sell it on the premises. They also have a restroom on site. Plenty of parking also

I had TNT repower my 2008 35 Intrepid CC in July 2016 with twin 350 Verados and they did an awesome job rigging the boat on time,within budget, and they returned my vessel cleaner then when I dropped it off.TNT is an absolute first class operation that is obviously managed and ran by industry veterans that care about the customer and doing the job right. I had to travel from Melbourne,Florida to have the work done by them,but I would do it again in a heartbeat based on my prior experience.
