Mr. Foster was a god send to my family and I. I work long hours and am rarely home, when I am, it is to sleep or eat. I had always heard how important a good mattress is for not only our bodies but our mental and physical performance the following days. We are having a terrible experience with mattress firm! Bought an expensive TemperedicAfter month went back to store we were having extreme neck and shoulder pain. We were told needed try for several months. Around the 110 day mark kept calling store was told manager was the only person that could do anything but never returned our calls. Finally was able to go to store In person and manager said we could only exchange for another temperpedicThey told us the next model had 30% more pressure reliefAfter a week neck was worse went back to store after going to dr and being told not to continue to sleep on this type of mattressNow we are out $5000 + dr billsManager told meI should jump on bed to break it in and I couldn’t tell after a weekBut now I can not lift my arm!How are you supposed to jump when your neck is hurt?Just left store and now he tells us he cannot do anything for us!The return policy states you can return for a restocking feeThis very disturbingTold us to go to customer service because he wouldn’t do anything for usPlease hep!

I did the entire transaction over the phone and both gentleman that helped me were extremely helpful. I spoke to Daniel first and told him I would call the following day. When I called he was busy and Chico helped me. I told Chico I promised Daniel I would call back as Im sure they are on commission. He told Daniel he would help me anyway so I wouldnt have to wait. Well, Chico really went above and beyond to help me. I dont remember the last time I have received such good service with such pleasant employees.

Milton was very knowledgeable about the options available in our price range and was very helpful in allowing us to save money while choosing good quality products. We had a great experience in buying a Tempurpedic King at the 12557 Biscayne Blvd Store. The Sales Associate, Aurelio, was excellent and took plenty of time to show us all different brands. He patiently explained the features and the different Bases for the Adjustable Mattresses. Milton is a great salesman I appreciate his services!! However the guy called Allen don’t deserve to be working there, he’s helpless and horrible. The delivery guys are worst, they will call you and if you miss your call they WILL NOT pickup the phone, won’t communicate with you and cancel your delivery. Alex at the store is not helpful at all, he’s just a robot and rude, he doesn’t care about the customers. If you can avoid that individual it will save you from stress and depression for not having a mattress to sleep.

Rodrigo was the most helpful person for finding a new mattress !!! i’ve been dealing with back pain for years and he was able to help me find something to relieve my back pain at a reasonable price. I am currently struggling with finances and he didn’t try to push me on to buying anything out of the ordinary or through the roof like most sales people try to do. I am so happy I ran into him today!! I was able to get a new mattress and base for a super affordable price. I would highly recommend coming to his store.
